Beware this dealership!!. I traded in a 30k vehicle that had a lien on it. 2 months later and they have still not paid the vehicle off. You cannot contact anyone at this dealership via email or phone, no one ever calls or emails back. This is a scam I thought only occurred at small dealerships run by foreigners. They are waiting to sell my trade before paying it off. Beware you may be buying a car that already has a lien on it and the bank they owe money to is gonna come looking. The phone number listed in the dealerships response below goes to no where. No one with any authority every answers the phone or gets back to you. The email below is bogus as well. Dont get scammed by these people, you have been warned .

This was the worst experience ever and I have bought a lot of cars in the past. The communication was horrible, we were told one thing on the phone and when we get there the numbers were completely wrong. There was definitely no communication between the employees. Something that should have taken 30 mins or less (since we had financing already in place) took over 1 an 1/2 hour. I’m pretty sure I will not buy from here again.

I just purchased a new 2021 RAM 1500 Laramie at Asheboro CDJR, and I wanted to leave a quick review to let everyone know that I had a great experience. Although I had an issue with a scratched tailgate upon delivery, the people at the dealership went out of their way to make me happy. I highly recommend doing business with them if youre in the market for a new/used vehicle!

Trying to get a service appointment here for a simple oil change was more trouble than it was worth. I prefer to go to Dodge, but they were very unhelpful and apparently are so busy, they dont need new clients. I didnt have internet access and had to call. Most of the dealers Ive been to have quick lube that doesnt need an appointment. I was already in town close by, and I dont live near any dealers.

This is the most amazing place I ever bought a car from, I had the honor to work with Chris Lackey and Bill and they both were very professional,understanding, and did everything they could to help my mom ! We got the deal done and my mom is very happy!!! She loves her new Dodge and I was so impressed with the customer service they provided to us . I could tell no matter what the situation was or if we bought or not they cared and wanted our Business. !! That means a lot to me. They wanted to help and would do what ever they could to help us! And another thing I seen is they all wore their COVID-19 mask and was very professional and took the distance serious as well on being around customers and me and my mom so we felt very safe on shop in there as well! I also visited the the service department while I was there and I have to definitely give them some credit on their customer service and energy star selves to me and my mother as well very nice people! This was our first visit here today. We saw a vehicle on line so we went this morning to look at it. Our sales man Terrell was awesome!! So very friendly and personable. Not at all pushy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and trading in our vehicle which they gave us a good price. The finance manager was super nice and so helpful. This experience was amazing. We usually steer clear of dealerships because of the exhausting experience and pushy salespeople. Not here though. The dealership is very laid back and we highly recommend doing business here.

I have purchased 13 vehicles over the last 14 years for one reason or another at different dealerships (almost one vehicle per year). My experience at Asheboro Dodge was THE best car buying experience ever. My salesperson, Cory Dowless, was very professional and never pressured me into making any decisions. When I offered up different offers and comparisons, Corey was patient and answered every question I had. Sales Manager Bill Bradshaw was very genuine when discussing ideas, and he made several suggestions without creating a stressful environment. It felt like I was talking with my friends or neighbor. I have great credit and even through I secured financing before my purchase, Bill offered to check additional interest rates to see if I qualified for a better rate...and I did! Saved .5% that will translate into a $1,000 savings over the life of the loan. Great team at Asheboro Dodge.

*update* I was perfectly capable of getting the vehicle at your lot. I contemplated paying cash for it. So don’t make it sound like I wasn’t capable of affording the vehicle. It’s your dealership trying to scam people and I wasn’t going to let you scam me.Had 3 other dealerships offer me a certain amount for my car without me asking for that amount. They refused to match and said they “didn’t see paying that” for my trade in. So I went 2 seconds up the street to Toyota and bought a car.

I inquired about a 2020 Wrangler at Asheboro CDJR and corresponded with Cory for a few days before going to look at them in person. When I arrived, Cory was ready to let me drive a 4 cyl and a V6. His knowledge on vehicles is impeccable. Also, the atmosphere in the entire dealership was very laid back. It was extremely hard for me to find exactly what I wanted but Cory did just that! He was ready to locate Wranglers for me as well as build a new 2021 model. He never put any pressure on me to buy a Jeep and was the coolest salesman I’ve ever worked with. The actual buying process was extremely easy as well! If you’re ever considering a CDJR, definitely come to Asheboro and speak with Cory. You won’t leave disappointed!!

