Great food! Insanely disrespectful employees! The sweet lady running register had no help and when she ask the two standing behind her just staring at the customers they would be rude and continue to not help their fellow employee or customers! So sad, felt horrible for the lady at the register who also voiced how they would not help and if they did they wouldn’t tell her and it confused her that much more.
They opened late. Ordered a plain bagel, not toasted, with cream cheese. Took 10 minutes to get. The older gentleman who was working the cash register was the only one working. The other employees were too busy getting themselves coffee drinks and talking to care about the customers. Pass on this one.
Hot chocolate was a great buy on a winter visit. It was about $4 for a tall cup and most pastries were between $2-$6. They heat the courtyard during winter, which is a great place to sit while waiting for your tour to start. One issue is that there did not seem to be enough seating and no one clearing tables after messy guests left.
Meatballs meal and chicken salad sandwich were good. Not too long of a wait. Convenient location near the Biltmore House. A good alternative for a quick meal. 20% pass holder discount.
Just ok, sandwiches were good but they should be for $11.00. Water cost $3.00. Customer service was poor, we waited inside for our food. They did not tell us food was taken outside. Much better food in downtown Ashville.
Great tarts
Good soy decaf salted caramel latte. My husband thought his iced decaf iced mocha was okay, though.
Decent selection of various treats and chocolate goodies but there are better options for this sort of thing in the area for fudge in particular.
Trash shop, I wait for a billion years, but no one make my coffee
Nice selection of pastries
Yummy
