This is a wonderful medical suppy shop. It has wonderful lift chairs to aprons, orthopedic supplies to pain creams, uniforms, shoes, lab coats etc. This is definitely my go to place from now on. The staff was wonderful and eager to help very friendly great pricees. The place to go!

My search for the perfect walker for my 92-year-old mother led me to Mountain View Medical Supply. After hours of research, discussion with my mom, and looking at models at a local overpriced medical supply store, we finally decided on the NOVA Star 8 Petite Rollator model. Nobody had this in stock, but I finally found Mountain View Medical Supply after a thorough Google search and they listed this for an excellent price. When I called, Lynette Hartley answered the phone. She was incredibly nice and patient with me and provided a lot of insightful information about this model and the similar Zoom Petite series. She said she would get back to me after inquiring about availability, and true to her word, she did call me back promptly.Amazingly, the walker arrived at my mom’s just two days after the order was placed since it was coming from the local NOVA warehouse. With nervous anticipation, I put the walker together … sadly, my mom expressed dislike for it almost immediately. She simply couldn’t use the hand brakes or turn around to sit on the seat due to extreme arthritis and frailty. So I had to take the walker apart, carry the heavy box down to my car, and repack it at home. I called Lynette the following Monday to tell her the bad news and she was so understanding and sweet about it. She arranged the return and emailed all the information I needed to send it back to the NOVA warehouse.Initially, Lynette told me NOVA would take 7-10 business days after receipt of the walker to process the refund. When I didn’t hear anything, I called her to inquire about the status and she said the refund would now likely take four weeks based on information she received from NOVA! While I had Lynette on the phone, I asked her advice about wheeled transports seats, since the walker project was now scrapped, if not on an indefinite back burner. She provided helpful information about different brands and once again, was patient and very personable.It took a few more follow-up emails with Lynette to get NOVA to process the return and issue the credit. She worked diligently to make this happen, which must have been a little frustrating, although she never showed it! I found out from Lynette that it took longer for NOVA to process this because theyre short staffed. If you’re in the Denver area or anywhere else and looking for great products and wonderful, above and beyond customer service, I highly recommend Mountain View Medical Supply!

I do not like shopping especially for work clothes. Misti made it easy for me. She asked about the kinds of things I like in scrubs and showed me a few options. I love the Dansko clogs and the Carhart scrubs. She even brought me a couple of sizes to try on which made it nice and easy. I haven’t seen this kind of full service since the 1980’s and before. Plus, the prices of these products match the company’s website prices. The bonus is that you get to try everything on, don’t have to send things back, and to get to meet Misti.Thank you Misti, I will be back.

I have been buying from Mountain View Medical supplies for the last three years. They are terrific to work with and competitively priced. A special shout out to Sabrina who spent so much time with me researching and advising the best decision for a Pride lift chair. She was professional and didnt hard pressure sell. She wanted to make sure I absolutely ordered the right chair. Overall, they are terrific!!!

The staff is so friendly and professional. I really appreciate Misti, she is in the Laurels Uniform section of the store. She really gets to know her customers and does a good job meeting the customers needs. The first time I went in to purchase some scrubs, my husband told her that if she had anything with flamingos on them that I would definitely purchase them. Ever since that day just over a year ago anytime they get a new catalog, Misti looks to see if theres anything with flamingos and as soon as she sees me come into the store she lets me know when I can order it.

Bridgett did a wonderful job sizing a wheelchair for my father-in-law. She listened to our desires and recommended a lightweight wheelchair that worked out wonderfully. The had a good selection of ready-to-use wheelchairs.

I visited this place yesterday to get some therapeutic supplies for an injured foot. I was very impressed with the selection of supplies as well as how clean and organized the place was! Our visit was made even better by having Sabrina help us with our purchase. You can tell she really loves helping people and she was very knowledgable and friendly!

This place is the best Im a teacher and this year decided to get some scrubs for school. a friend of mine had told me how great it was here and she was absolutely right! they have a great selection they order things that come in quickly if you need them in a different size and the staff is so beyond helpful just outstanding!

We purchased a DayDreamer lift chair from these folks a few years ago and couldnt be happier with the product. We went to Mountain View because they actually had chairs in stock that we could see, touch and sit in. Unfortunately, we finally had a part that failed and needed to be replaced. Curtis was very helpful and got the part shipped out on Friday. I received on Saturday and was able to quickly get the chair repaired and operational. Great people, fair prices and excellent customer support after the sale. Highly recommended.

