Ive been coming here for years now for all of my Rolex watches. My client advisor has always been CK and for years hes treated me very well. The security Guard of Bhindi Jwellers, parks his car as if he owns the whole lot. After letting them know multiple time no actions. There are other shops around whose customers are also looking for parking. But their security guy parks his Blue camero in a way that no one can park next to him.Dont understand what kind of security precautions forces your driver to block a public parking space which is shared between other vendors and shops in the same area. Its not a dedicated parking just for your shop. Add policies inside your shop or at your door. No security policies has to be defined in a way to harass public.

I was in the market for a luxury watch, spoke with many other jewelers who either did not give me the time of day or were very rude and made me feel unwanted because luxury watches are hard to come by right now. By chance, I found Bhindi Jewelers, who was an authorized dealer for the watch I was looking for. I called and asked to speak with someone regarding watches and I was directed to Aman. I explained what I was looking for, and she quickly sent pics showing me what they had, we had a long conversation regarding what I wanted to achieve with the first watch and additional watches, and future relationship with store. Due to my daughters bday I walked into Bhindi to do a last minute purchase of a gold chain… long story short the sales agent ( Naina) misinformed me of the gold rate which made the value of 22 K gold chain 100 dollars higher from the original amount- but when I came home- I checked the gold rate,I found that they have applied 350 USD( almost equal to the price of 22 k gold chain in making) I.e. for a simple 16 chain.I was appalled and called them back but instead of accepting their misinformation they told me to come right away and return it - they cannot be trustedThey knew that I cannot come the same day as it was my daughters bday and I live far away they gave this offer, I told them (Vinod- Manager) that I will be returning their chain tomorrow first thing in morning but they simply refused to entertain or even listen anything and banged the phone on me. I have complained on BBB and found that they are not even accredited with thatCustomer service … god that doesn’t exist .. I just purchased my third luxury watch, a Rolex Milgauss, from Helal, at Bhindi Jewelers. Helal, once again, gave me a first class, white gloved experience. Helal is not only very knowledgeable in the luxury watch world, hes also a sincere, polite, and trustworthy person. I will be buying more luxury watches in the future, and I will only buy from Bhindi Jewelers.

I sent an enquiry thru the website and had almost forgot about it - then got a call from a gentlemen in Glendale ..... well they had technical difficulty with their email/website and were getting caught up - he could not have been more helpful - well that made me head straight for the Artesia location as it is much closer for me .... got in the store on Saturday and Aman was taking care of watches and she was great to deal with !! Helpful - friendly and well - purchased a Rolex and would absolutely recommend them for your watch and jewelry needs !! I will be shopping again soon !!

My family and I have been shopping at bhindi jewelers for about a year now we have purchased watches from other Rolex boutiques in the past but once we visited bhindi/rolex we never thought of shopping anywhere else.Aman and her team are awesome.Aman is extremely knowledgeable and sweet she takes her time and answers all of our questions and believe me we have a lot of questions.we have been from coast to coast and have visited other Rolex boutiques/stores and none of them has had the selection and customer service that bhindi jewelers have.ask for Aman I guarantee you will not be disappointed she’s is the best.can’t wait to shop with them for the holidays

I started shopping at Bhindi a little over a year ago. This is a family owned business and everyone there has been amazing. CK has been my Sales Associate and he has been a pleasure to work with. The store is absolutely beautiful inside, and they have an amazing selection of watches. Everyone on the staff that I have talked to there is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do. I really enjoy my time there when just browsing, or talking watches with CK or the other associates. I would highly suggest Bhindi to anyone looking for a special piece of jewelry or luxury timepiece. They have also done a great job adapting their store for in person visits during the pandemic.

I was so impressed with their service skills! I tagged along with my brother-in-law to get his Rolex watch that he had been wanting for a while. Its a hard piece to get and we had gone to various different locations to get. Sunny and his dad went above and beyond to get him what he wanted. Although I just tagged along, they made sure to greet me and keep me involved in the whole process. Many places just pay attention to the actual buyer and ignore the others that came along. We were greatly impressed with the hospitality and will be shopping here again!

Here you are definitely end up paying way more than other stores near by. After sale one of the worker clearly said (of course after insisting much) 20% paid more than other nearby stores. I dont think there any integrity in terms of getting money from customers.

Poor customer service, went to buy a chain for my brother and wanted to make sure if he likes it or not! I am spending $2500 and not allow to take a picture? When I ask a saleswoman she said that the policy and they even don’t put the picture on the website because of they’ve got 100s product to put and is impossible for them...I was like hello...this USA not a small village of India. Everything is online, and her answer was “Then buy it online” WOW. I was shocked to learn how such a big brand could be so naive in customer satisfaction. Anyways this was my first and last visit to Bhindi Jewellers.

I strongly doesnt recommend Bindi jewelry, Artrsia for gold purchases. They will commit to fix if any broken of delicate items when you purchase. I have purchased few gold items for my kids few months back. When I take back for fixing small bracelets and chain, they told heavy charges which is equivalent to half of the original / new purchase. Manager is so rude in answering the query. Bindi shop is big and gives false promises when you purchase. Dont TRUST!!!Response from the owner is not fair, if so dont sell delicate items and provide false promises. We will never consider your business and recommend. Be fair when we bring it back for fixes. Dont be too greedy and be loyal to customers.

Was there yesterday and honestly very disappointing customer service. Some of the folks manning the gold counters were clueless when you asked basic questions on grammage. One person (wo) manning the center island when I asked to see some precious stones did it with absolute lack of interest. What could have been a few thousands purchase turned into a shoddy display of poor customer orientation that made my family and I step out with disappointment. The pros - they potentially have the widest array of diamond, gold jewels with really interesting design, in SoCal. The cons - other than sub par customer service looked like their interest was elsewhere. Not a single manager around on the floor and I can keep going on. Sad to see such a nice selection managed by people who wont cut it in the services industry!

Professional, personalized and hassle-free service!I recently purchased a Rolex Datejust 41 from Bhindi Jewelers. This was my first experience purchasing from Bhindi, and it will definitely not be my last. Their Artesia, CA flagship store is a bit out of my way but I cannot say enough about the service and attention I received from Aman. I initially submitted an inquiry through their website and I expected the typical, sorry, we dont have that model, never to be heard from again. But instead, Aman kept in touch with me over the course of a couple of weeks with inventory updates on different models/options that she thought I might be interested in even though not meeting my exact preferences. I was thrilled when she contacted me as soon as they received the exact model I was looking for (literally within a few weeks), and I sped down there the next day to make the purchase.Their showroom is expansive, comfortable and well laid-out. They also had quite a number of watches in their cases to choose from, in contrast to other Rolex ADs that seem to have barren cases at this time.Thanks again Aman, and hopefully I can make another grail purchase soon.
