Took an item to be embroidered, that a local sports store had taken a week to do upside down, and another week to not correct it, after they said they would. Richard undid the incorrect embroidery and did the job correctly and took less than two days. Thanks to Richard my sons baseball bag has his name on it in time for his first game.
