When my wife crashed her bike, Sean at this bike shop was able to replace her back wheel on the spot while I waited. Two other places in town said they could not fit me in for a week or more. I would highly recommend these guys. And the shop dog was adorable as well.

I needed a quick fix and they didnt disappoint. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They had me back on the trail no time. I will be back.

These guys are the best for many reasons, the top being:1) They keep a schedule- you drop off your bike and pick it up on predetermined days and they get the job done as promised in that time frame.2) Great communicators- they keep you posted on the work and what they need to do to get your bike like new3) Professionalism- they fixed a problem on my bike that two other shops claimed to fix and didnt.We specifically worked with Shawn, Alex, and Jack and all were dedicated and easy to work with. They might not be the cheapest, but they are the best. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants a first class job done on their bikes.

I was about to head over to fix a problem with a wobbly continental tyre on my road bike rim. I had put the tire in unevenly so the level of the beads were not aligned the whole circumference of the wheel.I called in to get a quote (turned out to be $10 for labour), and Matt picked up the phone and gave me the step-by-step instructions on how I can fix this issue at home.Thanks to Matt, I was able to get er done by myself (using soapy water and pumping air (~120psi was what did it for me) to the point of the tire aligning itself. Five stars for the friendly and helpful staff and for saving me a trip to the shop!

Had multiple bikes go through the shop recently. All the work was great and they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. They also took the time to answer a number of questions I had without being snobby about it, which is unfortunately not always the case at bike shops.

Wanted to support local businesses, but learnt a hard lesson. Overpriced place, will never go again. I was sold a Gatorskin tyre for $60, while all online vendors are selling it at $45. I can understand a $5 markup, but 30% markup is just greed. Dont recommend this place at all.

When you walk in, you can tell these bike professionals know what their doing. Through that confidence, you know they will take the utmost care of you and your bike. Ive found the shop in Asheville that will have my business.

I was visiting family and my pedal arm came off while mountain biking. These guys fixed me up same day, gave me an incredible deal on their services, and were extremely helpful and customer service oriented.I cannot highly recommend them enough!!!

The more Ive gotten into biking, the more Ive realized how lucky I am to have these folks down the road. I was initially intimated since most of the bikes theyre working on probably cost more than car but theyre happy to work with whatever youve got. They fixed our beat up vintage trek road bike better than new and worked with us to keep the price way lower than we expected.Theyve stopped what theyre doing to help me with simple fixes to get me riding again so many times and they always humor my silly beginner questions.Its refreshing to have a somewhere in this world thats not pushing you to buy more but instead focused on sharing what they love and getting people out riding.

Positive reviews gave me false hope. Guess I was the exception to the rule. Price quoted to me at shop was minus labor (+$150), they replaced my tire without asking and with different style, i had told them i wanted to keep bad wheel but they apparently tossed it, staff couldnt have cared less when i raised these issues. Came away feeling like i was taken advantage of and overpaid. I absolutely would not return or recommend this shop.Update: was given a call by shop and was treated courteously and respectfully. They offered to try to rectify situation, which I appreciated.

I typically do my own work in my full suspension 9er since I’m pretty picky with it, but I decided to give this shop a try. I am so glad I did, Nate and Jack went above and beyond getting me back the bike on time and it runs as good as new after the rebuild and other work they did. I have a new favorite shop in town. Recently bought a used road-bike that needed a tune up. The rear wheel was badly out of true, shifting was sloppy, brakes were uneven, etc. They got the bike in perfect working order, and even re-wrapped the handle bar grips which I wasnt expecting. Super friendly service. I will say, they were busy at the time and I got my bike back a little over their due date, but they gave me a little discount for the delay which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Son of a B!+ch... I cant belive what they did to my bike!! (Pivot Pheonix)...Who do these guys think they are?? I just wanted a tune up!!!! What I Got back was a STEAMING PILE OFF.....SHUT THE f^@K UP AND HOLD ON!!!!!!! Didnt know there was that much that need love! It was like a totaly new bike but better then when it was new!!! hell yea!! dont tell anybody about this shop so we can keep the good stuff to ourselves!!!!

Very friendly and efficient, but unfortunately they missed a metal shard in my tire on two occasions that was leading to a recurrent punctured tire tube. On the second occasion, the gentleman assured me the tire was fine. After the third puncture, I took the time to inspect the inside of the tire carefully and found a 1 cm long piece of metal which was easily removed. Problem solved.6/23/20 update: I was contacted by the owner of Find Your Line who took the review seriously and offered an apology as well as a credit for a flat repair in the future. I can now add good customer service to their accolades.

Just had my bike suspension serviced with the awesome crew at Find Your Line. Suspension is feeling plush and they were very responsive and attentive to all of my questions (I tend to ask a lot), and even took the time to show me the damage to my compression damper and why it needed to be fixed. Had the parts in hand (even in these tough times) and got it back running in no time. Thanks!

Very helpful staff. Good tire selection at decent prices. Mostly geared towards bike repair and accessories. Shop is kind of small and theres not much parking so plan to bike or walk to the shop if you can.

You may ask yourself “Should I get this shred sled overhauled...will it make a discernible difference?” Hell yes!!!...is the answer...and those men at FYL are the artisans to do it! The COVID O.H. was right on time. Now get over there....

Find Your Line is not only reasonably priced, pleasent but they go above and beyond to do things right. They have fixed a few issues that I thought I was going to have to buy new products and combining machine shop skills with bike fixing skills to really help me out. They are awesome....

I shipped my Fox shock and they fixed it 150 and it worked great after. Whole process took less than a week. Quick service and great communication.
