Rudest employees in the actual store part. I dont know if Lauren still works here or not but she is the nicest person. And she is the only person I would trust to do my hair when I get it cut. And the other employees in the salon have always been nice. The front part of the store they were very rude the last time I went in there which is why I shop at Sephora or shop online.

I wish I had taken some photos but this place is incredibly well stocked and the employees are always on patrol to help.My wife has gone here for a few years and really appreciate all their hard work and all the items she can find.Id like the public to remember that these people are employees and are not in control of most everything, especially the prices.

I honestly love the selection here but I gave 2 stars simply because of a couple of the staff, one was extremely rude when I asked for some help because Im not exactly a make up professional,then she proceeded to call out some scars on my face which I personally am quite sensitive about (they came from an auto accident) she then called me old I mean idk why somone with such a craptastic attitude would work in a place like this

I was the only customer in the store, and I was offered no assistance by a single employee at the Asheboro, NC location of Ulta Beauty. I was shopping for skin care and hair care... I spent approximately 15 minutes trying to locate products that were supposed to be in stock, according to the website, and trying to pick between the items I already knew I wanted. If you don’t want my money, that’s fine with me. I’ll find a competitors store that is actually wanting to do their job; instead of gathering at the front of the store and being paid to gossip.

The ladies at the Asheboro Ulta are sooooo much nicer than the Ultas in Raleigh Garner and Cary NC. Visit would of been perfect if the ac didnt feel like it was out.

Go get your hair cut here. Ask for kacidie, shes great. Im always satisfied with her work.

Just want to give a big thanks to Jocelyn an employee there. I have a rambunctious child and was having a hard time shopping and she made my visit very smooth and she was very nice to my son. More stores need employees like her. Will be back thanks to her!

This place is amazing always have the latest new make up extremely clean store you can tell the employees work hard to take pride the work ..I recently had my hair done at the salon the results was spectacular my hair is so unruly but my stylist worked her magic and with stunting results and everyone works together has a team at this store too definitely worth every dime spent here :)

Associates are very educated on the product they are selling, very friendly!!! We get our hair done their to and they do amazing work, stylist are very professional and educated, always a delight! Highly recommend!! I love this Ulta beauty!

The Ulta in Asheboro is well stocked and clean. I enjoy checking out the clearance items throughout the store. While I dont wear a lot of make-up, I have 5 daughters and 2 granddaughters for whom I purchase surprise goodies. Customer service is hit or miss. It could be better. maybe because Im not wearing makeup? There are tons of products besides make-up.Ive not used the salon but it looks well tended and the stylist seemed friendly.

The store looked very clean very orderly organized I would say not enough sales associates in the late evening I went around 7 to 7:30 p.m.the cashier was very helpful with using my discount from an email which I like, saved me some money she was very polite and knowledgeable, nice place to shop very fragrant store

This place is extremely overpriced. You tell them that you want one thing and then they charge for whatever they feel like at the end. It took them literally 5 hours to do my daughters hair (our appointment was at 5:00 and they were closed before we were finished at 10:00pm). Her style would have taken a regular salon 2-3 hours max! (She was the only one in the chair). Also, it looked NOTHING like the picture that she showed them. I got an all over color and mine is already pretty much washed out after only 2 weeks (even with using their suggested color shampoo). Needless to say, we spent 5 hours and wasted $246 (including the 20% discount) for something that we could have just went to Wal-Mart and bought boxed dye for. The girls were nice however, which is the ONLY reason I didnt say anything. You would think that going to ULTA would be a better experience given their price list, but honestly, its not worth it at all. The service isnt any better, their products are sub-par, they arent any faster, and the deep conditioning that is supposed to be included with the shampoo was just regular conditioner that they left on for 30 seconds. Just stick to your regular local salon and save your time and money and get what you asked for. I will NOT be back.

I was super excited to take my mom to Ulta, this was her first experience. I was embarrassed... I had told her all about how helpful the employees are and how she would leave feeling beautiful. Not at this location... you had to all but beg someone to help you and then they acted as if we were a bother. It was by far the worse experience I have ever had at Ulta. I will be taking my mom to the Charlotte location to make up for this.

Love shopping here, they have a lot of great specials now for Christmas gifts, just bought several $5.00 gifts for stocking stuffers for my girls for Christmas.

I had a wonderful experience at the brow bar with a lady name Whitney she helped me out and I had never ever done waxing or brow tinting but she was very nice and made me feel very pretty afterwards I would deffinetly recommend going to this Ulta they all are very friendly I will definitely be going back !

Ok ladies. I really dont need a bag. I got asked 6 times if i needed a bag, not just me but all customers in store were asked. But when i had a question couldnt find the right help. I love all the options in store i also enjoy good sales.

Never had an issue before yesterday. The cashier that waited on my 16 year old step daughter was rude and nasty. She threw change at her. Last haircut she gets there!

Beautiful store with the friendliest staff....... Lauren in the salon did an amazing job with my babydolls hair cut.... Actually he said that the short walk from ulta to the car he was approached by like 6 different potential wives..... So thanks ulta for the haircut and the confidence... We will be back

Wife went to location for full color and cut. She showed the woman a hair profile that she wanted, which was brunette with beautiful blonde attributes. She came home trying not to cry, her hair was black and kinda green. Funny thing is, her stylist thought she did a good job. SO, I contacted a few friends, one of which used to work at Ulta, and all friends quickly told me about horror stories with coloring. My wife spent the first half of our Saturday spending $160 having her hair ruined, and now Im spending A Saturday alone writing a review while shes at a much better place getting a correction. Luckily she found a place to fix it before she had to go into work looking like she butchered her hair herself. There goes hundreds of dollars and hours down the drain. Other comments say the staff is clearly not intrested in the customers, its because theyre not. Im sure they sell things off the shelf just fine, just dont trust them with much skill. Ulta owes my wife $160 bucks for making her hair worse than it was when she walked in, plus gas money to the next salon. They wont be in business much longer anyways. The service they provide isnt for entitled retail workers at a fancy make-up place, like them. They need to understand they are working on customers that have real jobs and are supposed to be professional, so dont mix blonde with green and dont mix brunette with black! $160 bucks for a 3hr disaster, get REAL.
