This store is among my favorite 7/Elevens to deliver groceries to. The staff has always been friendly to work with. Im so sorry to hear about last nights incident (10/15). Im shocked, but Im sure youre all shocked and saddened! Im so sorry.

If I could give zero, I would.Change of ownership happened. In my time at this store. I ALWAYS found it as the standard...and Ive been ALL over California: Clean, Counters wiped, vending machines very much looked clean...What Happened?My Wife usually grabs a Big Gulp so she can get a lot of Ice (which wasnt working but the counter person did let us know.) but it was the presentation of the soda machine she or I didnt like. It was very dirty, very unclean. Not Good! This is My Citys 7-11. You want to lose patrons? Keep up the poor cleanliness.

Just tonight I was touched of the humanity and kindness of the staff working here it, had stoked embers of me and gave a little hope of humanity and that it does still exist and its cool cause my history of this location spans 30 years great to have such a business in my community

This is the worst 711 i ever been to . I already called corporate but this is so everyone else can know . This is now the second time this happened. 3 lady’s just stand by the cash register very loud and laughing making you feel real uncomfortable. She rings my stuff up backs up and laughs . I ask her do they carry a tobacco product and points to a aisle and starts laughing again . We all know your tobacco products are behind you . Very very rude . Very very unprofessional . I will never be back .

So She Walked Away From Me And Told Her Boss ... And Told Me Too Just Get Pespi And That He Wasnt Going To Change It Yelling At me ... Never Again Im Coming Here Again 😡😡

What did I like about it? Nothing. Most of the employees are rude and unaccomodating to their customers. They never scan your phone for the 7-eleven app, instead promising Ill scan it next time, every time. Worse instead is when the apps and surrounding 7-elevens promote Buy a slurpee, get another equal size free!, this particular store claims its broken, buy one get one free not working, and forces the customer to pay for both. Never coming back again.

I am regular customer of this 7 11 The night guy was very rude I ask him that coke 20f is in deal but he told me very bad word in his language he thought that I don’t understand it but the word was same as m f in his language I know this is not the fault of owner or 7 11 but the worker like this will make the business down
