Someone was stealing my service and they expect me to pay for it even though i called a million times to tell them i had no service for a month and a half i thought i was shut off cause i was in the hospital and didnt get the bill.

Ive had & used this company for a long time now, Ive always been pretty satisfied. Lately, in the last yr or more its been frustrating as a customer. I was just trying to log in on the web site...I enter all my information correctly 3 or 4Xs and it comes back with a response that I cant log in. Frustrating!! Ive been on the phone with customer service 3Xs for over 30 minutes to try to order a replacement remote ((mind you, you can not watch tv without a remote)) each time they said my new replacement remote was on its way to my home. Each time I was told that it was a lie. We waited for weeks for a replacement remote!! Finally the 4th time I called, same frustrating process on the phone but finally the technician on the other side made progress & really took his job seriously. I wish I could acknowledge the nice man, unfortunately I dont remember his name. Optimum, is failing their customers. It shouldnt be this hard to get decent customer service. Just acknowledge that!!

I lost a channel that I watch constantly all it says is there’s no data, I called customer service and they suggested that a technician come to my house, I asked why when it’s your problem not a connection problem, to sum it up it’s just a excuse for you to sign a service contract that I will not do I’d rather switch cable companies then be pushed into a service contract...
This isnt optimum!
