All their chocolate is delicious. I highly recommend trying their churro toffee. We got these as gifts for our wedding guests and everyone loved them!

We have had chocolate there a few times. It is always good, so much better than any other place we have gotten chocolate from. They have a great selection. They are a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. I am having a hard time not eating it all at once! Thanks Chocolate Fetish!!

I discovered The Chocolate Fetish while looking online for a business that could sculpt me a chocolate candy store for my grandmother. It was a silly promise made between us when I was much younger that when I was older and successful, I would buy her a candy store. Thanks to this business, I was able to deliver on that promise on this past Easter! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful, there was a reliable time table for design, progress pictures, and when it would be ready, and the chocolate itself was delicious!The final result brought my grandmother to tears and she didnt want to eat it. We compromised by saving the front wall and the shoes, and Im glad we reached that compromise because she loved the taste as well.

Basic chocolate shop…overrated…and cheap antics though. Spent $16 only to get to the hotel to see that my truffles (2.50 per truffle) etc. are just laying bare in the paper bag…is there a box shortage, Maddie? I have never been to a candy/chocolate shop that doesn’t at least wrap your goodies…how cheap of them. Completely ruined my experience. Never again.

This place is dangerous. The chocolate is too good...might not be legal (jk). Our box must have had a hole in it...it was empty when we got home. I guess the lesson is to buy 3x what you think is the right amount and you might have some in the box when you get home. Best chocolate ever!

We were there shortly before Easter. They had a really delicious -looking display in glass. Chocolate lambs, eggs and even dinosaurs at one end! They gave us a couple delicious samples to try. If youre ever in Asheville you need to visit!! They also have tours of their factory! But we were not able to attend this time. But I will definitely go next time I am in town!

Delicious chocolate, but be cautious ordering online. I bought one of the chocolate shoes for a special occasion and was very disappointed when it arrived snapped in half (the packaging did not support it), and the “design” was just a few random streaks of color — nothing at all like the ones pictured on the website.

Try the chocolate pasta! It was surprisingly quite tasty. It was like having dinner and dessert in one. Not too sweet, but just sweet enough.

So I’ve been a chocolate fetish customer for a little over ten years now I believe (since high school). I have tried chocolates from other countries/stores around the USA and I find myself coming back always to them. Their truffles truly are award winning. The size of their truffles and pricing (I used to think a little pricey, but now going to other chocolate stores I find fair) is really worth the value. It’s been difficult for me because I miss customizing my order (they stopped doing this because of Covid) so it’s forced me to try other stores, but whenever I’m around I find it irresistible not to visit while in Asheville. The people are always friendly and the chocolates are sensational (never dry always impressively moist). My one and only complaint is that they make the raspberry cheesecake truffle permanently always on the menu. Oh and their sipping chocolate is die for!!!

This place will always put a smile on the face of any customer! I always stop here when I go to Asheville! Everyone that walks through their doors will feel like a kid in a candy shop! I ordered chocolate cover cherries, pecan, milk chocolate, and carmel piece, cashews, milk chocolate and carmel piece, fig dipped in chocolate, and a few others! OMG. Yes. You need to stop. First heard of and sampled on a Food Tour of Asheville, and of course we stopped back after the tour to empty our life savings.The advent calendars they have for sale are amazing, but certainly seem to sell out very quickly.A must stop when in Asheville.

I would actually give 4.5. The staff is nice. Price is the usual price for good chocolate in a tourist area. If anyone knows where to find truffles for less thsn $2 a piece please tell me. I thought several of the chocolates were too sweet and missing that extra something.

They’re actually pretty rude, if someone’s standing out there mins before they close, they should be allowed in. I’m a local so I already knew what I wanted and this place is constantly changing their hours due to covid. The person with the green hair/circle glasses was letting people out. At least the worker would’ve told me “hey we’re closing, can’t let you in” buttt nooo, the a-hole didn’t even tell me anything. So I was standing out there for a while, looking stupid. I was really looking forward to getting chocolates on my birthday. I hate y’all.

Best chocolates in Asheville.