I do not recommend buying from here. I purchased a used vehicle from them about three months ago a 2015 ram. I get a call from them saying they don’t have my insurance information and that my tag might be illegal. I put insurance on the truck sitting in the dealership anyway got the form they needed and asked if they got my tag transferred from my trade in was told yes everything is good.Over a month later I get a temporary tag in the mail for my vehicle so I’m guessing I’ve been riding around for almost three months with no tag or registration for my vehicle. Yet never got a call about it.

Well, I set out to buy a used truck and with the help of Ken Peneku, OUR sales guy, and Gerald Bennett the GM, we walked away with a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade! These guys are the BEST truly! Everyone at the dealership was friendly, helpful and fun, but Ken and Gerald were outstanding and went way beyond what they had to, to make sure we got everything we needed and at a price that worked. I have never enjoyed a car buying process this much, who am I kidding, I have never enjoyed buying a car! But this was a very good experience and I would recommend these guys to anyone!!! Pleasantly surprised at how smooth things went here. I typically do not like buying cars from dealerships, but the lack of sales pressure and Corys laid back attitude were a welcome change. I had a good first impression then things just got better and better. Im from Charlotte, and they bent over backwards to let me get the car inspected by my local mechanic. They also worked with my credit union to smooth out the transaction so less of the process fell on my shoulders. Really, I cant speak highly enough of these guys. The truck is great, the staff is chill... I guess Im actually willing to tell people here in Charlotte to go to Asheboro to buy vehicles! :)

I recently took my Jeep in for a headlight issue. The service department replaced two bulbs but told me they had to take the front end off to diagnose. After I picked my Jeep up the dash information center started saying everything from turn off cruise control to front blinker light out. A few days later the side panels started coming away from the car. I did not have any of these issues before I took my Jeep in for the headlight repair. I would not recommend this service department!

I just left from this dealership and I must say, I had a wonderful experience! The sales manager whose name is Bill personally called me to correct a small issue that I had with one of the sell reps. I could tell that he was determined to rectify the issue and to live up to the high standard of excellence set by this dealership. I also encountered a rep name Cory. Great place to buy a vehicle! I went a year without a spare key to my Jeep so I thought it was in my contract to receive a spare key but it wasn’t. The sales manager really helped me out and got me a spare key if I would pay to get it programmed. Saved me a lot. He didn’t have to do that but he did. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My first experience with this place was okay, I told the first dealer I talked to how much I wanted to pay for what I wanted. He told me thats not going to happen, didnt bother asking me what my down payment would be or my credit score, nothing.Called again a few weeks later and talked with someone else. Told them the same thing and mentioned how much Im putting down (half the value of the car) guy is elated. I drive and hour up there and we make a deal.I wind up with exactly the payment I wanted and the dealer was very friendly.However, he did keep me for a few hours. He seemed to be taking his time getting everything prepared. And then the GM while doing paperwork tried to up sell me on every possible thing.Car is great though, got a good deal. Overall, I would recommend them. But be prepared to be hassled slightly and in the dealership for longer than necessary.

I wish I had bought my Jeep from this place Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Unfortunately I bought mine from Ilderton Dodge in High Point.This dealership in Asheboro is awesome. I asked the High Point dealership about the Jeep Wave program with the free oil changes. They acted like they never heard of it and would not honor it. Also the one in High Point is rude and they act like they dont want you to bother them. They are not friendly at all. This one in Asheboro is super friendly and go above and beyond. I will buy any parts or anything I can from now on from Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

My issue with Donnie was that he ordered my leather seats with the wrong color stitching.. and well, you can read the way he responded below. He very much deserves to be singled out. Good thing there is this forum. I have no idea what the owner is talking about in his reply, but let his reply speak for itself.. Take your business elsewhere. Jeep is awesome, but steer clear of Asheboro Jeep. BTW The owner also owns Honda, Nissan and others in the area. You decide.Original postDonnie Brown, the general sales manager, was extremely rude. When an upgrade to my NEW Jeep was incorrectly ordered, by him, his response to me was I do not care if you take your business elsewhere. I do not what was worse, him not taking responsibility for his mistake or what he said to me. I had already purchased the Jeep..he had my business already. Another quote from him was we bent over backwards to help you. Odd, I thought that was his job.It is a shame because the rest of the staff was great. But unfortunately, I can only give them one star due to Donnie Brown. I spoke with the owner and I asked him what was going to be done with Donnie Brown but never received an answer to my question. My suggestion to you if you want to purchase from Asheboro Jeep is to make sure Donnie Brown no longer works there before proceeding.

