We were not disappointed as David is very knowledgeable and professional. He was attentive to our needs. David is one of the most generous car salesman that I have ever met. Refused to show me what I was interested in, tried to sell me something three times more than what I said I could pay, and lowballed me on my trade-in. Was encouraged by the internet salesperson to bring my car by for an appraisal because she said they would LOVE to have it. It took all of a minute to low ball the trade in value by $4k. The sorry excuse for a manager couldn’t even get out of his chair to look at my car. If fact nobody did and it’s a 2021 Honda! Nobody bothered to ask what I was looking to trade into or why I was there. Talk about rude and arrogant.I won’t be returning to this dealership ever again. Just be aware that this is the way you could be treated!Now they’re saying there’s no record of me being there which is not the truth!! If you look at other reviews you will see that response!!Just wow!! Avoid this dealership!

Bought a new Honda Pilot in 2016 from Asheboro Honda. Have been getting it serviced at my local dealership in High Point. Yesterday the HP service department wanted to spend no time or energy helping me with a warranty issue. Today Asheboro Honda took my Pilot with no appointment and worked until after lunch to make sure it was repaired under the warranty. Thank You Andrew in the service department and other ones that worked on it. Now I know not only where to buy Honda but also where to get it serviced. All 👍’s up for Asheboro Honda.

After purchasing two new vehicles from Asheboro Honda in which partly was due to the service agreement they offered - I have to say I’ve been nothing less than disgusted with the service received. Not only do I come from out of town to have service, but then have to return because the supplies are not available- even after the appointment was made two weeks prior. Beware of their false documentation- on two different occasions of oil change- they documented they rotated tires in which they did not (we marked tires and followed up with service manager who stated they must have not needed rotating) that doesn’t call for false documentation. So now they rotated tires at 20,000 and the ride is terrible due to their lack of rotating previously. Does Honda Corporate take complaints regarding dealerships? I need to escalate this. Tires are not cheap…

I must say that I am very disappointed. I purchased my vehicle here in 2018 which was great. I loved my salesman Jeremy. My vehicle came with what I thought was 4 free oil changes. I got to the first one and they said I was not in the system but after about and hour wait they found out the finance person did not activate my service contract. The second oil change was fine. I got to the third one and got my tires rotated. It was fine. I went to buy new tires and have them put on somewhere else and they were unable to take my old tires off because the previous person who rotated my tires at Asheboro Honda did not put my wheel lock back in my vehicle. It took three days to find a wheel lock that matched to get them off and it was at my expense. I also decided to get new lug nuts at that time since I did not have the key anymore also at my expense. I was told my technician had been sabotaging vehicles on purpose but no longer worked there. I decided to forgive and forget since that person no longer worked there and got my last free oil change and sat there for 2.5 hours wondering what was taking so long. I finally asked a salesman because the service guys where in there little office instead of at the counter FOREVER and he got their attention for me and said my vehicle was ready. They told me they had found a nail in my new tires and they plugged and fixed it. If they would have asked I would have liked my tire to have a tire boot instead of a plug since they were pretty new but they did not communicate any of that. So as I was paying I was charged for the oil change and told that the oil changes had a expiration date which I was never told before and the whole reason for my visit that day plus the extra charges for the tire rotation and fixing the tire. Therefore I would not be able to get my 4th oil change. I told the service guy about all this and he decided to give me a free oil change on my next visit in which I told him I did not think I would be back again ever. I later confirmed that with myself when I went to my next stop and saw that my valve stem cap was not put back on my tire that had the nail in it..... Im done with this place! Service department needs some serious improvement!!

