We have worked with Lyle and M&W Glass on a couple of commercial projects and they have been very easy to work with, very professional and do a great job! We will have them back on future projects!

Pretty displeased with this company. I arranged to have their contractor, Patrick, inspect a pair of damaged doors to my lobby. After inspection Patrick promised a quote via e-mail. After 2.5 weeks without a response I tried to contact the Patrick via phone, voice mail, and text message. No reply. After 5 more days without a response, I contacted the business. Only later that day did the contractor text me back explaining that he and the owner, Lyle, decided to “pass on this one.”

Everyone at M&W Glass is top notch and professional to work with. We work withTodd the owner directly and his company has installed a lot of glass for us over the years, hes always ready to get involved if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Hes prompt, courteous and professional with our customers, and provides a quality product. In todays times with so many people who cant deliver on their promises its great to have a company like M&W who does time after time without fail.

Competitive prices and quick turn around. Priced new mirrors at several locations for a new home and they had the best prices. The installers were quick and courteous including vacuuming dust/debris and cleaning mirrors after installation.

I called M & W Glass to get a bid for a shower enclosure and was told that Todd, the owner, would call me for an appointment where he would measure and bring samples of glass. Instead, Todd seemed highly inconvenienced by the idea of coming to my house for a bid and insisted that I give him the rough measurements over the phone. Despite the fact that when we spoke I was not even in my home to take measurements, I felt that it was best to have a professional come and look at the shower. (I am good at many things in life, however, I am not a glass installer. This is why I am looking to hire such a person.) After rather rude and pushy words from Todd, I politely declined to pursue the bid from M & W. I was given a very aggravated Fine, bye!, which followed suit with the rest of the call. I had zero desire to find out if their workmanship exceeded their bidding skills.
