Don’t ever go here, I left my car there at 10 am yesterday. 7:30 pm they still hadn’t gotten anywhere and requested I bring it in tomorrow. Stating they would lower their fee to make sure I didn’t have a bad experience I come today and no ones there. Worst of all my dash now does not work, I can’t see my speed, fuel or anything and when I turn off my car it stays on and slowly turns off. They call themselves a audio shop. But yet work on cars like mechanics doing things on other cars that aren’t even audio related. they have no idea what their doing. The guy does not answer you at all.

Worst shop I ever been. I was there they talk out the parts and they said it takes 1week and half to fix it. Been calling the shop and they said waiting for parts. And it’s been 2 weeks I called again to find out is the parts fix. They said it’s fix so I went there then suddenly they told me the thing it’s not working. He suggests why don’t you get our parts. So I decided getting their parts and I told him ok I’ll get it. But I want my parts back he said he lost it. This is the worst place to take your car for any repair. Bad costumer service and is a trash place 🤮👎🏿

Bad work ethic! It took 4 trips for them to Properly install my window tint.First time I was there I was the first one there when they opened and they worked on my car for about 15 mins. Then someone else pulled in and they left my car and started working on that car for about an hour.Second time was there to finish the job because the first time I had to leave because I just couldn’t be there ALL day for them.Third time I called ahead of time to see if they are free, they said yes. I get there 10 mins later and they have 4 cars there and you can tell they have been working on them for a while. So I left.4 time I went for them to fix and straighten all the windows tints again because either they left bubbles or the tint was badly aligned with the window.

These guys went over and above on my speaker system! They told me what it would cost and stuck to that price the whole time. Great guy to work with

Bad experience. Last week I brought my car in for an estimate and was told it will cost $250 to fix it and I need to leave my car since it will take them 2 hrs to fix it. Today I called and talked to the same guy but now I was told it will cost $450 and will take more than 5 hrs to fix it. I cant have someone work on my car if he could not honor their word. I am sure I wont bring my car in and will definitely never visit this place again.

The worst customer service ever. They will not honor their word on when your car is finished. They don’t respect your time as a customer. They’ll tell you it’s ready, you come down here and it’s not ready. Then they’ll ignore you and won’t communicate you. Again take your car elsewhere and always check the reviews before you spend your money on any business.

I am very satisfied with the customer service Julian provided in the shop. He has done a great job with everything. He has some family members who visited the shop. They have treated me with more than a five star treatment. Julian is so modest and quiet, but he knows how to take care of his customer. I checked online to see if they are open today on Google, but Google says that they are close today (11/13/16). Fortunately, the owner visited the shop and I told him that he should update the time. Luis, the owner is very kind and has said that he would fix it. Honestly, I will come back here again because they are affordable and has a phenomenal customer service. I am so great that I come by today that I have almost got rippped off from the other car alarm shop in Anaheim. I also have no idea about the one customer that has given them one star, but I will give them a 5 star. I will urge all the customers to come and see to try their service. You cannot compare any of the car alarm shop i have called and shopped around.

Friendly service... I guess customer service is key... But, I requested lifetime warranty film.At the end, after I paid with card, I expected some kind of receipt... Well, nothing! The guy said the card receipt was my invoice...At a first glance the tint looked all right. But as soon as I made it home I started checking their work and I came to find a ton of flaws... Bubbles, bent film, old glue from previous tint under new film... They did terrible!!! I dont recommend this place... I dont know how they got 5 star reviews... Must be some friends posting for them... Please dont go there. Its been 30 min and I already regret going there...Terrible work!

I had shifty work done in the bay area in vallejo and when I moved to the area it wasnt working properly. They checked the speakers and repaired it quickly. I was very impressed with the knowledge and how helpful they were. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone

Gave me that good ole BAIT AND SWITCH Asked how much for HID lights gave me a price of 60 for installed and product.. the guy literally told me twice that the part is 30 bucks and labor is 30 bucks. Told me that on two saperate days when I get there dude says a complete different price. And it was the same guy. dont waste your time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I got an amplifier and a sub installed here. Initially when I called, they gave me a super low price. I was skeptical, but still decided to come in. One of the guys began installing the wires, he did so very reckless. When he removed my leather back seats, he just tossed them into the cement floor. He installed the amplifier upside-down on back wall of my seats. The control to regulate the bass didnt even work.
