Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. We have been watching this store decline for the last few months. Long lines, rude employees and confrontational managers! I called to update my insurance at the Pharmacy on 10/19 at 10:20am. The Pharmacy phones were still not taking calls, this was the second day in a row that the phones were not turned on when the Pharmacy opened. I called the Pharmacy to update my card and the employee was extremely rude, letting me know how understaffed they were.. She spoke over me, and then said the Pharmacist would take my call after she gave 5 shots...id need to hold. The Store manager said then same...WE ARE SHORT STAFFED.......So the long lines, poor store upkeep and terrible customer service is just a result? MAYBE.... IF YOU PAID A LIVING WAGE, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM AND THEN BE ABLE TO DELIVER ON YOUR PROMISE? MY FAMILY WILL NEVER BE BACK AND WILL BE PULLING OUR PHARMACY LOCATION.SHAME ON YOU AND SHAME ON YOUR RUDE EMPLOYEES!

First time to the huge King Soopers. Easy access from south Boulder with light traffic. Great store, huge selection, liquor store and lots more. Friendly staff at check out. My new shopping spot.

Very dirty in the store has been for several months, maybe Paul the manager should focus on motivational leadership, rather than ripping his employees lives apart. Employee retention, rather than employees loosing everything to include their livelihood. Paul is a horrible person, ripped a dear friends life from out under them. This person was a recognized employee for great work and being super friendly. Just saying you should take a look at him.

Im very impressed with the wine and spirits at this location.Peter is a wine aficionado! Ask for him if you want some good wine. I had to take pictures to remember what he mentioned.Back for more soon!

Sooper place to shop especially the meat department. They are very helpful and friendly.Chance is sooper nice always smiling and very helpful.

Need gluten-free and alternate flours for a birthday cake for a 10-year-old grandson with severe allergies. Last year, they were in the store. This year they are gone- apparently replaced with items like GF pancake mix and other mixes for semi-homemade. Disappointing to me.

Always clean, friendly helpful staff. Lines go quickly and multiple self checkout lanes. Great selection of food and alcohol.

So every time I visit here, I wonder a bit as to why they built a King Soopers in the middle of the mostly-uninhabited, radioactive fields of Rocky Flats. And yet, like a mutated superhero, this is the finest King Soopers in the Denver area. Its bigger, cleaner, less busy, and always boasts a robust selection of goods. When other Soopers locations are sold-out of something, I always know I can find it at this one: for there is no such thing as apocalypse when you were born with plutonium in your veins.

Gotta love this grocery store day or night, they have some of the nicest staff. From janitorial to the security and everyone in between are awesome. Thank you Kings staff for making all of my shopping trips enjoyable

Very good location. We drive an extra 5 miles to get to this cause it is less crowded and has everything we need.

Parked here for not even 30 minutes on June 17 2021, and a cart rolled into my vehicle. After figuring this out I immediately went inside to get info from security, who was not there and I was instructed to come back the next day. I went back next day and talked with security, giving them all info, exact date and a 30 minute window of when I was parked there, they were extremely helpful and told me their insurance would be in touch. Their insurance contacted me the next week to inform me of their steps to look into this and it took them until today, July 16, 2021 to get back to me telling me they won’t be doing anything about it. I’m sorry but if your cart, which is your property, rolls into my car, also on your property, I need to be compensated for it. With the amount of shopping we do at king soopers this is absolutely ridiculous and I won’t be giving this company anymore of my money.

Love this store. I like the liquor section it is pretty. I went today for a few things. I also picked up some donuts for the family around 5:30am. Woah.....these donuts do not taste like regular king soopers donuts seriously! These taste gourmet I am confused did she change the recipes. The lady who is making these is a genius, every bite tastes perfect. I was there July 1st 2021.

Self check out employee walks right up between my girlfriend and I, grabs our cart and takes it to the correct spot, so everyone else has room then gets inches from our faces to say Thank You....talk about complete lack of social distancing and spreading your germs..Again...this store...why is everyone corralled together instead of ANY spacing?!

This King Soopers has gotten so bad. I’m very disappointed in the lack of good costumer service. I always shop here and I’m always nice. I always say “thank you” “your welcome.” It used to be really friendly responses from them like “of course!” Or “your welcome!” Now it’s “uh huh” stare or not response. Then it feels like we are disrupting them if we ask them a question where things are

Worst clicklist location. Wrong items, overcharged, long waits (even with early checkins), etc and missed pickup windows. Just waited for 35 minutes and finally got a call that my order would be another 45 min. (Not the first time). This is literally the opposite of the point of having a grocery pickup service.

This King Soopers is HUGE. Clothing, appliances, liquor, pharmacy, Cafe. Very clean. Probably my favorite King Soopers.

This King Soopers is a beautiful clean store they have everything and more I will definitely be going back.

I generally like shopping here. At the time I went today, I couldnt find a particular very ordinary item I normally get and couldnt find anyone to ask if they had it. Finially. I found some not in its normal location. This place gets very busy, so if you come st 4:30 or later, good luck getting what you need.