My husband and I had been searching for a new Honda Odyssey and found online that this dealership had some good prices. Saturday 7/11/20, we rode up to look at them. The one that we were looking at online, was not even on the lot yet. Our salesperson, Tristan, was very friendly and knowledgeable and greeted us upon parking to try and help us out. We went and started paperwork on one that we found on the lot and were considering a trade. Tristan’s capability could only go so far to where he had to involve the sales manager, Alex. Their offer on our vehicle on trade in was 100’s of dollars below the lowest value of the car which offended us and we proceeded to walk out. Tristan approached us and apologized for what happened with the offer but it was out of his hands. We had absolutely no problem with Tristan. He was professional from start to finish. We then proceeded to go to Gerry Wood Honda in Salisbury where we ended up purchasing a van the same day in the color and style we were looking for. Their appraisal of our vehicle, doubled what the appraisal of Alex of Asheboro was willing to do. Gerry Wood matched the price of Asheboro Honda and threw in over $1300 in incentives because I was told that I was important to them and they wanted my business, unlike Asheboro Honda. I would say if you’re looking on a good deal on a vehicle and would like a fair market price on your trade in, don’t go to Asheboro Honda.

I took my Honda Odyssey to Asheboro Honda over a year ago for evaluation of a ticking sound. Over $1200 later and went to pick it up with a ticking noise worse that when I left it. When expressing my concerns that condition actually seemed worse, not better, I was informed that they naturally have a ticking sound with age. OK... but I just spent alot of money to fix the natural sound. I left my vehicle for them to check it further and never received a call to pickup. I had to call to check and to find out it had been ready for a couple of days. I had it checked elsewhere and they agreed that I didnt receive the proper service needed. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere when I upgraded. I had refrained from posting my review, but after seeing what some others are experiencing I decided I would take the time to share my review in hopes of helping others.

The responses to their poor reviews below are appalling and childish, not to mention it shows that the owner of this company should not be running ANY business that has any interaction with customers. I drove up from Moore county to look at a used minivan. I worked with Nick and he was friendly and made the process pretty simple. We ended up trading in my car and buying the van. I went to buy a used car from them and the experience was great except one thing. I went a Friday and they told me the car would be ready the next Tuesday because they were going to service the brakes on it (I’m not complaining about this). The car had an active recall about a BCM (Body Control Module) that they could not take care of it while it was in their hands. I had to take time off work to take it to another dealership to had that taken care of. Also, when I test drove the car the battery in the keyless remote was low. In know it was a used car, but at least they could have changed the batteries in the remote. Besides those things, the sale was great.

2005 Honda Head Gasket JobCustomer Service at the desk was adequate. The Service department left Hoses clamps off the back side of the motor after performing head job. Noticed Leaks after car started overheating again in 2-3 months. Took to Apex/Cary Honda and was told whoever had done my head job left the houses clamps off the back side of the motor. Took it back to Ashboro Honda where I told them what Apex/Cary Honda had told me. They took the car in and returned it stating they had fixed the problem with no paperwork. 6-weeks later, car was overheating again and I found leak to still be present and took it back to Asheboro Honda for second time for re-repairs. Stated they found another house clamp off the back side of the motor. Always agreed to look into the problem but obviously QC is not of the utmost importants in their service department.

As a resident of Raleigh, NC and someone with a need for EX-L, I inquired multiple times today for a Pilot EX-L. The salesperson insisted that the only way where theyd offer a better price is if I came in-person (social distancing measures thrown out the door for those of you concerned for your health). I again retorted that I was willing to make a decision, sign the paperwork over the phone and that I did not feel comfortable coming in-person. The salesperson was least interested in selling car without my presence in-person even though I was more than willing to negotiate and sign the paperwork electronically! What a daft approach to social distancing and sales. Id recommend health minded folks interested in Honda avoid this dealership.

It was my first time buying a used car and was surprised by how easy and Fast the process was. Little did I know that Greg (the salesman; steer clear from him) would sell me 2012 Chevy Cruze with extreme leakeage. He told me I was making a great desicion and then my mechanic tells me that in a month I would have to change most of the internal pipes. When I went back to the dealership to see if something can be done Greg said that all the cars that are at the lot are road ready. But why sell a car that will break down in a month and be fine with it. Great service but the will scam you. And remember the name Greg! Dont let him sell you anything.And Yes, I was a Customer at this shop, dont be fooled.

