The experience I had there with staff there was excellent! I would recommend friends & family there to purchase. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very polite. They all had smiles on their faces like they were enjoying what they do, and they all carried themselves in a very professional manner. I will return there to shop in the future.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. This store is too busy trying to back door shoes & make money on the side. Then to honor shoe reservations. Especially when someone right before me checked out with multiple pairs of the same shoe on release day that had multiple reservations. Any time I go into this store I’m ignored. If you’re going to let other people pick up multiple pairs of a shoe reservation because they have multiple confirmed reservations it should be like that for all customers.

I have to say. The variety was incredible. We went to Il (an hr outside of Chicago) and they had next to nothing for options. I was so mad I settled for what they had, if only we would have went shopping AT HOME. the store was very clean and looked well stocked. Surprisingly didnt have anyone greet me though, although I wasnt the one shopping (a friend was) I feel like employees as shoe stores tend to be like car salesman. Yet like I said, no one even said hello. They were all gathered at the register. But still 5 stars. Bc they had the size my friend needed for his little girl, and again, a hell of a selection for EVERYONE!

Awesome experience!!! Buying shoes isnt fun...I dont care what others say!! Gilbert was so patient and kind. I never expected to walk into a store with a 13yr old and have a painless/easy transaction...but oh my goodness!; it was over the top!!!

My son can be very difficult to buy shoes for which is why I go to Footlocker as they seem to have the most selection in Asheville Mall. He wears size 12 which can make it more difficult to find what he likes in his size. But their sales associate Dylan was super helpful and patient through finding the right shoe he wants in his size. Happy son = happy mom!! 😁 Thanks Dylan and to Footlocker for a good experience

Please do not buy from this store. As if the Asheville Mall wasnt bad enough, the employees at this foot locker will refuse to accept returns, trade-ins, or store credit for *any* purchases made online. They will tell you this is company policy, and if you ask to speak to the manager theyll say I am the manager even though theyre obviously not. My point is, there are dozens of other shoe stores in Asheville, most of which are less expensive and have more locations, so theres really no advantage to shopping here unless you like ripping yourself off.

Nice inventory

Walked into this store tonight looking to purchase some shoes for my daughter. NO ONE in the store spoke or even acknowledged us with a simple wave of the hand. As there were 2 associates working and no other guests in the store except us I was completely outraged at the lack of customer service we received, and we were in there at least 5 mins. They were not busy cleaning, straightening or doing paperwork yet one associate showed more concern with going to the doorway and watching a girl, who was dressed very inappropriately, walk down the hallway. In this day brick and mortar stores wonder why they are having an extremely difficult time retaining customers, well here is a prime example why! First time in this store and definitely was the LAST time!
