Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very pleasant young man, who directed me to the area I needed to shop and who sent another extremely pleasant young man back to help me find what I needed. I was very pleased with how the store was stocked and that it was beautifully clean!

I had issues with the website when ordering a pickup/curbside, on top of that I was being complicated because I messed up my own order. When I called, the manager (Jacob) was AWESOME, even more so when I came in to pick up. The girls arranging my balloons did a lovely job and so quick.

Spent 36.00 dollars on my sons balloons for his 15th birthday! Picked them up yesterday around lunch time and this was them this morning!!!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!!!

Online it advertises that you can do curbside pickup, but when I tried to check out online with my order there continued to be an error, despite trying on three different devices. I tested with a different party city location and found that this was specific to this particular location. Called to try and find out how I could place an order since the online wasn’t working and was told they couldn’t help me. We will be taking our business elsewhere for this and all future purchases.

One stop party planning shop but I needed a bigger helium tank and they only had small ones.

Please update your online hours. You opened today an hour later than advertised. I did not have the luxury of hanging out in the parking lot for an hour waiting for the store to open. A pointless 45-minute roundtrip.

They have a great variety of nice store as for their employees they care more about socializing with each other and helping their customers for employees standing around the registers and no one else to help me I just had to interrupt them and tell them I needed help

I went to this Party City a few days ago to get balloons and some streamers that my grocery store didn’t carry. I was very pleased with the costumer service at this store. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, and the employees were very helpful when I had questions. I will definitely be coming back here before my next event!
