Friendly staff. Decent prices. Helpful. Good measurement of dirt. DO NOT buy the premium garden mix. Not worth the price. Plus, it has very poor drainage despite it being mostly sand. The entire garden becomes a mucky slop after a short water cycle. Easily washes away. The picture is after 3 minute cycle. I had to uproot all my plants to buy bagged dirt to mix in to create a solid well draining patch.Edit: now 4 star. I connected with Crystal via phone. She quickly and easily made it right. I feel good about the situation and how it concluded.

Your one stop shop for landscape material!The staff was super polite and extremely helpful in determining what materials to order. The employees helped me understand exactly what I was ordering and how much. I landscaped my yard myself with no prior experience and DLM made it easy! The deliveries were efficient and on time. Highly recommend and will use them for any landscaping needs in the future.

Had a great experience with DLM. We landscaped our backyard and used them for materials. The yard had tons of options and offered good prices for everything we needed. Had various deliveries of materials from rock to compost and sod. All the deliveries were scheduled and arrived at the scheduled times. The delivery drivers even called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Would absolutely recommend and will continue to come back for future business!

I purchased their best garden soil. They received it from their distributor which was not a good blend and I had problems with it. Kory general manager at DLM made it right even though distributor would not.Thank you Kory and DLM for such wonderful customer service. I will continue shopping there for my landscape needs. Ordered some rock from this place, was coming as part of a split order with a neighbor. They delivered the neighbors order fine but could only put one order at a time on the truck. 1 1/2 hours later they finally show up with with my order only to find out they put the neighbors order again on the second truck. Canceled my order and will never do business with this place again.

These guys do whats right. Its rare to find a supply company that stands behind their product. (As they only receive and store) I got some rock that was kinda heavy on sand. The owner didnt hesitate to make it right. Will be using for the rest of my backyard projects. Thank you DLM

Buyer beware. This is evidently what two yards of fill dirt is. Almost completely useless for what we need. Order elsewhere.

She got anoyed when I asked her questions about there gravel and how much I would need. I’m not a dam landscaper how would I know? Sorry I interrupted your phone call!!! When I got home I looked at my receipt and she got me the wrong size rock I’ll be going to bed rock. Don’t go here! They clearly don’t want business

I have become a regular here because of my numerous landscape projects. I have ordered sand, pavers, flagstone, decorative boulders and two weeks ago they delivered two truck-loads of sod to my house! They are a joy to work with! I have recommended DLM to all of my friends and family!

DLM has been amazing to work with! They helped my husband and I with rock at our old house and recently helped us pick out all the materials we needed to build a large retaining wall in our backyard. Sean was knowledgeable and helped us coordinate deliver of all the material needed and made sure we had it in time for us to start our project. We will be back!

Have picked things up a few times and recently had a couple of deliveries. The first was without issue and they did a great job dropping the load in two different spots. The second order came following a storm and was a bit dirty. It made for some extra cleanup but the manager was extremely responsive and did what was necessary to resolve the matter. I have plenty more to do and will definitely use them again.

I came into the store and order both rock and mulch to be delivered. However, I was given no order writeup and when they called for delivery, they only had the order for the rock. I clearly ordered both (in fact, I had samples of the material that I put on their counter.) I called and was unhappy that they were going to charge an additional delivery fee to correct their error. The man on the phone told me I heard only what I wanted to hear, that some people are never happy, and that I wanted something for nothing. I had to hang up the phone when he called me Sweetheart. Usually I am more composed, but this was one of the most irritating people I have ever dealt with. He said they dont have the capability to deliver a split load (how would I know that) and that I clearly heard only what I wanted to hear. He said he would give me a credit on future orders, of course, there wont be any of those. .....I canceled the entire order, and will deal with a more respectful company. And to all you business people out there, please dont call women SWEETHEART.

DLM has a great selection of rock to choose from. They went above and beyond in helping me figure out how much I needed and the delivery was fast. The prices were better than other landscape supply companies in the area. I will recommend and use again!!

If you value your time stay away from this place. We got there at 7:40 was in and out of the office in about 3 min. Lady tells us to go to our vehicle and loader will bring the material to us. 45 minutes later the loader FINALLY brings us the material. Mind you there was only ONE person ahead of us Absolutely ridiculous. Ill definitely steer clear from this place and advise fellow landscapers to do the same. Ill stick with Bedrock. They are 5 min or less from here and they are SOOOO much better.

We called around for our driveway project and other companies made us feel like a bother. The staff was helpful, our rock was delivered within 3 days, and pricing was reasonable!

I wish I had known about DLM a year ago when I started doing house projects. I am not a professional landscaper and am simply doing personal home improvement projects at my house.DLM has a great variety and large inventory of different landscaping materials that are significantly cheaper than competing firms. Their personnel are knowledgeable and easy to work with.DLM will be the first place I call for any landscaping in the future.

This crew has been exceptionally helpful. I found the drive up service and the ease of access in the driveway a plus.

