Whenever we need help, the staff is very courteous. The store is always clean and well organized. The majority of the merchandise is under $5 and generally of medium quality.

Cool shop, got a drone for my son for $5. Remote and everything.

Great little store with lots of things you will suddenly realize you need. Very friendly and helpful staff! They didnt have the specific candy I was looking for, so the lady at the cash register told me of another store that might have it and even called them to make sure they had what I was looking for. I didnt see her name tag, but definitely give her 10 stars for customer service!

Their home decor items are really on trend and the prices cant be beat! They have a great makeup section as well as art supplies.

My addiction to this store is bad 😂😂😂😂 love that u can find clothes for the kiddos really cool screen t shirts pillows storage tables rugs shelves all for 5 bucks or under. The store design is amazing and helps us single moms decorate a cool room for ur teens without breaking the bank. Thanks five below but get those gold and white table in momma needs 2 lol

Got Banana Boat sunscreen for $5, beach towels for $5, and a really cute playground ball for $4. I love this place! For years I used to email corporate for an Asheville location, and Im so happy they did!!

My first time here and it was awesome! I got 3 calligraphy fountain pen sets and 2 posters and a pet bed. The prices are great!

This is a great store! There is so many fun things! There is also a great diversity in products, ranging from toys to room decor,electronics,craft supplies,snacks and even some workout supplies! If you know dollar tree then this is a 100% upgrade! Now granted not everything is under five dollars but most of it is! We loved toys R us,so for it to go out was really sad,but at least this is a very cool place to shop!

I had never been before and went for the first time today to see if they had squishmallows or not and they still had so many and the employee helping was was the nicest person ever. will definitely be going back again because they have a little bit of everything and squishes :)

They have the coveted Squishmallows which is huge plus. Five below has a great selection of fun items, toys, crafts, exercise, make up, candy/snacks etc. at usually reasonable prices.

It was ok the people who work there are real friendly, they have a wide variety of different things to choose from.

Awesome store! My kids enjoy shopping here as much as I do. They always have really cool stuff, and its cheap! Weve purchased lots of items here. Rugs, toys, clothing, books, pet items and snacks. They also have Panther fan gear, which my son loves. Really great place to shop with affordable prices.

I have never been here until today, the store was spacious and theyve added some extra parking in a busy parking lot. Since Ive never been there I wasnt sure how to check out, I think the man at the front saw my confusion so he politely guided me through the steps checking out. I love cheap things, the store was plentiful, not crowded and everyone I encountered was super nice!

This place is like the Dollar Tree on steroids. Its like wish but in our own town. Most of the products they have there are pretty good. Some of them are just garbage but you get what you pay for. The employees seem nice enough. The store is always clean and organized. Its definitely my kids favorite store.

I visited this location for their grand opening and they were super well stocked. Since then some shelves have remained bare. They have a good selection of phone accessories, but only if you have an iPhone. They do have chargers for Android devices, an incredibly extensive candy selection and a pretty decent t-shirt selection (if they kept it stocked). Prices are amazing so thats what keeps me coming back despite parts of the store being empty.

Great finds for a small budget

They had what I needed at a great price. I went there for kids headphones.They had a large selection of kids headphones that dont get very loud for $5. Similar headphones at Best Buy are $15 to $20. I was actually quite impressed at the wide selection of headphones that they had... both wired and wireless. They also had school supplies, locker accessories and $5 backpacks. Lots of technology accessories like charging cables, selfie lights and speakers. The most expensive items I saw were $5.95 and they were Bluetooth technology. Everything else was $5 or $3 dollars. This will be my new stop for birthday and holiday gifts.

Great products but poor customer service (if any). There is almost no sales clerks available and often when they are they are moving to fast and in a hurry. The front of the store is almost entirely automated. Store needs a human touch.

Everything is $5 or less! A larger store with more options, like the things posted on their website would be nice. Last time I visited two ladies almost got into a fight over bumping into each other. None of the employees stepped in. But hey, Ill watch a cat fight and bargin shop at the same time. I can multitask.

My kids LOVE this store. Everything is $5 and below. Our favorite purchase so far was a big football. Our dogs love the dog pillows we got there. They have a wide range of products from pjs bottoms, to electronic stuff, to art, sport stuff, face masks, make-up, tshirts, socks, snacks and much more.

This is a false advertising store when I first went but my second time there I wasnt pleased with seeing a lot of things over 5 dollar.. I may not return to this store again.... Five below doesnt make any sense with that store....

Placed an order online for some Christmas gifts. Didnt recieve til a week late. Box was missing 2 items, 2 items were crushed and broken. Went to the physical store and the manager was amazing, she traded out the broken items for new ones and replaced the missing items. Dont order online just save yourself the hassle and go.