My girlfriend and I went to this new King Soopers for the first time today. Usually we go to the one off of 64th and McIntyre but today we decided to go to this one because the other one is way too crowded for us. For our first visit, we were pretty impressed. Everything was fully stocked and you can actually walk down the aisles without hitting another person with your shopping cart. I was shocked to see that they had more self checkout options then Ive ever seen at any other store. Unfortunately there were only two check stands open for people with a full cart of groceries like we did. They do have the Scan & Go option but weve never used it before and there was no one there to show us how its done. I think well be going again in the next couple weeks.

Well organized. A nice clothing section and flower section. The Starbucks seems to close really early, but I believe thats most most Starbucks in King Soopers. Its also got a few pretty okay shops nearby and the gas station seems pretty clean given it being a gas station. My fiancé and I call it the bougie King Soopers because its newer and prettier than the one on 120th and Sheridan. It makes me feel like Im in an off-brand target.

Never stocked and does not seem as clean as it could be. Had high hopes for this store as I live in the canyon/mountains nearby. Please educate deli employees on glove hygiene. Meaning don’t touch anything but deli food while wearing new pair of gloves.

Everyone here is very helpful if you ask. They will often stop what they are doing and walk you to make sure you have found the item in most cases. There is also plethora of needs and wants a well as the store is wide open even during peek hours. In other words never really crowded. Worth the drive.

Got my COVID vaccine here quickly and efficiently. Needed to check in first at pharmacy window which was not super clear, but that was also quick. First time visiting this store, it is huge!

So I came into this store a few nights ago and a mixed couple walked in with masks under their noses. They jumped all over them telling them they need to wear their masks properly and they had to leave if they didnt comply... Now thats not what bothered me...tonight I went in to shop about 9:30pm and their was a white couple that was there. Didnt even bother with masks at all. Even went through the check out line #13 and not one word to them. Seems like they discriminate against certain people. Manager was like 2 isles over too. Plus they hardly help with bagging your groceries. I always end up doing it myself. And Im not in the self check out line. Overall they are lazy.

1 star for poor communication from their manager at curbside pickup the morning of January 10.At 8:30am I received a text confirming my 9am grocery pickup slot. At 8:55 I informed King Soopers I was on my way. When I arrived at 9:05 a staff came out and informed me my order wasnt ready because they are understaffed and it would be ready in 1.5-2 hours. He said his manager called to inform me, which she had done at 9:03, I did not see this call which occurred as I was driving.

First of all this place is ginormius! I spent 3.5 hours here so I can familiarize myself with the layout! I am a King s shopper 💜 and the time yesterday!I decided to use the Scan, Shop and Go feature they offer at this location and man that was fun! Lol...So you scan and bag all your items while you are shopping...I found this awesome because, while the baggers do a pretty good job at bagging, I myself like to bag and find its easier to unbag them at home when they are bagged in a particular order, call it ADD or craziness 😂 but hey...oh, and if youre budgeting, the scanner keeps a running total of your bill 🙄 maybe I spent to much time here on my 1st grocery shopping visit, but we have been waiting for this place to open for a long time and being just a 5 min drive from my home, well...yayyy! Okay I lie, not my 1st visit here, I quickly ran in to grab some steaks to grill, but somehow found myself in the clothes section and I was pleasantly surpised at the selection! I walked away with 8 pieces of clothing, SMH, but...there was a flash sale, 60% off and this kind couple gave me their extra 25% off coupon to use!! So less than $50 spent I was happy!This marketplace has everything and more that I needed, local vendors, organic, you name it...uhmmm...I may have bought some things that werent on my list lol and if my cart was bigger I probably wouldve had more damage haha!You have to try this new food convenience concept...flash frozen yumminess at its best! We tried the Shrimp Scampi, not me because Im allergic, but hubby said it was delish, just the right amount of lemon and garlic, I had the Chicken Tikka and it was so flavorful, just as good as Yak and Yeti, another family member had the beef and mushroom masala and couldnt stop eating it...this place has a eat in/take home sandwich/chicken/pizza/Asian and sushi counter as well...The layout is easy, the aisles are wide, the cultural awareness of food selections! The staff was so nice and helpful, even with all the chaos of the grand opening frenzy! I even saw top exec nametags out and about, replenishing stock!! BRAVO!! I can go on and on, but if you havent checked out this friendly new grocery store and if youre like minded, well then youre already impressed Haha! But... if youve never been a King Soopers fan, come check this one out! It may just change your mind!The pics are of a small section of items I would normally get at a local Asian market...but now I dont have too!Happy shopping!

So I just returned back to CO, and this is a new King Soopers for me. It is large and well organized . The produce looks good and fresh. Bakery has good selection and looks fresh. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Same problems as my last review of king soopers, only somehow worse!! I thought since this was a bigger, nicer store I would give it a try....HUGE MISTAKE! This time however, the managers promised to make things right. They were nice, or so it seemed. They promised me a gift card for ALL the trouble with click list....and yet nothing was done. Ive went in several times, talked with management, and nothing. They make empty promises and have no intention of giving good customer service or making things right! I wont be shopping here again. Ill advise all of my clients to do the same. Im sick of people using the pandemic for an excuse as to why their employees arent up to par. This store is too big and too busy for them to care about customer service. I am gately disappointed in king soopers management.