Geewhiz I just busted up and spent over $70 in this shop but this stuff is so freaking good. I’m not a chocolate connoisseur by any means, so I just asked the young lady behind the counter to make recommendations and she totally did, they were all spot on. We ended up getting a chocolate painted pumpkin, which is just precious, the top five truffles, and a couple of round like candy bar things (s’mores and peanut butter) and of course turtles, ( that are not really turtles cause that’s trademarked) LOL.

We visit the Chocolate fetish every time we come to Asheville and its definitely the spot to pick up presents. We always grab sea salt caramels and truffles (you can see from the picture that they didnt last long! Weve o my had the box 2-3 hours and weve torn into about half of it). It is pretty expensive, but you are paying for the quality.

Here, youre getting the best. Great in-store experience, and great shipping experience. Cant go wrong with Chocolate Fetish.

I love this place. It has such a large variety of flavors, ranging from your basic chocolate ganache to unique flavors, like dark chocolate saffron and lilac. It also has cool things like chocolate champagne bottles and high heels and chocolate noodles. It is hard to go inside here and not leave with something.

Randomly stumbled across this store while walking downtown. I love chocolates and have had many different kinds and this store had the best. It’s at the top of my list. The sea salt caramels are my fave. And they have this cute sea display to find the real sea shell. Great place to visit.

What an incredible place!! The smell of chocolate hits you as you walk in and the glorious rows upon rows of chocolate are a beautiful sight. They have a fairly large variety of truffles- some classic and some creative. They have a neat variety of chocolate covered dried fruits and chocolate candies. Their service is wonderful and, of course, their chocolate is divine. It is smooth, creamy, and rich.My only complaint is that their truffles are not described anywhere. They all have fun creative names that give no indication what may be inside the chocolate shell (like dragons breath is chocolate wasabi and I think there was Mid Summers night and African Queen and I cant remember now what those contained.) Just a little printed card or chalkboard would be a really helpful addition. All that aside, if you love chocolate you really MUST stop in - if nothing else, just to breathe in the heavenly aroma

Been frequenting for years! Some of the best chocolate in Asheville, with a wide variety in chocolates, fruits, and truffles! This shop is very diverse in what they have and whenever Im feeling adventurous theres always something new to try! I especially love the hazelnut gianduia and mocha magic truffles!

Devilishly delicious! The drinkable chocolate is like decadent hot chocolate- rich and smooth. The white chocolate key lime pie truffle is a mini key lime, down to the dusting of pie crust on the bottom. Amazing!

Tanner is such a great person to have for the guide for the food tour-funny and genuine guy. Delicious omg! Sea salt caramels were the bomb! A must try and a great gift for loved ones. Friendly staff and a great story for the place. Definitely will return.

Best chocolate in the world!

Open for socially distanced shopping, masks. Speciality type chocolates (think chocolate shoes and dinosaurs), in addition to usual fare. Upper end prices, nice variety.

To be honest Im not one of those people that has a sweet tooth, so my desert advice should be taken with a grain of salt.  OR taken with a Sea Salt Caramel.  Try those.Regardless I stopped in after being enticed by the smell of their handmade confectioneries.  Most chocolates in the US are overly sweetened, sugary, cocoa injected abominations. The chocolates here do an excellent job of balancing sweetness with flavor, resulting in chocolates that didnt give me a sugar overload.  The first thing I tried was the white chocolate cashew frog (aka chocolate turtle). Excellent combination of chewy, sweet, crunchy and salty.  They have a number of frog variations; also available as an assortment box.  Equally excellent were the truffles and caramels.This truly is the best artisan chocolate store I have tried.  So good that if you leave with a package, you may want to seatbelt it in for safe transport. The prices are reasonable considering the quality and quantity. The staff is accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Many candy and chocolate shops in cities with high tourist traffic can generally feel very samey and like they’re just being packaged for mass commercial appeal. The chocolates are decadent and perfect. We has the New England Buttercruch (Toffee) and the African Queen chocolate. Both were very good. I wish we had more time to experience more but we were leaving town and has to pop in real quick.