I can first say I did not expect much being my local dealer in my area and usually I have to drive up to a few hours away to get the best deals. It is Asheboro and it just is not a big city where you get some competition. I decided after 15 years since my last new vehicle and just several years from retirement to get one last new vehicle right now to have paid by retirement. I had a Jeep Wrangler I bought new in 1998 with a bad experience with the quality. So with that said I got on a forum to research Wranglers again and the 3.6 liter Pentastar. Most all was fairly very positive and like anything, you can get a bad one and it is expected because we are talking mechanical things here and they do break. So after I did my research and decided to give Wrangler and Jeep one more go I looked at a dealer out of state that was told cant be beat. I had them price a build and the quote came. I took this to the dealer and they not only matched it but included in a Jeep they found at another dealer on the lot with a few more things I had not opted for in the build. With a low interest rate sub 3% and I was agreeable. I was more than happy to keep my business locally for sure through them and look forward to the Wrangler getting here. I think sometimes we may have expectations that are not possible but I was pleasantly happy and would do business again. I just hope when I get the Jeep the engine proves great. Thanks to Traci and Scott at Asheboro Jeep for their tireless responding to me and my pitting them against another dealer, but I have always done that whenever I buy new.

What exceptional service I received today from the wonderful gentleman in the service department. I was on a business trip from Charlotte to Raleigh. It was a little after 6am and my engine light came on and my car was making strange sounds. I was an hour and a half from home and an hour and 15 from my business meeting. I pulled into the dealership knowing they were not open but didn’t have a clue what I was going to do. At this point it is 640.am I see someone pass by the service dept door. I knocked on the door and the gentleman could see how distressed I was (sobbing 😩). He let me in and brought me to the back where some other super nice men discussed the issue I was having. They offered me coffee and compassion. I was assured everything would be ok. They promptly got a rental car ready for me to head to my my meeting and they text me with the issue and cost. It was repaired and ready when I returned. The cost was very minimal. I really just can say enough about the amazing service I received. If you live in the area or not I was suggest traveling to see these fellows for any service needs you may have. Thank you for saving my day!

I started out with an oil leak on my Charger. I took it in to be diagnosed and I had a small problem with the service department. The owner of this dealership showed that he really cares about customer service. He called me at home and made everything right. This is very important nowadays because my opinion is that true customer service is a dying concept. I also want to recognize the phone operator, Joelle (I know this spelling is wrong but I hope it’s close enough to recognize her). She actually noticed my number coming up and that I was asking for the service department a lot. She called me at home to make sure that everything was ok and when I explained my problem she said she was going to talk to some people and she actually helped me out. She was the phone operator, but she cared enough to go above and beyond her job tasks to help a customer out and I think she should be noticed for that because that is the type of customer service that everyone should strive for. While there, I fell in love with a Challenger they had and decided to trade my car in and get the Challenger. My salesman, Sherod was A+ again (he sold my wife a Jeep in the past). The reason I decided to continue my relationship with this dealership and get my new car here is because of the customer service that the owner and the phone operator showed me during the problem I had with my car, as well as the great service and experiences I have had in the past.

Don’t waste your time on this dealership for repairs, I took my Chrysler 300 for a air bag issue recalled, after they were finished with the “repairs or lack of” my vehicle won’t start they blame it on a weak battery, after they jump start my vehicle some lights came on in the dashboard including the airbag lights I asked to talk to a manager about this issue and MITCHELL WRIGHT from service, toll me that there was nothing he could do his lame excuse was that the lights were on Prior to the repair which is a lie, I have contacted Chrysler corporation about this issue, so please don’t waste your time and money at Asheboro Chrysler for service repairs.

The sales manager Gerald Bennett was very helpful and went out of his department and way to help me. I had a service warranty that I purchased there with the vehicle. The warranty company denied a $1300 claim. Gerald said that’s not good business so he called the warranty company and made it right. They eventually reimbursed me. I would definitely recommend them!

