If I could give a negative review I would. Horrible experience tonight. In the past I’ve been able to come in, get what I needed printed off and gone in 10 min. Needed 5 invitations printed off...was there at 8:20. They close at 9. Plenty of time. Was told they couldn’t do it I needed to come back tomorrow to pick up. Was not helpful at all and just acted like she didn’t want to do it. Will never go back.
The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I came to drop off a UPS package and decided to get a role of packing tape. Ive never been here before and was obviously lost. The 3 employees talking at the checkout couldnt be bothered to stop their personal conversation. Then I found the tape aisle, and there wasnt one roll of packing tape of any brand in sight. I gave up and left.
Aaron was great as he greeted us at the door and directed us toward the printing center. Jazmin helped us print our documents and walked us through the whole process 6/5! Thank you so much!

If I could give them a negative star count I would. This store is not even worth 1 star. It all comes from their management. It is the worst manager I have seen in a long time. She is so pushy and will not leave you alone to shop and this was before this Cov19. Now she just stands at the door running off customers. This customer will never, did I say never shop at Stapes again. She has turned me against every shopping there again.Trust me they do not care!
Showed up about ten min before close on a Friday night and the staff was very helpful and polite. Not a fan of how they have things on display that they dont stock in store but that is not the fault of the staff. Walked in and out quickly with a new SSD drive.

I work in customer service and trust me when I say if I treated customers like this store in Asheboro did I would be fired. I have been in several times and needed help with copies or printing attachments and I can never get the proper help I need. Today I stood and watch a couple try and use the printer for 20 minutes in which they had no idea how to use. They turned around and ask me for help. I told the girl they needed help and she went over and spoke to them and walked off. I finally left without the copies I needed. I will not be back to that staples.
The staff here have always been very helpful and polite. They often stop what they are doing to show you the items you ask about. Last night an employee looked up my reward account to see if I had any coupons online that would help towards my purchase. Im glad they have a store in our town.

Had to scan and email some photos. The young lady who helped me was awesome. I could not get my computer and scanner to sync, and I had never done this before. So it worked out great. All 3 people I dealt with were great and very helpful.
Unpleasant employees at the print station. Eating a candy bar when she should be helping customers with a good attitude. Very rude. Store looks like it’s falling apart, unorganized, bad vibe.
The printing service provided at this particular site is abysmal. From the lackadaisical attitude of the employees to the departments outdated technology, I can string together a list of complaints.Firstly, from a managerial perspective, there is no real leadership at this location. The leading store manager is good at feigning the tone and helpful attitude of what you would expect from a customer oriented business. However, it is entirely absent in deed when it comes to performing the tasks actually needed to satisfy that customer. Instead, without being busy, delegation to a lackey occurs (I presume to keep the im the manager appearance up). This pattern has been experienced and observed many times.Bad leadership in management always trickles down. It effects employee morale, productivity, attitude regarding the quality of their work in the services they specifically provide, and the overall environment of the store. Unmotivated workers due to bad management always effects the customer, in some way and at some point.Concerning the printing services, the only reason I continued to use this location was the two excellent employees that worked there, that have now unfortunately both left. Any time I came in they always personally and professionally handled my needs with complete competency. I never had issues with the quality of the work, communication, or their attitudes.Now in their place, you have employees that seem to be completely disconnected from the idea of service.The job required is not hard, nor is it skilled. In the absence of those two factors service to the customer should be of the utmost priority. For any print work that may require quality assurance or an extra step beyond being pointed to an outdated print machine or computer, DO NOT COME HERE. I assure you, every progressive experience you have will increase your frustrations. Find somewhere else ...Lastly, I want to discuss the general machines and computers they usher their customers to.The multiple printing machines are slow and outdated. You can wait sometimes 20-30 mins or more in a line to print a single document.God forbid the employee points to a computer to tell you that it is available for printing. You will be charged for each minute of use, and $1.00 for each color print. What makes this all worse is the computer is so slow and hard drive so poorly maintained that my laptop purchased in 2010 can boot up and print something faster.To finish on a positive note, STAPLES does provide excellent products for my business (mildly overpriced if not accounting for walk-in convenience) that I will continue to purchase.
Decent Staples store. Location is difficult to access and egress from so plan accordingly! Furniture, office supplies, coffee and computers can be found here. Check your local circular or online for deals before arriving. Shop til you drop! Enjoy!
This store would not allow me in because I wouldn’t wear a mask. I have a health condition that prevents me from wearing one which I told the rude manager but he didn’t care. I just got off the phone with corporate and they told me it was not their company policy and he was in the wrong. I hope upper management puts him in his place.

