Marshall & Andrew went above and beyond in helping me get the awards on time for an important event. Everyone involved with organizing the event and the recipients were excited about their awards. Marshall and team made ordering and delivering award plaques seamless for our organization. During this crazy pandemic they have pivoted nicely. I was able to order, proof and pay without ever setting foot inside their door. They shipped the awards to the individual recipients and even included a personal letter in each package. A fantastic experience all around. I chose this trophy shop because they are one of the few that is open on Saturday. In the end, they did excellent custom work for my fantasy leagues 14 year old trophy.We had been wanting a golden chicken on our trophy for years and Crown is the only place that even offered a solution. The customer service was five-stars throughout, the turnaround times were very impressive and the price was extremely competitive - this place is cheaper, better and faster than any other trophy shop Ive visited in Texas or Colorado for the last decade.

A cherished company trophy was accidently broken. We called Marshall about replacing it. Sadly no, but amazingly he was able to rebuild the broken pieces and the seams are perfectly invisible. As a company and personally, Crown Trophy is our first choice for a variety of products.

We retrofitted an old trophy for our grandson, From a 1980s basketball to a current wrestling guys trophy with his name. Hes 4 and thought it was a great gift. Crown Trophy did an outstanding job and we plan to use them for all of our upcoming summer club ball trophys.

I have been going to Crown Trophy Arvada for years and they are fantastic. It is rare to find a company that is always displaying the kind of service you would hope to get but they do it everyday. They have bailed me out of jams with fast order times (because I forgot to call them earlier) or when a player accidentally drops and breaks the trophy. Their pricing is unbeatable and they will take great care of you.

As a soccer team mom, Ive been going to the Crown Trophy in Arvada for 12 years. They have consistently provided me w/excellent service and gotten me out of a couple of sticky situations as well. Their staff is always very pleasant, creative, knowledgeable and helpful. Online ordering is super easy too. I just normally prefer the person to person transaction. I came in because I broke my sons wrestling trophy getting it out of the car, taking it to his school for his show and tell. I asked if they could fix it, and they did right away. They didnt have the same topper on hand, but said they could order it in. They did have a similar topper in the store, which worked great. And he didnt even charge me. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
