Good location just off the 91. Spacious shopping center parking lot. No drive-through or outdoor seating.

Its early afternoon I came to pick up a mobile order and went straight to the counter label pick up. An employee name EMAN stood right in front of me without any greetings, glance at me and continue to do his batista work. He seems busy. The other staff were also busy. New staff walk in to clock in for work and with a sarcastic tone I can hear EMAN say hi welcome to Starbucks at her. This guy is definitely having a bad day. Its not until about almost 5min later I notice the ready drinks are at the other side of the counter all this time with no sign at all. No one greeted me or directed me. Overall I felt really dumb and unwelcome.

I was so happy when they opened this store because its close and convenient to my home. Ive been to this store many times. I even added the app to my phone because of this store. When I first started using the app (Im not much of an app user) I would place my order as I was driving to the location and Id wait knowing that my order was just placed. After so long I started placing my order while at home so that I dont have to wait and can get to work on time. The last few times that I placed my order Ive allowed 15 minutes to go and pick up my drinks but each time my drink is not ready. I dont mind waiting however when I have to get to work at a certain time its not fair that I place my order 15 minutes before get to the store and my drink isnt even ready. I dont think Ill be coming back to this location because they continue to do this more often than not.

Amazing customer service, all the way up the chain of command. Had a less than perfect experience on Monday morning at opening time. By 3pm, the same day, the regional manager Ashley called me to apologize and try and make things right. + She added 10$ to my Starbucks card for my troubles.. I was instructed to speak to the store manager JC and he was really cool. He Informed that the employee was reprimanded and it would never happen again, and that I could have whatever I want on the house. (Even though, I told him, that I was given credit by his regional manager on my Starbucks card, he said keep that for next time that you actually need it) do not be afraid to let them know of any errors, issues or problem employees, you cant even taste the spit! 👍🏽💀

The drive thru line took over 40 minutes. Our caramel Machado was the worst we ever tasted. We will never go back to this starbucks

Greatest value of Starbucks in general is probably in its consistency of menu and environment. Variables are then stuff like wait times, parking, seating layout, hours (if you are a nite owl like I am).This location is in a shopping plaza right off the freeway. Tons of parking, good amount of seating including a large table inside and patio seating outside. I have never seen it crazy busy. Def a good solid location for meeting up or doing some work/study.

The closest one near me. They are normally busy which is good for Starbucks but means waiting time is pretty long sometimes. I always try to do the mobile order whenever possible. Baristas are friendly & so far always make my iced caramel macchiato perfect to my liking. Its always clean, never messy.

Dont like theyre new rewards program. Still not over it and theyve been downgraded from a 5 star to a 2 star

This place is normally decently busy but I have never had an issue with my drink being made on time and well. I work in the area and use the app to order my drinks. By the time I spend the 4 minutes walking here my drink is always ready.

Unfortunately with staff turnover the past year there are only a couple of employees I recognize now. However the new staff is just as friendly. I usually do advanced ordering just before I leave my house. Im just down the street off of Norwalk & Artesia. My travel time is always listed as 1/2 the time as my order being ready. Without fail 99% of the time my drink is ready when I get there and is exactly how I ordered it!

I love this Starbucks. Just alittle slow and I tried the new caramel macchiato and I didnt like it so I had to buy another one and they seen I had my other one and they didnt offer to make me another one. I am there and at Target Starbucks a lot!!!😃

Wonderful service. Greeted with a nice smile, promptly served. When she realized that there was no coffee, she gave us a choice of waiting for the new brew or americano. Nicely done.

Bought a Green tea latte. Got a bunch of milk in ice with some lumps of green tea flavor. Never had this problem at sbux before. Wont bother with this location again.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Waited more than 10 mins to take my order and all for nothing. They were out of pumpkin bread, I was trying to purchase a reusable water bottle and they were trying to sell me a crushed one. And to top it off no change. I walked out after 20 mins of being in there. They were so unprofessional. They didn’t bother to attend the customers.

Afternoon coffee, at this location, works well before shopping. Pleasant staff. Ample seating. Some noise from 91 when sitting outside..

On my way for a long drive so I stop over for a cup of coffee, this is at about 9:30 PM, seems to be a nice staff, but when I left and headed for the car is when I tasted the coffee and to my surprise I swear I asked for coffee not hot water. Its too late to come back and decided to just forget about my $2 and she just closed the door. WATCH OUT IF YOURE GETTING SOMETHING AT ALMOST CLOSING TIME.

The drink and staff where fine, however the plaza they are located in is terrible. I bought a drink at 1:51pm walked out to my car (Audi) was on the phone, with Starbucks drink in my hand 2:10pm and the security guard asks me to leave.

As at every other Starbucks Ive seen, the staff are unfailingly well trained, friendly, and polite. But this location is somewhat understaffed, and the maintenance suffers for it.

My GPS erroneously sent me to this Starbucks, even though I searched for drive-thru locations. Ordinarily, I wouldnt care, and just walk in. But I had my 3 month old son asleep in the back seat and REALLY didnt want to disturb him, as I still had another hour to drive.I called and Emma picked up, I timidly asked if there was any way if I place a mobile order that it could be brought out to my car. She said yes and that shed let her shift manager know.What wonderful customer service! This location was a lifesaver! Youre doing a good job, Starbucks - Artesia Blvd. 👍

I was there for about 15 minutes. I had to wait for my drinks. My frapp was dripping out of the cap. The taste was mostly icy water. The parking space is not the best. A customer came in after me and got her order before mine. No acknowledgent for the long wait. 😒

Sunday ritual: get Starbucks before weekly grocery shopping at Stater Bros. Always crowded so could use more seats inside. Service is slightly slower than other locations but at least not as slow as Cerritos Town Center.

I go out of my way to go.to this Starbucks when Im in town. Well-run, friendly employees, and if the order is not right they will cheerfully make it right.

No stars the workers were so mean and grumpy. When I got there the service was super slow. Some people arent meant to work at Starbucks

Hot chocolate is awesome

Service is lacking. I tried calling ahead to order 2 travelers to go and they didnt answer....5 times! I even called on the way. When I arrived, there was no line. I ordered and let the barista know I was taking my bagged items to my car and Id be back to wait for the travelers...she shrugged me off. Like, dont care. And not caring seemed to be the theme for all employees as I walked back in several minutes later to find my travelers hadnt been started.
