Just bought an Africa Twin from Cycle Center. Came all the way from Cary to do so and Im glad I did and I will continue to. The vibe at Cycle Center is different. Laid back, sincere and friendly. Honest. Around Raleigh its high pressure sales which is funny because they dont even have any inventory. Cycle Center had what I was looking for right there on the floor. The sales process and bike pick up was actually fun, what a great group of guys. When you find a dealer like this your form a relationship. What this means to me is that in the future my next bike will be a Honda again, and I will buy it from Cycle Center no matter where live.

These guys are always on point, answer all our questions and help us with NO problem whatsoever.... And MOST parts are ALWAYS super duper cheaper than other places.... We absolutely love em....*Just got my son a $200 pair of handle bars for wayyyy cheap, under $50.... Whoopty whoo!!!! ;)

Sales associate told me they had a multi service repair shop spoke with a mechanic and was told he only does certain machines and he doesnt even like messing with his own brand of ATVs I would not recommend this place to get maintenance work done

Excellent experience with Keith Robbins in buying a new (but left-over) 2019 Honda CB300R they had listed as Managers Special on cycletrader.com. Keith was responsive with a detailed quote (and in answering subsequent questions), their price was great, the setup and doc fees were reasonable. Their assistance at pickup was appreciated (quick, and helpful beyond expectations in getting bike onto my trailer). No hassles start to finish, and I saved $1200 compared to buying a new 2021 bike locally.

Ive used Cycle Center for parts, service (both routine maintenance and warranty work) on my Honda Africa Twin. They go out of their way to help you, and get things done in a timely manner. I recommend them to everyone. I drive 30 min from Greensboro to use their services, and we have a Honda Dealer here in town. They are Honda only and not one of those multi brand dealers that sell mostly side by sides.

Tl;dr: Excellent experience. Visit them and youll be impressed.Im not one that likes haggling or dishonesty. Both of those have been my typical experience when making large purchases like vehicles. Thats why it was so refreshing to work with Keith @ Cycle Center. We first started corresponding over email and Keith immediately impressed me. His answers to my questions were prompt, concise, and complete. He didnt waste my time. When I visited, I was equally impressed with the other staff. They really do treat you like family. Seriously. How many of us dread going to the back room to sign the docs and having to deal with someone telling you that 1 day after your warranty, your new toy is going to catch on fire unless you add this new warranty or this protectant? That didnt happen here. Brent was so laid back and not pushy at all. My mind was blown. lol To wrap this up... Cycle Center is a very well ran business and one that is worthy of supporting. I had an excellent buying experience at Cycle Center!! I purchased a 2020 TRX250X and a 2021 TRX90 pretty much all online and over the phone. The COVID-19 pandemic created production delays at the factories which in turn lead to delivery delays to the dealerships. My delivery was 2 weeks late at no fault to Cycle Center and my salesman Keith did an outstanding job in keeping me informed of shipping updates. Overall, my experience was excellent, Keith was an outstanding and very knowledgeable salesman and I will definitely reach out to Keith and Cycle Center again for future purchases.

They have been around for a long time and I have bought several units from them in the last 20 or so years. Absolutely great sales, service and parts department staff. The people make the business and they have the best I have seen in the area. They have always been helpful and take the time to work with their customers.

All I can say is.. wow. This place is awesome!! Staff is friendly, and very helpful. This bike shop also has some of the best prices in town! I took a friends bike to get the handle bars shortened, but was told they were backed up for the day. I excepted that they wouldnt have time to complete the modification that was required, so I made my way out of the store. On the out of the store I ran into Derek the manager, and asked how I was doing and if I had gotten everything I needed. I told him I was there to get the modification done, but the staff didnt have time and I would come back. Well, Derek personally took the bike from me and did the modification on the spot. I was super impressed by the level of customer care (it wasnt even my bike!!!), and have decided to strictly use cycle center for all my local biking needs. I hope this review helps people looking for a local bike shop and brings these awesome guys the business they deserve!

I took my rim and tire to them got a new tire they cleaned my rim and done a great job only thing is they were going to charge me 60 dollars more to take the rim off my bike

I bought my 1st bike through CCI, and it was a very pleasant experience . They let me decide what bike I wanted, with absolutely no pressure to buy. I went online the night before, and got prequalified for the CBR300R. After reading glowing reviews, and recomendations, I knew it was a great starter bike. I can say that I totally agree!
