Had a closer put in on the door and also got door re-keyed. Was put on the schedule fast. Also, Jerry took the extra time to mount to the door with extra bolts so that we would not have future issues. Very pleased. Thank you for getting the problem taken care of.

It was my boyfriends idea to come to All Secure Lock & Security to get a lock to keep the door on my vintage curved glass cabinet closed. Ben and his team spent a good deal of time finding an appropriate lock with a vintage look and skeleton key and ordered it for us. It was easy to install and works perfectly.

The drivers side lock was messed up on a recently purchased used Toyota 4Runner. The key would go in but wouldnt turn.The technician was able to rebuild the inside of the lock core so I didnt even need a new key. They turned it around in about a day, at a very reasonable price. These folks know their stuff!

We had a front security door lock issue. The lock was jammed, door was closed, interior mechanism stripped and the door was immovable. We sent Ashley pictures of the lock after I removed the handles. She found the entire assembly in stock in Denver. She scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. Jerry showed up with the unique lock in hand. He maneuvered the inside latch with several tools and got the door open. Lock set was replaced and put back together but did not work correctly. Jerry did not give up, grinding, adjusting, lubricating until it worked great. Old lock was 18 years old. New lock was not cheap, however the door works as it should so it was well worth the cost. Thank you all for a successful replacement.

I needed a commercial handle set with deadbolt for a new door that we installed in our office. Additionally, I needed the set re-keyed to our office key. Luckily found All Secure after locking my keys in the car and my phone after stopping for a bite on the way to work. I had to walk to the location being I couldn’t us any strangers phone during the civic-19 pandemic. When I arrived at All Secure they weren’t even open yet but a few employees where there early. They made it seem like the was nothing to fear,. Like being late to work or this is going to cost a arm and a leg. The gentleman I made contact with said he’s on it and will have someone the ASAP. I’m thinking 30 40 minutes before someone will show up. So I walked back to my. It was only two blocks away and the lock smith arrived the same time I did. Jerry was very friendly professional. Had all the proper protective gear on and was extremely quick. Not a single scratch or scuff anywhere. Best of all the whole thing only took 20 minuets from the time I walked into the door to driving to work on theme. It took close to the same amount of time to get my burritos that morning.

I have been loyal to All Secure Lock and Security for about 8 years. Most recently, Jerry Clarke (Security Specialist) for ASLS made a trip out to rekey my home, program my garage door openers, install auto locking devices etc. He was professional, kind, easy to talk to and did a fantastic job. I needed a lock picked on a old Pin Ball machine, they were on time and Jerry was very thourough on getting another lock in and explaining what he was doing. We would use them again for any of our key issues.

Dropped off an Ignition to get a key made late one Thursday afternoon. They said it should be ready by 11 the next day (Friday). When I called around 1 oclock to ask about it, they said it wasnt ready yet. I then asked if it would be ready by the the end of the day. The guy laughed unprofessionally and said depends on how lucky I get. No updates until Saturday afternoon when it was ready to pick up. On a positive note, keys worked great.

I locked myself out and within minutes, the technician was there and quickly got the lock open and let me inside, and the price was VERY reasonable -- about half of what someone charged me when I locked myself out a couple of years ago. I hope I do not make a habit of locking myself out, but if I need a locksmith again, they will be the first people I call. Tremendously helpful, friendly, and efficient!

On 10/23/2020 I had a set of car keys made here for an older Honda. The guys in the shop are great, which is where the 1 star comes from. I had 2 keys made, one for the car door and 1 for the ignition. The car was stranded at the airport. When we tried to use the door key on the car, it unlocked the door but it jammed and wouldnt come out of the car door. We figured wed drive to the All Secure with the key in the door so they could help. Unfortunately the ignition key they made also did not work. Now we have an unlocked car stuck at the airport with a key in the door. I called All Secure and spoke to Rita, an owner, and told her the situation. She was not polite and yelled at me that there was nothing she could do, and that all her guys are out sick, maybe someone would be available on Thursday (today is Tuesday) and that she cant guarantee her shops work. According to their website, they are supposed to guarantee their work for 3 months, I guess that is a lie. Rita then told me to call another locksmith for help. I told her if there was any damage done to my door because of the stuck key, that I would be passing those charges along to All Secure, to which Rita became more belligerent. She yelled and screamed What do you want me to do? Do you want me to send someone with Covid out? We have people that have tested positive! What do you want me to do? I want her to guarantee her work as advertised. This is very unprofessional. I tried to offer options, I told her Id wait until Thursday and meet her guy at the airport. She said Id have to pay at least $80 for a service call. I told her I would try calling another locksmith to see if they could come and that Id pass along any damage charges to her. Rita flipped out again. At this point I was tired of getting yelled at. I tried to offer solutions and all I got was an irate woman yelling at me that she doesnt guarantee their work. I was out of options so I told Rita that I would try another locksmith and collect any damages via small claims court. No surprise Rita screamed even more and started yelling unkind words. I said good bye and hung up, as I felt that we were not making any progress towards a solution, and I did not appreciate the yelling and unprofessional behavior from an owner.UPDATE: As I stated, I was willing to wait until Thursday, so saying that you couldnt arrive soon enough further shows that you did not listen to the call. I also clearly stated that the key jammed in the door when it was put in (it unlocked the car and then was stuck in the door) the key WAS NOT FROZEN in the door. PLUS the ignition key didnt work either.

Always quick and always professional. My housing property company uses them and for various reasons have had to use them three seperate times. I havent had a bad experience once. Fair prices- same price for emergency hour locksmith service as a 24 hour company I called to compare that also had to call me back 15 minutes later. All Secure answered and gave me a quote right away and said someone would be there between 30 and 45 minutes; which proved to be true 30 minutes later. Definitely recommend.

After waiting over an hour, called and was told the guy should have been there already. Placed on hold, when they got back on the line was told he was at lunch but would be arriving shortly. Once the tech arrived drive past me even though I told them exactly where I was parked. Finally got into my vehicle but the door was bent at the area he had to open to get in. When I asked about it was told that I would need to go to the body shop to get it taken care of. No apologies for being late or for bending my door.

Came in with my own car key blank for a key cut. It was a rough job and rushed. I visually could tell that there were discrepancies and brought it to their attention but was told it should work. After getting home, the key was rough fitting and there was no turning it. Took it to another store that carefully fit it on the lathe and reground it. Visually I could see the difference. Worked the first try!!! If you have an expensive blank, I would not recommend this store. I was fortunate that another store could correct their mistake.
