Got here at 7:30 to instal a Ford performance part. It is 10:20 and I’m just now getting checked out. I have no problems with the people here, the issue is the time spent. I could have installed this part in under an hour, the only reason I didn’t is because the warranty will be extended if it installed at a dealership. Also they offer WiFi that doesn’t work. Bummed with the service already and haven’t even been there...My husband has called and left two messages in hopes that someone in service would call us back. Nothing...I sent a message online requesting a call back...Just going to take our car elsewhere and not worry about working with this dealership anymore. Really really disappointed.

Ive never really had a bad experience here as far as service goes. They have a shuttle service if you need to drop your car off, but it can be slow. I ended up taking an Uber last time because the shuttle was out about town. The Uber driver told me that other car service places in the area will pay for your Uber instead of having a shuttle, which sounds like a great idea. I hope the Ford place implements that so I dont have to wait around anymore.
