This place is awesome! Keith and Amy are top notch! I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place of business. I had a few issues with my transmission and my truck needed a tuneup and they had it done with time to spare! Unlike some places I have gone to in the past they actually warranty their work and tell you exactly what needs to be done. Trying to sell you services that you do not need is something they do not do. Take your vehicle here next time you need anything done as this is my one stop shop for any and all things that I need done for my truck!!!!!Prices are well within reason for any and all work that they do!

Wow, what can I say? I am an owner of five cars; three are the Make of Mercedes Benz. That being said, I found a new home to repair all of my family cars.As i am visiting South Carolina, unbelievably, I experienced a significant break issue. As I was visiting the drive-through for a light show in Powdersville, SC, last week, suddenly, my brake line diminished to nothing. Sadly, I was losing brake fluid rapidly. The light shows line was very long to enter play. I delayed the entire line for over 50 min.I contacted Mercedez Benz at Calton, and they stated that Mercedes did not have availability for appointments until Feb. 2022. I do not know—many people or auto mechanics in the area for the most part. A strong recommendation was presented for M& D Imports.The next morning on Monday of last week, I called M & D. Suddenly, my Incle passed. Mr. Mason was very patient and accomodating; he provided one of the most thorough evaluations with computerized photos of my entire car. All of my vehicles were previously serviced by several Mercedes Benz Service Centers, never have I received an auto analyst.Not to mention, Mr. Mason provided ten or more errors with my vehicle that I paid thousands and thousands of dollars to the dealership, and these significant deficiencies were never detected, which by the way, were significant safety issues. Me. Mason stated, it is not about the monetary benefit to his company; it is about the safety of myself and my family. He recommended not to drive the car (silver left) on a road trip due to the condition it was in at the evaluation time. Upon my return in 3 days over the weekend, Mr. Mason prepared my brake line. I no longer live in Asheville, but I will always stop by M&D whenever Im in town. Keith and the folks there were a big help when I was going through a rough time. They put up with a lot of issues from my lemon of a car at the time, and they did whatever they could to keep that thing running while I got my life together. I never met a mechanic that cared so much for his customers. Keith is a good and honest man that runs a great and honest business.

Finding a trustworthy mechanic is hard! But you cant do better than to trust your car to Keith Rice who knows his stuff! He will always tell you the truth about what he believes is wrong, and what it will cost to fix it. But the best part is that he almost always undercuts everybody else in price!!! Shop around, and you will see Im right! You wont be sorry. Keith is an upstanding guy! (I have used Keith to care for my 2005 Honda Civic and my wifes 2006 Toyota Corolla.)

Fantastic Establishment!My wife and I were visiting the Asheville area recently and was coming down the Blue Ridge Parkway after a day hike and our car began to skip and we very fortunately were able to turn into M & D luckily after getting off the expressway and they were so kind repaired the ignition coil that been burnt. The staff were so courteous and prompt in the diagnosis and repair of our vehicle. We cant thank you enough for saving our vacation and fixing our vehicle in such a timely manner!

Staff were great, even able to squeeze me in on short notice! Didnt try to upsell me on extra items but did advise me of issues found. Kind of hard to see the entrance from the road but well worth the search.
