All I can say is that this location has top notch customer service! Shannon was the best sales associate that I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and never made me feel rushed. I would also like to recognize Jen and Rowan. The three of them put together are a perfect example of an all star crew! You are much appreciated!

I always like it when Val is working. She is such a pleasure to chat with while she is checking me out. She is always cheerful and kind. Always 5 stars for her. My only problem shopping here is that the things I want to buy never has a price so I do not buy for that reason also shelf tags.

Great big lots. Clean and friendly staff, decent merchandise and well laid out, shelves all stocked and has a nice display of furniture. Big lots is great for some very specific things, like cheap electronics and snack foods, and this store has plenty of them.

Very good cashiers at front of store. One young man who assisted in furniture in department very courteous & helpful. But another older male employee not so much. Very obviously could care less if we bought any furniture or came back to purchase anything either.

My experience was not pleasant. Not because of the employees but because of the customers. A group of 4 people were shopping and 3 of them were coughing. Another young man came in and he was coughing. I dont know their circumstances but I would think that if a person is possibly sick they would be considerate of others and stay home

Big Lots has a great variety. The service often goes above and beyond by helping to find other options or to check the stock in near stores.

Great people working in most stores I’ve been in. Great prices but make sure you get it when you see it because once the item is gone you won’t find it again. Bought two planting pits and needed four more but to no avail. Another issue I have is I find something on the site and get down to the store and it’s gone. Very frustrating as I can’t drive and have to get a ride to get anywhere.

Thanks so much to Cindy she was so much help and gave me the last paper towels they had. What pleasant employee! She was very caring and considerate.

Nothing like it used to be. All the patio stuff us already put up. Hardly any toys. Half of the food is gone. Too much designer stuff going in. Not really as much fun any more.

I love going into this store. They have many household items & good sales & seasonal items. The prices are reasonable, its always clean & the employees are always friendly. Would recommend.

Had gone into looking for a dog bed. Found it and my puppy loves it. She tells me it feels so good. Nice big store with all sorts of goodies. Big Lots always seem to have well made items at a lower cost than most.

Only one person was willing to help though they didnt know how. She went tell get someone to come over. No one came, (45 min later) they just ignored us & when we started to leave, went to help different customer.

Tony was Very helpful, overall friendly staff, and even found me an extra $20 off by signing up for their rewards program. Made sure they had stock of what I was looking for, and even helped me load it in my car.Pretty great quality for being on the cheap side for cost

The overall improvements to this store are nice, although the organization is a bit scattered, but I miss the big lots of the past when they were able to score some really original stuff, at great prices. That seems no longer the case, and the pricing only compares to the competition, many times losing. Still like the friends and family days, and a once in a while bargain hunt...

I usually only come in here during the holidays. If you come in when they first start putting holiday stuff out, you can find some very good items, especially at Christmas. One thing I love in particular is their colored Christmas lights. You can get some lights in colors that are hard to find in other stores. Definitely worth checking out.

The staff was very helpful. They have reconfigured the layout, the new look is aesthetically pleasing. The prices on A LOT of their products has risen significantly. I was disappointed to see that. I have been going to Big Lots before it was called Big Lots. They USED to sell some very unique products. Not anymore, they sell just the same stuff as Ross and Walmart. I will cut back on my shopping at Big Lots. And I have never received any rewards for shopping their.

Wow this is a Great Place to get almost anything for the house from food and hygiene to household cleaning supplies, for Christmas gifts which they had something for all ages and what was surprising was their gift packages which was perfect for white elephant gifts. Biggest pro was the excellent prices and the amount of items they had on clearance which saved us 50-70% off the already amazing low price. Store was very clean, staffed properly for quick checkout and everyone we dealt with had GREAT customer service! Great Place Overall
