These people are the rudest people ever..it is ridiculous the way they talk to people.. I would not ever recommend going here ..drive a little farther for better customer service or use the drop off at staples.. the guy is very rude and acts like he doesnt know what he is doing..please take your business elsewhere
I have reinstated my business with Fedex. The manager (Alexis) issued a personal apology for another employees poor attitude towards me because I was unable to wear a mask due to a medical exemption. As far as Im concerned, the incident is behind us. She and Lee are very cool people and easy to work with so Im happy to give them my business.
I guess it who you are dealing with when it comes to this place. I have had great service. Then again I had bad real bad. To the pointWhere my package wasn’t delivered almost a week overdue and it was with the one person I always have problems with. For instance I went in to send multiple packages and there was two assistants there the young man was great and the young lady was okay. I for got my debit card so I ran out to get it. Everything seems okay with the young guy. Returned and you could only tell that there was something wrong with both of them by their personality. I had complained about the young lady about her disposition personality and professionalism and her working ethics. Previously that week . My packages were late on one over two weeks. So when I see her there, I do not even bother to go into that store I need o make sure that my stuff is send by a professional and quality service.
These people are stellar to work with. I rely on FedEx for my wholesale shipping, and this location is a joy to drop off my packages. The staff is always helpful, they printed bannersand color copies for me as well. Always a smile, always offering me great solutions for my business. Very happy to call them my business partners, and super grateful that we have a FedEx location in Asheboro.
I went in to return some boots. The employee didnt even try to solve my problem.
Worst customer service ever! I did prepaid fedex label using the eBay app I went to drop it off at the local fedex so my buyer would have it faster. The gentleman asked me what was in the package I gladly told him it was a metal sign wrapped in styrofoam he said ok. Then he proceeded to opening my package because he obviously didn’t believe me. Once he got done destroying my packaging and seen what I said was truthful he was like we can’t ship it like this you need to repackaged this... they offered to repack for a fee. Stay away from these crooks just call fedex free home pickup they are very easy to deal with with no questions asked.

I took a package there with a pre paid Fed Ex label and the lady gave me a long story about how she could not accept it because it was a liability and tried to hand me some story about how the packages go through the system. The SAME package in the SAME box came to my house a few days before via FEDEX! Now she is telling me it is a liability for her to accept? But she did offer to repack if for $19.99; obviously I said NO THANKS. I went on my phone a scheduled a FedEx Ground pickup at my house for FREE, and guess what, the package was picked up and in the system. Unbelievable! Best believe UPS will be in my future before using this place EVER!

DO NOT USE! Will not honor any damaged item claims, even if the damage is from using their packing. Also, FedEx doesnt recognize this office, nor their address as valid. BEWARE
