I always find hole in the wall storage places that give me trouble I am so happy that I chose public storage. I went to the one located on Artesia and it looks like a very nice well-maintained place. I was helped by Alexis and she was extremely helpful. She had all the answers I needed to my questions and made my experience with public storage absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely one of the best storage facilities around. Employees are FANTASTIC (Mika) very helpful and they keep everything so clean and easy to rent. Every employee should be recognized for how well they maintain and manage this storage facility.

This place is not secure!! My unit has been broken into twice. Washer and dryer stolen and boxes sliced open and rummaged through. I payed for insurance but it was not honored. My guess is that someone working there is complicit because it happens far too often. I am moving my things out and I suggest anyone looking for secure storage go elsewhere.

This public storage is one of the best ones in this general area. It is always clean at this location and not very much traffic in and out of the facility. Micah and Britt are both 2 great managers at this property. Micah signed me up for a storage, even though I was late, he still took his time and briefly explained everything that I needed to know. Both managers are are polite and respectful. They both have traits to keep this public storage customers happy. I would give them both 5 stars if I could.

I went to Extra Storage first because their advertised price was lower, but when I came to sign the paperwork work I was told the reservation was in a bad city that’s far away from me. Tony was great! he greeted with a smile and gave me lots of detailed information, very knowledgeable great customer service. took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the unit very clean and seemed safe to me. he recommended covers for mattress/furniture and other supplies. Tony was so kind and helpful.Very happy with my experience at public storage, will definitely be recommend public storage to friends and family.

Very fast thorough walkthrough got exactly what we needed at the best prices. Rubi was awesome at explaining everything and running us through it all! 10/10 would store here again!

I have rented here for a about a year now and Britt is always so nice when I come in. This is a great place to rent. Great rate and always clean.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR STUFF HERE. I’m 90% sure it’s the employees that broke into our stuff this week!! We have one little storage up 2 flights of stairs and next to huge storages and only ours happen to have the lock hanging and no other storages for broken into so yea I know it’s them. The manager also didn’t care didn’t say sorry or offer any help or Money back nothing!! The cops were called and they also said it happens a lot there! Go to yelp those are where the real reviews are at obviously they have ppl posting here to cover up their stolen storages
