They always know what I’m talking about or need when I describe what I want, and are super friendly. I buy both classroom stuff and also presents for little ones. So many great toys and games that are secretly educational while being totally fun.

This place is not just for teachers! Toys, puzzles, games, you name it. All products are hand selected to be sold here. Very welcoming, warm and educational staff. Delightful place for children (and adults) of all ages!

I have 2 granddaughters in the Denver area that I wont be able to see this holiday season. I always shop local toy stores as they are the best for knowing what the good toys for the right ages are .This year I went to Beyond the Blackboards website and it was so great to shop with them in this way (though in person is even better). I could shop by age and when I placed my order last evening, with an hour (REALLY), I got the tracking info on the order which had been pulled and packed. TRULY AMAZING.THANK YOU for helping me make the best choices and get the present to my grand kids.

This is a truly wonderful toy store. They have toys that I never would have come across searching on Amazon or in Target/Wal-Mart. They have great recommendations, as well as an array of toys and supplies for any age. Shop local and keep this amazing shop in business!

Great local store. Lots of educational games, resources for teaching and home schooling, puzzles, crafts, etc. Really good selection of sensory items. A much bigger selection than I was expecting.

The worker girl was very nice and helpful but the old lady was out of her way MEAN AND RUDE!! . I would not shop here. She should not work in place that is supposed to be fun. We put our things back that we were going to buy and walked out because she was so rude!

Amazing selection of toys and knickknacks. Formal learning materials are in limited supply, but thats the point here. Teacher supplies are well stocked and theres knick knacks and such for adults as well. Sales for the creative minds

This store is just good to take the kids and let them play. My son played with several different types of toys and eventually picked out a crane. He loves it. The staff is attentive and provides free gift wrapping if you would like. Great place to buy toys.

Excellent products and staff. I should have visited much sooner. Thete are lots of learning toys to gift your children and also quality toys that quill lart and theyll enjoy (but arent necessarily educational.) The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They also gift wrap any Christmas or birthday gift for free! The gifts all looked adorable with lots of ribbon and the ones for Christmas had a bell.

This store is a gem and such a great resource! I teach adults and went in the first time around the winter holidays to find table top toys for my classrooms. They have a great selection of fun little hand puzzles, mini games, and my fave- mini packs of clay. (like the little crayon packs restaurants give out but clay. I put them out at a work conference and everyone went crazy over them and asked for more. I tried to get them back afterwards and no one wanted to part with them lol. ) While I was chatting with the sales associate she mentioned they were clearing out old inventory and restocking so they had a free selection for teachers of outdated items in the back- it was such a generous and unexpected treat! Thank you for that, and you’ve got a customer for life! Since then I’ve been back once to browse (for fun for me) and bought some puzzles for my 3 year old nephew, which he’s obsessed with (highly recommend the ravensburg space/rocket ship puzzle- our favorite part is the space octopus which has inspired all sorts of imaginary games and arts and crafts). Now during the pandemic, my parents ordered some activities and puzzles online for my nephew. I stopped by today to pick them up curbside and the whole package was put together beautifully with ribbons, a handwritten thank you card, and what I assume is an additional treat of some riddles and stickers that I know will be a huge hit. The sales associate stayed late to make sure I could pick them up, which was another kind gesture, especially considering the state of the world right now. Thank you very much- you have a lovely, high quality store for both adults and kiddos! Your staff clearly put care and consideration into your products and interactions with customers, and it shows. I look forward to coming back again!

It is more artsy than a place like Lakeshore. Not really a big collection.

The staff is wonderful and we love the fact that your child can shop for their birthdays. Close to your childs birthday? Go in and say you need to put together a birthday bucket...have them explain it to you!

The best place for homeschool materials and educational games. My son likes to come here and play for hours (if I would let him stay that long). Super helpful/friendly down home, local business.

This is the first place we go to for gifts. Theyre helpful, knowledgeable and they wrap gifts for free. They also have great items and ideas to help children with school. This isnt strictly a teacher store.

Worst workers here....the old lady is just plain rude and should not be aloud around children. Went once in passing and wont be back. I will definitely never spread word and will tell people to avoid here

Very pleasantly surprised with this store. The worker was so inviting and friendly not to mention super helpful! Told her it was my first time there and she showed me around where Everything was, told my toddler he could play with anything in there which was refreshing to me so I could actually shop and not have to worry about grabby hands the whole time.I love that you can see the material and flip through versus blindly buying online. Lots of options for all elementary grades and tons of teacher and classroom resources too!Prices were very good too! Bought a lot and will be back for more!

The staff are so helpful and pointed me to exactly what I was looking for! They were inclusive of my children that were with me, and forgiving when one of them had an accident 😖

My daughter and I enjoy shopping here for birthday presents for her friends. We stopped in today, and the woman that helped us was so kind, and even wrapped our gift.

Extremely disappointed! Today 6/25/18 marks the last week of business for Toys R Us.The sales are up to 80% off. Credit card only!No cash, check, or debit card.Finally able to afford items from the store and they make it so a certain economic level cant purchase anything.Glad they are going out of business!
