Store closing sale should say up to 40% off. The signage is confusing, the prices on the shelf dont match the register. That being said the staff was more than happy to help find prices and correct any discrepancies. In all the chaos of the event all of the employees were cheerful and attentive, but the merchandise is just piled everywhere making it difficult to find correct sizes. We are sad to see this store close.

Okay just for your awareness folks Bealls in Artesia is not closing its doors its just changing its names over its a sales gimmick conglomerate corporation use to get customers to come! its still going to be there just under another beware of fleecing in America! Very friendly and helpful associate named Anna!! The Roswell store associates on the other hand, need some training from her! Because of Anna I fell in love with Clinique, but because of me being from Roswell and more convenient to go there, this particular associate will now have me going in again tomorrow for her rudeness and getting my order wrong!

I didnt know they were going out of business until today. Store is kind of a mess and very unorganized. They have %40 off everything signs everywhere that is not true some things are %10 and some %20. We bought some boots and found out when paying for them that they were only %10 becuase the price ended with an 8. So it should be better organized so that people know exactly how much is being discounted.

I stood at the register, unnoticed for ten minutes while 2 employees rang up their own merchandise ( taking turns getting their credit cards out of their purses) without them even saying Hi or telling me they would be with me in a minute. Then I asked them if I could get help in Este Lauder with color matching, they said...we dont do that! I was very disappointed.

They need to stop hiring rude people. If you dont want to work helping customers, get another job. Never fails they always have at least one rude worker.

Only objection is this store does not carry many wide shoes for wo.en. they are currenyly setting up for the holidays and the womens stock is very low. They need to eliminate a lot of their clearance racks & donate these items or send them back. There currently is very little clothes I could wear to work here.
