Great customer service. Very nice people from the people in the office to the mechanics. Its hard to find mechanics that you can trust and hard to find mechanics that wont charge extra cause they can. No one enjoys having to put their car in shop but my experience with R&D was great. I put my car in shop on a Wednesday and got it back Thursday afternoon. Im very pleased with the timing and service. I have found me a new mechanic and whenever I need work done I will definitely be visiting R&D. THANK YOU GUYS.

Awesome ServiceR&D perform excellent service on my 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe. I went in for an alignment and found out I needed tie rods. The professionalism of phone call to let me know the reason I was having the issues with my tahoe was awesome. But the greatest thing of all, I was able to get all the work done at very reasonable rate. Thanks R&D

I really appreciate the care R&D gives not only too my car but too me! When I call for an appointment Angie always calls me by name and knows me and my vehicle. And they don’t mind when I ask them questions.

Got my vehicle home and noticed their was a oil leak and had just had my oil changed. And whoever changed the oil forgot to tighten the drain plug.

Just wanted to leave a review of my satisfaction with R&D - I had to have my car towed on Friday night after hitting something in the road. First thing Monday morning I recieved a call from Angie asking what had happened and letting me know shed be in touch when they figured out what was wrong. I was called back a few hours later with the issue, and cost, and they had my car back to me in ship shape the next day!

You can tell when a business truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend you see Angie and her family expert technicians, honesty people.
