Had a great experience with Mattress Warehouse in Asheboro. Stephen was great sales person and provided excellent customer service. He makes sure your a happy customer. He knows his stuff about mattresses. Reminds me of the good ole days when there was a thing called Customer Service If you want sleep to happen, go see Stephen at Mattress Warehouse.

My sales clerk Steven was knowledgeable on the products that I was interested in. He was patient, offered different options and maintained good hygiene practices by providing a pillow proctor when I was trying the beds out. Steven made the actual purchasing process extremely fast. This is the first time that I have purchased a mattress from this company and looking forward to seeing if this company provides a better quality product than the previous local mattress company that I have done business with. Also the shipping is faster than other places in this area. However I just made my purchase on a Sunday and supposed to receive my mattress on Wednesday. Originally Steven stated that I could have the mattress on Tuesday however once Steven looked at the delivery schedule, Tuesday was already booked up. Hopefully the delivery will be on time and my new mattress will arrive in great shape. If not I’ll be updating this review.

We had looked for a mattress online but wanted to try some mattresses out before we made a final decision. And so we went to Mattress Warehouse off of route 64 in Asheboro, NC. Not only did they help us find the exact type of mattress we need, but we also found that their prices beat the online prices. Stephen, the store manager, worked with us to give us a great deal for a mattress that we would have never thought we could have afforded. If I have to purchase a mattress again, I know exactly where I will be going.

My wife and I went into the store just a few minutes before they were supposed to close, Payton greeted us and was super helpful. She spent the better part of an hour helping us pick out the perfect mattress that met all our needs. We didnt purchase anything that night,and the following morning my wife went down the road to Mattress Firm just to see what they had to offer. She got there not long after they opened, the staff there were very short with her, kinda Rude and not helpful at all. She returned to Mattress Warehouse and purchased the mattress and accessories we had chosen the night before. Everyone at Mattress Warehouse has given us fast friendly service and delivery and setup was quick and easy and they keep you informed throughout the entire process, definitely the best place in town
