Had a great experience dealing with Mark at eagles nest. He went above and beyond for me and waited for me while I went to get what I needed. (I made the mistake of not bringing in proper documentation showing my current address as I had recently moved and my drivers license showed my old address). Listening to him talk to other people in the store, I could tell he is knows his stuff. Would highly recommend shopping here. Prices are definitely competitive and they have a well stocked store. Will be going back for more.

An excellent place to shop. It is a family owned business, and they go out of their way to help you. Unlike some gun stores, they don’t mind you looking around and asking questions. I have been there several times and they are always helpful to new people getting into the sport. It is hard to get ammunition these days – but they go out of their way to get it stocked. They often have more ammunition on the shelf then most any gun store in the area. Just nice people!

I’ve been here & buy gift cards for my family from here, great family ran business, my husband had to wait 5 days for his back ground check before they sold him the gun, they are doing everything right & just trying to make a dollar. Just because they sold a gun legally to someone doesn’t make them the bad guy. Stop posting 1 star when you’ve never been here & no nothing about the store. go fight Walmart for Columbine! Lived in Arvada my whole life & the local gun stores here are great!

Called In and talked to Dustin based on a referral from Hammer Down. Set what I needed aside and held it for me until I arrived!! Also had ammo at a fair price, which is hard to find these days. I really wanted to take the time out to review this company. It’s a sad world when your unable to get proper customer service and even worse when the “manager” could care less. That being said if you are unable to go in to the store and have a handicap (deaf) Mark will be of no help or use. Also as a customer you will be In The wrong. I will not be a Potential customer nor will my deaf brother be one. I would appreciate a higher up then Mark to reach out to me so this can be discussed further and hopefully from here on out Mark can receive proper customer service training and being able to multi-task as he said he was busy.

Any questions I had were answered satisfactorily and truthfully. This was without any prompting or salesmanship on their part. This is just how and who they are. I was grateful for this especially as a first time gun owner and a female on her own. They were highly recommended by my brother who is a long time customer. I see why and will return!

The process of buying a gun here was extremely easy and every member at the store was very helpful. They were able to reserve a very sought after Sig Sauer handgun for me. Although I eventually changed my mind and chose a different gun they were helpful through the whole thing. They scheduled a time for me to come in and were very friendly and professional, helping me through the process. A week later I came in to get my scope mounted - Dustin did a fantastic job and made sure everything was in order before checking me out.