Back in May I needed some medical supplies before I had surgery to have my left leg amputated. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. They helped me get the right equipment that I needed to make my life a little easier when I got home from the hospital. They had everything I needed. The prices are really good and so is their medical equipment. Im really glad I went there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs good medical equipment at a good price.

Went to Walgreens bought a one size fits all well...at 6’4” 268# one size Doesn’t fit all! Called MVMed.Supply, spoke with a knowledgeable and extremely friendly & helpful staff member “Bridget”. When I arrived Bridget had several options waiting for me to choose from and showed me how to wear the device I chose. Wow great customer service! The store was has everything in healthcare needs! Rick and Elena were so incredibly helpful, they spent about and hour and a half with us like we were the only customers in the store helping us compare and test out electric wheelchairs for my grandmother. They were super patient and answered all of our questions and helped us to pick the model that was right for us. We walked right in and were helped immediately, many other locations that sell electric wheelchairs require appointments. They had a wide range of products and the pricing was significantly lower than anything we have seen elsewhere or online. We have bought lots of items from this store, bathroom rails and walkers to compression socks, and we have always had great experiences here.

I had to go and pick up compression socks for my husband and the staff was wonderful and patient with me. Gave me multiple options.

A different designed pair of crutches she had never tried before, was purchased, and has unfortunately bruised & injured her forearms badly.She tried to get used to them, but they just arent working.The return policy is 30 days.She called at 6 weeks but they would not work with her. Sad really

Excellent experience. We drove 50 miles from Loveland to see the lift chairs they had. Believe me, a half-dozen models is a large selection to have on hand. I checked with many other places, but most had only one or two models to touch and feel.The staff was not only eager to help (with no pressure at all), but were also clearly knowledgeable about the products they had, unlike those in my area. We were given ample information, an honest assessment of our needs vs. their products, and came away feeling extremely satisfied with our selection.A $1500.00 chair is a big purchase for those on a limited budget, but I did my homework and know for a fact that I got a great deal on a great chair for my wife. I highly recommend Mountain View for their service, their product knowledge and their affordable pricing. Despite my own extensive research, I am so glad I didnt order on-line, or I would have bought the wrong product.My thanks for a great shopping experience.

I had an emergency situation with my wife unable to walk after surgery. Lynette (sp?) was super helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I feel extremely lucky that I chose Mountain View Medical Supply. If I could give them 10 stars I would.They had everything I needed, and the prices were not too high for me to afford. I would recommend Mountain View and Lynette to anyone in need.

Contacted two other companies to find replacement brakes for my husbands wheelchair to no avail. They both said they would get back to us in a few days. Called Mountain View Medical Supply and I was transfered to a gentleman who handled parts and etc. He was beyondAMAZING . I am sorry I dont remember his name. He found the brakes for us and we received them in a few days. He took the time where the other companies could not be bothered. This is now our go to medical supply store. We highly recommend them.

AWEFUL EXPERIENCE!Lady on the phone was extremely rude and condescending.Would not listen to me when i was explaining what I needed. All she kept barking was that I needed a prescription. HAD SHE LISTENED CORRECTLY, she would have heard me say I HAVE A PRESCRIPTION.When I called back the manager acted like she didn’t care either.She claimed her name was Jennifer.Save yourself the annoying attitudes of this place, look elsewhere.

But what is illegal is harassing the elderly! Also she did not come into your store three times and you most certainly did not carry the walker out to her car for her, she is 100% sure of that. I will not be removing my post but I will make sure my review is on other platforms now! Leave my Grandmother alone!!My 93 yr old grandmother came in here for a walker. She bought it but figured out she couldn’t get it in and out of her car with ease. She returned the walker and was charged $20 to restock it, this was not told to her when she purchased the walker. She did ask about their return policy and was told she had to return it within 10 days, again no mention that she would be charged to return it. The ladies also told her there was a scratch and that they could not resell it. This place is taking advantage of older people. I bet if I had been with her this wouldn’t have happened. Beware they take advantage of the elderly.

They will nickel and dime you to the MAX … I was charge $18 just to fill out a Health Risk Form When I called to ask about the charge the lady told me You could have opted out Even though there was NOWHERE on the paperwork that stated I could just opt out or that I was being charged just to fill it out… SCAM ARTISTS (This isnt the first time they have done this either they have been known for sneaky charges that insurance doesnt cover and YOU will pay out of pocket) Watch your back or keep looking for honest office that will HAVE YOUR BACK not your $$$$

I have dealt with M-VIEW for 11 years. They are highly competent and very friendly. Their prices are more than competitive. You should be so lucky.