We enjoy this store, it is very large and open layout so you are not stacked on each other while picking out some cookies :) The produce is consistently decent, their deli is one of the few with the Chicken Salad we like. Overall great store.

This is my favorite grocery store in the area by far. Very clean store. Very big store. Its more of a super center than just a grocery. King soopers is also like a Krogers so if you are new to the area and come from a Krogers you can use your Kroger ID for the sales.

When this store first opened and offered grocery pickup, it was great. But over time, the customer service has degraded and I have had constant problems with getting what I order. I understand that the pandemic is making things very difficult for everyone. But I wont be shopping this store anymore. They need more people running clicklist and they need a better system when it comes to overcrowded pickup times. I had to cancel my order just now because not only was every space taken at pickup, there was a line of 15 cars wrapped around the lot. Get these employees more help. And the people I talked to on the phone were extremely rude (probably out of frustration and exhaustion because they dont have enough help) and the front end person I talked to was condescending. Please work on this. But I wont be coming back.

Nice store,clean seems alittle bigger than the market place store I generally shop.

Everyone who works at this store is very rude. You ask for something and They point and they don’t even try to have a conversation. I’ve been in customer service for 20 years, they all need a training class. All the registers are closed so you have to bag and scan your own groceries every time. I went early and there was a light on one of the registers, I wait 2 min for nobody to come up, an employee walks by and just stares instead of saying, “someone will be right with you”. Only one door to the store is open 99% of the time which is annoying and the store often rings up the incorrect price and doesn’t take it off even if you put your number in, may as well go to Whole Foods. They are friendly at least and don’t even have self-checkout.

Some of the employees don’t even acknowledge you when you want to ask a question, and they have the bad practice of removing from the shelves the items on sale before the sale ends (usually the meats).

I usually always stop by there to shop right after I get off work late at night. But every time I go to check out the staff acts very hostile towards me. I’ve actually heard them say some things about me. Not sure what’s up with the whole staff. It’s all of them! They act so weird. Punch of pu*****

While I do love how big this KS is, this store is not requiring masks during COVID. Although they had a sign off to the side once you walked in suggesting you wear a mask I saw many people coming in without masks. I will be shopping elsewhere until masks are mandatory at this location.

Huge store with matching selection. Very friendly and attentive staff. Scan and Go so you can keep track of your total while shopping is very helpful and the kids love it! Very competitive pricing particularly on meats - they often have high quality cuts at amazing prices. Im a bit biased when I say convenient location since I live in Candelas but what can I say!

I really enjoy shopping at this location because of the awesome food, wine, coffee mugs and coffee choices. Today, I couldnt find anyone to help me with locating two items on my list. It was like they were avoiding me by turning down a different aisle as I tried getting their attention. So after a few minutes I found my items. Also, check out was a breeze and the guy keeping an eye out in self check out was super nice and helpful.

Huge location with plenty of parking and nice staff. Unlike other King Soopers there seems to be some logic as to where things are. Full liquor selection too.

Well, this is a Super King Soopers, they have a lot more inside than just groceries. They have household items, a toy section, outdoor items, etc. Inside they have a nice selection of fresh food to grab and go; sandwiches, pizza, fried chicken, salads, and fresh sushi, in which when we walked by the sushi display, the sushi chef politely came around and said he can make us some sushi on the spot, very nice. The selection of items there are pretty nice, lot of options, even the beer/wine. The only gripe is that some items are scattered in different areas of the store, i.e. vegetarian items. Maybe its just me. Anyhow, still a great place to shop if youre in the area.

I have never seen a King Soopers like this! It is HUGE!!! They have 4 ailes of toys! They have a huge clothing section with smaller sections for men, women, boys, girls, baby, and shoes. Clothing prices are good. We will be back!

The amount of options this store has is LIMITLESS and we love shopping here! The bathrooms are kinda messy but still decent. There is a great selection of to-go food that is so much healthier than fast food! Amazing store!

Wow! Why cant the Kings next to my house be this nice! This place is huge! It had a giant liquor selection, a small food court and so much more!

Refrigerated goods are horrible here. Spinach set to expire in 3 days is already rotten (3rd time and wont be buying here again). Ice cream has clearly melted and then re-frozen (volume compacted). Were no longer going to buy frozen/refrigerated goods here. Someone clearly doesnt understand that they must be kept COLD.

This is a really nice King Soopers. Very clean and all the departments are really nice and they have a lot of stuff other King Soopers dont. Salad bar could be better tho, wilty lettuce and not very many salad toppings that didnt look old and just kind of weird toppings too. And as long as you dont mind or can handle all the super rude, self centered jerks that shop there your good.

This is the nicest King Soopers in the Denver area. All the employees that I have encountered here are very friendly and are exceptional. The store, being as large as it is, has almost everything you would want in a grocery store plus more. I dont hesitate to drive the extra miles to shop at this store even though there are four other King Soopers within half the driving distance.