1. We used this company for 2 rock deliveries and then sod. The sod was the last delivery. The invoice paperwork stated staff will call day before with delivery time of sod the next day. No phone call received. I called the day before and 3 times the day of with no ETA. I called and Cory said he would have owner call me back in 5 mins. 15 minutes no call back. Finally as more time passed, the owner Steve called me and was very unprofessional on the phone.2. While returning the pallets I met Steve in the office. He asked to have my wife to change her review. He did offer me 20% discount on my next purchase. I said I wont be buying anything. Anyone who would like my discount please let me know, it is yours!3. Steve offered no discount for delivery and stated he couldnt deliver sod in the am. Charge for sod delivery $200. Steve stated $180 goes to the driver and he makes $20. He said hes not in the sod business to make money. Steve said I will give the $20. (FYI I never got this money).4. Confirmed with delivery driver he delivered sod in the morning. The company stated to me no morning deliveries for sod only afternoon.5. This was a referral and we let him know our experience.6. On a positive note the drivers for the multiple orders we did with this company were great and I thank you! Sadly the sod was our last order or we would not have chosen to use this company.

I shopped around at bedrock and a few other local places and DLM was by far the best pricing and best customer service.

Staff is polite and they have a wide variety of product at decent prices. Nonetheless, I won’t use them again. Deliveries had to be rescheduled multiple times, they dumped in the wrong spot which doubled my work load and short changed me on gravel.

This place has an amazing selection of materials and fantastic staff that will work with you to get exactly what you need. If there is any issue whatsoever, they do their absolute best to resolve it. 5 stars to a great place and caring staff

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They are great at helping figure out what material and quantity is needed for the project you are looking to do. They try really hard to get deliveries done same day or next even in the busiest time of year. The Yard has a good selection of different colors and sizes of rock, mulches, boulders, soils, flagstone, etc. Give them a try-they do work hard to give the best customer service.

Having put off for years finishing my 1/4 acre back yard as long as I could, it was finally time to get the project done. While looking around for suppliers we came across DLM and from day one we were blown away with their willingness to work with our schedule and needs to help make things easier. In the end we ordered around 50+ yards of mulch and 15 tons of rock, tons of landscape fabric and misc materials. The staff was always friendly, Kory and Tara were amazing, and their delivery guys were all top notch. They came in early, stayed late, and did whatever they needed to do to help us get the materials we needed. These guys work hard!! If there was a way they could help make something easier, they did it.If it wasnt for their help the yard probably still wouldnt be done. Definitely coming back for the next projects!Thank you guys!Dont even waste your time with the near by competitors who LITERALLY 5 minutes before closing shut the gates on us and turned around and walked away.

We just had a horrible experience with this company and the owner was very rude to my husband! We were expecting sod delivered in the late morning early afternoon and called 3 days in a row to try to confirm a time. They would not give us a time. They still have not showed up today and now we lost our help.They told us we will get no money back for delivery and it is our fault. The owner told my husband No you cant cancel your order and I will dispute with the credit card company we have had costumers like you before As other reviews have said the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! We will never use this company again... I am very disappointed.

So heres what happened: They advertised Free dirt on Craigslist. They did need to charge for delivery, though which is fine. The ad said small delivery fee but ultimately turns out it was $100 for a single truck. Thats a pretty high delivery fee, but still a good deal for 20 yards of dirt, so I said OK. The day of the delivery they deliver only 10 yards (!) then after dumping it I get a call telling me they need another $100 for the second truck!! (They claimed the bigger truck wouldnt fit - but they made the decision to use two trucks without telling me (I would have simply said no.) I told them no way to the additional $100 (at that point I might as well just buy fill dirt). I told them I would reverse the credit charge if they didnt give me what I paid for, and the guy tells me to Go ahead and do that. THEN about 15 minutes later the second truck arrives (?). At this point I cant tell if this is an effort to make it right or they will try to charge me another $100. Ultimately I wont do business with them again either way. The truck driver was a really nice guy.

After receiving a load of sub par materials I spoke with The owner and he reimbursed the cost of the materials and sent one of his employees of to help mitigate the Effect of these materials. Although initially I received materials that were of poor quality the owner did everything he could in order to make my project and purchase proper.

Never been to this place before; however, I called to ask a very quick question, Do you sell mulch?, I was asked to be put on hold and said sure... I held for 5 minutes before hanging up. When I called back, I was immediately asked to be put on hold again. When I told the young lady on the phone that I had a very simple question it would take 2 seconds, she refused to even hear me out and attempted to put me on hold again. I quickly got my question out LOAD and clear, and then she hung up on me. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Poor potential* customer service - Ill be finding somewhere else to buy my mulch.

I cant believe the good reviews here, they are liars and thieves. I ordered 9 yards of expensive mulch and they delivered 3 yards. When I called them about it Corey told me I was wrong and tried to mansplain to me what 9 yards looks like. He finally came over to our house and agreed that they had probably shorted us a few yards which they would send over, but I had to pay the $65 delivery fee AGAIN to get it. Whats worse, when they did deliver the few yards, it was a way huger pile than the supposed 9 yards I ordered. And the mulch I did get was full of huge dirt clumps and rocks. They are the worst! Just crooks.