Let me start by saying that I wanted a specific vehicle, and there were only about 4 within 200 miles of me. Asheboro had the Jeep I wanted and I wanted to do as much of the work as possible over the phone before I drove 2.5 hours.Bryan was my salesman and it took 3 days of back and forth (and a conversation with a sales manager) to get the details from him. He was not there when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, but the sales manager was. I then met with Nate Williamson, who was very attentive at the time. I drove the truck, we walked through all the paperwork, and everything was great.However, there were 2 things that could not be resolved at the time of purchase: one was that this was a dealer demo and only had one key. The sales manager and Nate advised that the owner may indeed have the other key and stated that they would be glad to follow up. The other issue was the timing of the payment for the vehicle I traded in. I was receiving late notices and was trying to contact Asheboro Jeep to determine when the payment was made.Its now 30 days from my purchase date and they will no longer return my calls. I have yet to get an answer about the extra key, and I never received a response from them about my trade payoff. I finally received confirmation from my bank that the trade was paid off, but after multiple calls and emails to Nate, still no response.The TLDR version is that you need to get what you need from them before you make the deal. Your support will dry up quickly thereafter.

I bought my 2011 Kia Sorento from this dealer at the end of February 2020...Mind you I drove from Virginia to North Carolina bc i couldnt find what i wanted in my area. Its a wonder i didnt blow it up on the way home bc it didnt have a drop of antifreeze in it. In March of 2020 the reverse went out in the transmission. Mind you I havent had the vehicle for 30 days. I called twice and the sales managers didnt wanna assist me in any way what soever and still to this day they want. Unfortunately Ive got an attorney involved. I absolutely do not recommend anyone using this dealer.

This is my third Jeep I have purchase all from different dealerships and I must say Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep is the best! The sales person Maria was friendly and non-pressuring. The finance department worked hard at giving me a good trade-in so to get me towards a payment amount I was comfortable with. The manager made sure the new Jeep was washed and filled with gas. I am a happy owner of a new 2016 Jeep Wrangler.

Got me in on time. Did the works fast. And knowledgeable. Would have been 5 stars but had to ask twice about getting oil change and did not rotate my tires should have been done included in price of oil change. But will use again. UPDATE . It seems the repair work they carried out did not work because they failed to diagnose the problem correctly, The fall back plan was also the incorrect solution for the problem and would have involved tearing down part of the engine. So wont be using again.

I just recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from this dealership and had exceptional service from Sherod and Gerald. Sherod was my salesman who made the experience comfortable and was beyond patient. He even went to pick up the vehicle himself for me to be delivered pronto! The perfect salesman! Gerald is the one who sealed the deal for me at a great price. Honest and professional. I even had a small dilemma with a missing remote start feature - not even a week later, they had me setup and ready to rock and roll with a new remote start to make things right! I went in last Friday for an oil change - the technician suggested a new air filter, and I agreed they could replace it. Unfortunately, what should have been a quick visit turned in to a 2 hour visit with my car still not ready. However, the manager, sensing my frustration did not charge me because of the long wait - said it should not have taken that long and apologized. We purchased a new 2012 Grand Cherokee. Also purchased the Zurich Shield package for extra protection. Problem #1) At 20000 the computer went out while 800 miles away from home. Took a week to get it back. Chrysler refused a rental or loaner while they worked on the Jeep. Problem #2) At 70000 noticed the paint bubbling on the hood. Took it to the Asheboro dealership only to have months and months of run around . Took the issue all the way to the top man, the owner, who promised satisfaction. Now he says if the paint starts peeling they can probably get it fixed. After almost a year of NO HELP I have just give up and come to the conclusion they are not interested in standing by their product. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYBODY. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE AT THIS DEALERSHIP.Wednesday March 16, 2016. STILL NO CALLS FROM DEALERSHIP? ? ? ? ? As Ive already stated this dealer is definitely NOT INTERESTED in standing behind his product! I do travel a lot, but my phone number is the same. I live in Greensboro and was not getting any good service or what I was looking for as far as price and APR. Went here and not only did I get the price that was good for me, but I also got lower APR than anywhere in Greensboro. My salesman Eli helped me so much and when you go there ask for him. Got a car last year from them bit of a impulse buy. Drove it for six mounts wasnt happy with it just didnt feel right so I traded it in. Now as if to spite me they refuse to give me my gap money back. First they pretended to send the info to the insurance company, who claims to never received it. They also claim the insurance company had to pay it but when I talk to them they say Dodge must pay it. I am just disappointed in them they seem nice when I got the car and now all this hassle just over some gap refund. Looks like Ill be calling my lawyer before the month is threw.06/12/17Im done with them forth time they have liked to me saying the check was either in the mail or on its way. I now have a recording of the gm saying that the check was being made and put in the mail on the 6/8 and four days later nothing. I only live 15 min away it doesnt take a week to mail a check that far.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone they​ will straight up lie to your face just to shut you up. I guess I will have to get a lawyer just to get what is owed to me.
