Jose and the girls working with him were fantastic! Hes very knowledgeable and the girls interacted with our kids while he set up our phones! Awesome service! Highly recommended!

So the first interaction we had was back in August and Jose, the store manager, was so wonderful to us. Hes our favorite customer service rep. I highly recommend, we always have fun when we come in to the store. Plus they have great service plans and we just love everything. Thanks to everyone on the team.
The best place to be for cell service. Only problem is they should explain better when selling electronics that there is no refunds for products not working. Alot of money spent for NO REFUND

You know, no matter what, when you go into a retail establishment, the employees set your experience. Greg, Ray and I went into the Cricket in Asheboro today, and Miguel & Nissi - they could to training seminars teaching others to take pride in their work. We were greeted with a positive vibe. As soon as we walked in, The first thing we noticed was how clean everything was. They both were smiling and clearly in a great mood. They took us right to what we were looking for. Told us what accessories were needed and normally, I wont buy from the store ( Im a go check on Amazon kinda chick) but Miguel offered us a deal, that turned out saving us big!! It was 10% the accessories and a Lifetime Warranty on the Zizo tempered glass. Nissi set up the phones. They used an app to transfer everything.The entire time she helped us, she joked and had a positive attitude. Meanwhile, Miguel was cleaning outside windows and doors. They were wiping down everything and both wearing masks. When customers came in, he helped them while Nissi helped us. Then he went back to cleaning. The whole process was between 30-40 mins. I was good with that. I made sure to call the manager Jose, and let him know how our experience was. Just wanted to point out how much a positive experience sticks with people. Damn, Ive spent 30 minutes to make sure I included everything. If that doesnt say it sticks with a person.......⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Rep wasnt very knowledgeable about services. No phones in stock.
Poor customer service. Wanted to get iPhone 6 Plus and add lines. I as charged $20 before he told me they didn’t even have the phones in stock. Was also told no other nearby stores had them in stock. Would not refund me the $20. I called Greensboro myself and they have plenty in stock.

They got good service but they tell lies on the phone and they charge u 3 dollars to pay ur bill in the store I dont understand that.
