Dropped off our jeep here today. Sonny was great, he took me through the shop, went over the replacement and even went out back to look through the used engine we were having them install. Really great service and reasonable prices. Will provide an update once the engine swap is complete!

Spoke with Sonny about my brake issues, after having done my own research. VERY pleasantly surprised that he - unlike every other shop I’ve been to - did not try to upswell but rather, provided estimates on when services might be due (my rear brakes had more life left to them than I had anticipated). Not only did he fit me into the schedule, but work on my front brakes and rotors was completed quicker than I had expected. He was great. Despite obviously being busy and down a staff member, he was friendly and not rushing me or unpleasant by any means. Quality is great. No concerns. Love this place and the people who run it. Forget the 5 stars, I’m giving it a 10 and will be back for any future service. Thanks Sonny!

I think high bid is fantastic. They are honest, hardworking, and patient. The work is on point, and they get things done as fast as possible. I just want to say thank you to their shop for all the work done on my car. You guys are fantastic and Ill definitely be back. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in for a repair that was estimated to be 3.5 hours. It took two weeks to “get the part”, during which my car sat there the entire time. Despite daily calls and texts, Sonny, the owner never answers. I had to go up there twice to get updates.Finally, after two weeks, I picked up my car. The problem started again the next day. When I took my car to the dealership to be inspected, I was told the “new part” was in fact the same old part on the car (engine harness).I returned to confront the shop. Sonny told me they ordered the part and put it on. However he could not produce an invoice. When he went to his computer to pull it up, he told me the parts were from Gebhardt VW. I settled for a 50% refund to cut my losses and left.Later, I contacted Gebhardt about the part. They informed me that the account for HighBid had no purchases in the last two years, and no one at all had bought the harness from them in months.Believe the negative reviews and go somewhere else!

Went in for an oil change and there was problems getting my filter. We waited and eventually they were able to get the right one. They felt bad about the wait and gave us a free oil change. They did not have to do this because it was clearly not there fault. Like everything with covid there were shortages and things just took longer than expected. There customer service is outstanding they kept us informed the whole time as to what was going on so we werent left wondering what was happening. It was great to have open and honest communication from them. I highly recommend this place they are honest and trustworthy which is hard to find nowadays. I will use them for any future car needs.

Moved from Cali to Colorado about 2 year ago. Have been looking for a great mechanic and finally found one with this place.. Family owned. Reasonable prices and very honest boys... Also meet the dad of the owner wonderful man. This place I recommend to everyone this is my cars forever mechanic

Came here because my car was leaking coolant. They were so nice to me and very honest and transparent through every step in the process, and even helped me with a problem I didnt even know my car had. Honestly, this has been a terrible week for me and working with them has been the best experience Ive had with anyone this week, and the best Ive had with any mechanic ever. I would recommend them to anyone, especially to people that are always worried about whether or not your mechanic is transparent or honest and clear with you cause you can trust their entire team 100%.

Disclaimer: this has nothing to do with getting actual work done at this location. I tried getting ahold of this shop by telephone for 5 days. No answer and no return phone call. I finally decided to go by there to make an appt. When I walked in, the employee was talking with someone. No big deal... I thought he was finishing up with a customer or something. Waited about 15 mins. The whole time I could hear them talking about going on vacation and closing the shop early. It wasnt a business convo. It was a personal convo. I just found it to be unprofessional.

This place is a complete ripoff, they installed a transmission in my truck, it lasted one day, I had it towed back, ir sat in there shop for two weeks. They kept telling me that they would take care of it and get it fixed. After being there for a month, I towed it to a another shop. Do yourself a favor dont take your vehicle to this place, complete waste of time and money. As of today they still owe me 2,000.00.

I discovered this shop through Groupon to get an oil change and what gravitated me for future auto repair visits was the outstanding customer service! Sonny will literally go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met with reasonable prices! I’ve already recommended him multiple times to my peers and I will continue to do so!

This place is the BEST service and repair shop I have taken my car. My car had horrible tires, bad rear breaks, and issues with its battery. They were able to help with all of it, with super reasonable prices! Sonny will work with you, and he’s not trying to take advantage of you or scam you at all. Could not recommend enough.

I typically use groupon to shop around to get good deals on automotive services, I saw Highbid’s offer on oil changes and decided to try it out. Being a younger female, any trip to a mechanic usually is a nightmare due to shop employees condescendingly trying to sell me crazy repairs that would cost more than my car is even worth, so I expected this shop would be no different. I was pleasantly surprised to be wrong about that. The employees were all so friendly and just pleasant to interact with as a whole. I waited in the office while my car was being serviced and I spoke with the owner, who laughed with me about automotive chain establishments notoriously trying to scare people into unnecessary repairs, and he told me how being a family owned business, they really pride themselves on integrity and quality care that people can afford, and after my experience there I can see why. I highly recommend checking them out, as finding a quality mechanic who values honesty and kindness like they do is extremely rare!!

Oil change was done in a timely manner and the service was great.

Fantastic pricing, but much more importantly Sonny is an incredible owner and takes pride in his work as well as making sure that the customer is happy. He went above and beyond for us, making sure my car got back to us in one day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Six stars for customer service!!!

They do a horrible job will quote u a price add a discount and rip u off all in the same transaction they will say they fixed one thing and put a brand new part on but really just charges you for the parts and labors but never changed anything..i wouldnt recommend them to anyone who didnt get pictures before and after they always hollering a warranty this and that
