The down side; I had to order my material (1 3/4 cove moulding) so I didnt get to pick and choose and I had to wait for it. The upside; I got the order in the exact lengths I requested. The quality of the material was outstanding, (clear pine) and the price. It was less than 1/2 what they were asking at the Big Box Stores. So painting it myself was no big deal. I will definitely keep them in mind for my future projects

You cannot ask for better people to work with. They all are excellent at their jobs, with a great attitude.

I had an amazing experience there, I had great service at the front counter and then a gentleman with the best mullet I have ever seen was able to help me find the treated material so I can build enclosurers for my animals. Very satisfied!

I made the mistake of walking into the showroom with a mask on. Three employees were standing at the front desk with no masks which is annoying, but not the end of the world for me. However, it was obvious it was a problem for them. I asked for some help ordering crown molding, received short responses with the man behind the counter looking at me like I was burning a flag. They took my info, my specs, wont return a call after a week. Not surprised. Garbage customer service. Will never walk in there again and they missed out on potentially a lot of business...just because I wore a mask.

Very knowledgeable staff, sucks theyre not open later to complete with home Depot and Lowes, cheaper and easier to get answers. Can also help you plan your building project and they will deliver your material list for you so you done have to handle it!

I called to make sure they had a specific size sheet of beaded board, The gentleman went out and measured at my request and came back and said it was “about 2 inches wide.” I had a conversation with him about the different sizes and how I needed to make sure it was 2 inches wide and not smaller and he said it was. I proceeded to drive 45 minutes one way and of course when I got there it was not correct. Totally unprofessional. I would not trust them with my business.

This place is great until anything goes wrong. I am having ongoing problems with Jeld-wen doors. They ordered them wrong, exchanges took for ever. The new doors had mis-matched hinges they were going to get someone right out to swap. The door hardware although installed by a locksmith doesnt turn without great force. The french doors dont lock at all. 84 Lumber has claimed for months their rep just hasnt gotten here to take a look. $35,000 in door/window package another $100,000 in materials for the build and 84 lumber doesnt seem to care if its my last home. Go someplace else to shop when possible

As a contractor for many years I find it frustrating to go here then deal with the absentee staff who hangs out in the back away from the customers.