Amazing employees! I felt stupid because I have never sent a text and the young woman behind the desk showed me how and educated me on how to do it without making me feel dumb! Wanted 1 page scanned and posted to my stick. Clerk scanned the middle only!!! Cost 2 hours and $2.12. Went to OfficeMax, took 10 minutes and 25-cents!!
Associate sold me the wrong ink for my printer and they refused to take the ink back. Manager was rude and I had to absorb $117 mistake of theirs. I will never go back to the store
Most prophesional place ive been in.Visited here three different times and all three times had excellent customer service!!!!Cathy morrison (helped with copys i needed)and another employee sorry i cant remember her name (helped with my business cards)They both deserve a raise!!!!!There customer service goes way above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied!!!!I recommend therm to everyone i meet.
Busy with back to school shoppers, but we were greeted cheerfully and the staff were very helpful and courteous even though one register was out of order.

Good Customer Service, good selection of products, always friendly, checkout can be slow when there are many customers, sometimes there are Cash Register issues.
You can no longer send staples an e mail to print a document. You have to use there complicated website which has minimum orders. I only need only thing printed. When you call the store both managers have no idea to navigate the website. Rather than offering to help me in store or have me e mail them my document they asked me to call a 1-800 number. Save your time go somewhere else, staples is becoming obsolete.
Went for some school supplies they were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.
Tech guy is super helpful. Seems like the variety of items in the store is sometimes limited. How many different colors of USB cables in two different ends do we need? Glad Staples is here though, hate to drive elsewhere for office supplies.

UPDATED! It was not Staples Fault! Its all on UPS. The package was found and delivered. Sorry, Staples! Read the entire story, but i learned a lesson, dont wait till only 7 days before Christmas, the UPS system cannot handle the overload.Heres what happened on Dec. 17.....Staples is the Grinch That Stole My Christmas!! They LOST my UPS package!!! Totally Clueless, as to the whereabouts of my supposedly shipped package. They charged $43.78 shipping to my credit card, and all I got was a lot of excuses. This was a Christmas gift to a special niece, living alone, widowed, the one person we truly wanted to say, We care about you! and now, because of bad service, we have failed, and its too late to do anything about it!!! Christmas is just a few days away! All the shopping, wrapping and heartfelt thoughts that went into these gifts are now in some one elses hands, so we hope they reap their just rewards for stealing this package! After spending hours trying to track and phone UPS as to the whereabouts of this package, I was told (by UPS) that it is up to Staples to trace the package. One of the employees said, Youll get $100 bucks! and that was that! UPS said the trace HAD to originate in the Staples store, not with them, more passing of the buck! Customers - BEWARE! When you drop off your parcels and pay your shipping fees, there is no guarantee that Staples will do their part. Now we are faced with a long, drawn-out battle of phone calls and time wasted, while the recipient sits alone at Christmas with no GIFTS! Truth be told, many parcels waiting for pick-up were either left outside the store. all packages contain a bar code and the only Tracking we received was Label Created (at the store) with Time/Date. So far, no one is accountable. If this ever gets righted Ill write another review, to be fair, but it will still be an empty Christmas for a beloved niece! If I had mailed it, it would be there by now! UPDATE: Sorry Staples, it wasnt you after all, it was UPS that completely forgot how to SCAN a package! It DID ARRIVE, but there was never any TRACKING! How did this happen, we will never know!!! A TRUE CHRISTMAS MIRACLE! Thats what it was! Next time, I WILL NEVER SHIP A PACKAGE WITH ONLY 7 DAYS TO GO. THE SYSTEM WAS JAMMED AND THEY COULD NOT HANDLE THE OVERLOAD. SORRY, STAPLES, IT WAS REALLY NOT YOUR FAULT.

I’ll go to Walmart next year school supply shopping. I was hounded at the register to spend $30 on some liquid they put on your electronics to prevent scratches and had to tell 2 separate employees NO 3 different times (because 1 no wasn’t enough)Last year they handed out coupons this year you had to bring your own. The lay out of school supplies is confusing to say the least and a lot of deals they were completely out of. At the end of the transaction you’re coerced to ‘sign up’ for their club so they can get your email and phone and between this and the anti scratch upsell next year we’ll go to Walmart for school supplies and anything else that may arise between now and then!

Well they have a few things for your shipping needs, but very very i mean very limited on boxes, dont carry many sizes at all, my suggestion would be go to officemax it may be further away but they have tons more for your shipping needs. Then told me to buy some crap and make my own. Wow