Fake online prices, they show low online prices and then add thousands of dollars fees on top of that,There is no record because I asked OTD price and it was about 4k more then then the internet price,You should be ashamed of yourself !!!

Its because of dealers like this one people end up buying their cars through vroom and carvanna I wish Honda followed the tesla way of getting cars that way we dont have to deal with Kesha hall and her incompetent sales team called them few times send emails no response to this day ..i had to settle for less than Honda even though Honda moto says other wise I got kia k5 at kia dealership they were very responsive and knowledgeable all in all people take your business somewhere else ..

Great experience and great deal on my new Odyssey! Kesha lined up everything, was super helpful and quick to respond to all my inquiries, as I was coming from out of town. Once I got there, she set me up with Jeremy who went above and beyond at every turn. Car was freshly washed, tank was full, and I got a full run down of all the vehicle features. I’ve never been to Asheboro Honda but I am 100% sure that once you walk out of there... you will not regret going there to buy the car of your dreams. I have known Jafet Machado and Tristan Pugh (aka the salespeople) for a very long time and not once have they ever told me false information about stuff I needed to know about. They are always dependable and they are very good at what they’re doing. They will give you best price that will fit your budget an that you can afford! They will always be there to answer your questions if you have any. When I buy my first vehicle, I’m definitely going to go there. :)

A total waste of time. We drove an hour here after a long day at work on Monday to make a purchase on a new Honda CR-V. I spoke with Kesha in Internet Sales earlier in the day to confirm the sale price. She confirmed the price advertised and stated they could match my appraisal for trade in from a different Honda dealership. When I arrived, I asked for Kesha, but was passed off to a different salesperson. We made it very clear what our objective monthly payment was, and what we had priced elsewhere. Their initial offer came back more than what we had priced at another dealer despite the lower selling price advertised. Why? Because of $1600 of after market add-on features that they don’t advertise online. When I had asked Kesha about add-ons by phone earlier that day, she had stated that if there were some, they could work with us on our trade-in value. WRONG. They didn’t come down a dime and wouldn’t remove the add-on features. Also, they refused to match the Honda Conquest rebate that was being offered by another Honda dealership stating that they only do it for certain brands which is completely different than what two prior Honda dealers had told us. They fully assumed that their deceptive online pricing worked on us because we had already driven an hour with the intentions of driving home in a new car. They assumed we would just do the deal, but we’re not that dumb. They even went as far as saying “Well, we’d hate to see you drive that truck all the way back home tonight.” Well, you did see that old truck pull right on back out on the highway.Needless to say, the whole process was extremely disappointing and we will be going back to Flow Honda in Burlington who is much more transparent in their pricing and doesn’t add extra after market items that buyers don’t want but are forced to pay for. I can also guarantee that we won’t make the mistake of driving to Asheboro Honda to do business with this group again. If I were you, I’d go elsewhere. If you don’t, don’t trust their online pricing that they use as a gimmick to get you in the door, and be sure to look for sneaky add-ons that are completely unnecessary.

I bought a new car from them and had a terrible experience, they have the worst customer service Ive ever seen, and I always try to be nice to customers service employees, but after cheating me out of $3,000 I was not happy. When I first bought the car they promised me a bunch of things, and were super nice. Then 6 months after I bought a BRAND NEW car the cruise control broke, and they refuse to fix it even after I paid almost 3,000 for an extra warranty to cover the electronics. And that is just the very tip of the iceberg. They never do anything they say they will. They told me they would fix any scratch or dent that happened within the first 2 years. Then when I tried to get a dent smaller then a dime fixed, they said it only covered dents that happened before I bought it... IT WAS A BRAND NEW CAR!! Then when they finally said they would fix it i set an appointment, rearranged my whole day to make it. Then when I got there this is exactly what they told me. Oh, we dont actually have time for you today. We just had you make an appointment do wed know youd be here. WHAT ON EARTH?? My advice is to avoid the place all together.
