Me & my husband went into Rack Room Shoes in the Asheville outlets last Sunday and had the worst customer service experience ever. Rack room was advertising a Buy one Get one 50% off sale so we bought two pairs of Crocs along with another pair of shoes. After checking out and walking half way out the door I realized we didn’t get the Buy one Get one deal on the croc shoes making my total significantly larger than anticipated. We walked back into the store, we proceeded to ask the sales associate if we could do a separate transaction to make the Crocs bUy one Get one 50 % off when the RUDEST “Manager” (male) approached us saying “Come here let me show you something” very loudly and obnoxiously in front of other customers & proceeded to point at the TINEST sign in the store that said “Crocs excluded from sale. I should have said “LET ME SHOW YOU SOMETHING” & returned my purchase. I have never seen more obnoxious behavior from an”so called manager” in all my life. Get. A new job if you can’t be nice to customers. Period. Never shopping here again.

Manager was so helpful helping us find some shoes in an emergency.

The staff was friendly and kind, the store was clean, the shoe selection was of a good variety. Most times shoes are buy one get one 50% off, so its best to shop with a friend or plan on buying more than one pair. A good selection of sneakers, fun and dress shoes.

Not a bad selection of shoes and they regularly run a BOGO 50% off which is excellent for students or Christmas gifts. I was just gifted some sweet Vans from there and now I have my eye on some Chuck Taylors they have. Quite a selection of Crocs and Crocs charms as well. Would shop there again.

I went yesterday to go buy some shoes none of the the associates in the store were very helpful I asked for some help looking for a shoe and the guy didnt even help me he just told me they didnt have them just to order them online I then ask a another associate about a different shoes and she told me to order them online the last time I went there they helped me fine the shoe I wanted and ordered it online for me in the store the associates were just so rude yesterday

Store is nice good employees, the manager is rude she has me never wanting to shop there again. Famous footwear has way better pricing

My wife was looking to buy shoes for work and after searching all other shoe stores at the outlets found two pair she liked and wanted to purchase at RRS...well long story short we were greeted nicely upon entrance and then both associates stood less than 5ft from us as they watched her try on shoes...we were not the only customers but we were the only customers not allowed to browse shoes without a personal escort!! Worst 5mins I ever spent in a store period...and I will never spend my money in a Rack Room shoes EVER again!! Im utterly disgusted by how we were treated!!

I was in there today with my son and grandkids. Grandkids needed tennis shoes and their current sale is Buy One get One 50% off. We found them each (boy & girl) a pair of Stride Right. It was clear as day the price on each was $29.99. I mentioned to son itll be around $45. After ringing them up the total was over $60. I said that isnt correct. We had to wait for the manager then she took me back there to show me the numbers didnt match so these werent the ones on sale nor did they even carry the sale ones! Told me thats how Rack Room does it. I told her that was against the law because its false advertising. She didnt give a s**t!! I will NEVER go back there. I hope they get busted! Double check your number with advertised price folks.
