I have had the best experiences at Bride and Groom Formals, Sarah has been extremely helpful in the process of finding the perfect prom dress for my senior prom along with my wardrobe for Miss Randolph County pageant and then stepping it up a notch in helping me to prepare for Miss North Carolina. She always assured every dress fit perfectly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed all way to my earrings being a perfect match for each dress.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Very friendly and personable. Definitely will be in going back for future prom & wedding needs

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this shop. They butchered my best friends wedding dress during the alteration. In addition there is blood on the under layers of the dress, did you think just because it wasnt on the outside you didnt have to clean it? Wouldnt you know if you pricked your finger while sewing? Do you know how unsanitary it is to bleed on a customers product that they paid thousands for?? So now the bride has to pay another seamstress to fix the dress and clean it. In addition, even after sending in measurements wrong sizes were ordered for the bridesmaid dress. I have tried calling and left messages but they never answer their phones! Save yourself the headache and choose another shop.- one upset MOH.

I stopped by to see if I could get my measurements done for a suit because I am in my Daughter in laws formal wedding in New York later this month and needed to call them in to the shop they are using up in New York. After they were done I asked how much I owed them because I expected to pay something, after all that is a service and they said I owed nothing. That alone shows me that I will do business with them when I need services they offer in the future and I will highly recommend them to all!!!

I wish I had the choice of giving a 0 star. All of my bridal party including myself ordered our attire for my Oct. 6, 2018 wedding back in March. We have been hearing since August that the bridesmaids dresses and my wedding gown was coming. I heard this every week until finally the end of September. I was in full panic mode. After a week of arguing and crying, the owner finally decides to give me all of my money back. She was too much of a coward to meet us and actually be the one to hand us the check. She has the lady BeBe take all of the heat for her. Im very greatful that it didnt lead to legal action, but I have rushed all weekend to find a dress and attire for my whole bridal party for my wedding that is not even a week away. We contacted the owner several times with no reply back other than the dresses are coming. Please before you go here, take your money somewhere else, because if you wait on this bridal shop to get your items, you will be another victim of a scam!!!! This is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS with a HORRIBLE OWNER!!!!

I would not recommend anywhere else. Sara the owner is super nice helps you with anything and everything you need.

Please do not buy from here. The quality of the gowns are terrible and the service is ridiculous. While there to try on I was unable to sit b/c the owners daughter needed a nap on the couch I was sitting on. The store is out dated, everything there is poorly made. The dresses that were ordered from there came 2 week prior to the wedding and were dyed completely wrong. After being sent back, the dresses returned still unsatisfactory. Do not waste your time.

I would not recommend this place to anyone my girls had to pay extra for rush delivery which I understand that part but what upset me is I dont consider it rush delivery when they dont get them in until 4 days before my wedding then acourse 3 of 4 dresses needing alteration that ever who done that too them did a terrible job heck one of the dresses wouldnt even zip now how can a measurement be off that much so 3 of my girls didnt get Thier dresses back until 2 days before the wedding and 2 of them still wasnt right
