Dont come here if you are not indian/bengali/know what you are doing or looking for –They will be helpful and then charge you 3x the amount.Was looking for an outfit for an indian wedding and asked for help. I didnt want to spend too much but left with an outfit (of poor, F21-like quality) for $135. I thought it was just the way things were. This was plain fabric, no embroidery, no beading, nothing.Went to the tailor and there was a beautiful dress hanging there - the tailor told me it was $50. It was embroidered with beadwork etc. And when I told the tailor I paid $135 for my outfit, she let out an oh my god.And that is when I knew they ripped me off really badly. Dont come here, trust me.

This is a great store for indian outfits. My wife loves to buy saris and a large varities of fabrics.

They were fantastic. I went with my family and about a little over an hour we had 6 outfits picked out and paid for. They were so helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place to others in a heartbeat ❤️

The staff is very rude. The bengali lady near the jewelry stand of the store is exceptionally rude. We asked her for the price of a pair of earrings and the first question she asked was what is your budget. Like if we are asking you for the price then why are you asking for our budget. Answer the question we asked. How can you ask such questions? She made us feel as if we cant afford anything in the store. We are not cheap like other people of her kind are. We have self respect which her type of people definitely lack. Stupid women.

Big selection. The sales staff, while not pushy wasnt exactly honest with sizing or color recommendations. Everything was perfect to the sales staff even when obviously tight

Oh they are horrendous. The employees are absolutely the worst. First of all, if youre not Indian, good luck getting anything for a fair price, because you wont. I came here with my friend Cristine a couple of weeks ago and she really liked a sari. Me being Indian attempted to bargain, but upon seeing my white friend, they were tight lipped. Later that week, my mom got the same sari we were bargaining for at the bargained price. So basically they are racist, and sell and bargain upon your knowledge of the clothing. They rip off customers who are looking for a good deal. They are extremely exploitive. Buyer beware.

I didnt get that Im being followed around feeling upon entering the store, although to be fair, I did ask for help shortly after entering. But that help was very friendly and... helpful.

When we visited, we were expecting more festive colors. Bt, if you are looking for a sari there might be something here for you. Try not to enteract with the people there too much. Do not expect a warm smile and a hearty greeting. They need to loosen up. Be more friendly. Otherwise, go get your Sari

Great place to buy a sari. There is a large choice and the prices are better than going to India for a sari. Plus you do not have to go through customs with your merchandise. Moderately priced.

Very poor customer service. The employees are lazy about opening the dresses to show you and dont want you to open anything on your own. They have attitude issues. Only reason for going back is the reasonable prices otherwise would not have gone back after the first time.

Im sorry to have to leave such a horrible review since they were very friendly in person, but they ruined my sari top days before Im leaving for a wedding in India. They 1.) put the fabric I asked to have on the front on the back. 2.) left 2 inches of extra fabric under the armpits of the top so I could not lower my arms. 3.) the sizing on the left side was different than the right side. 4.) the neck it not a perfect round shape and is totally uneven. And 5.) they tried to rush me out of the store after my 2nd fitting saying it was all fine, when clearly they had damaged it even more. Ive had better luck with Party City halloween costumes then Ive had getting my top made here. For a place whos entire purpose is to custom make and tailor sari tops, their craftsmanship is an embarrassment. I would never recommend someone to waste their money here and if you choose to, have them measure you 2x at least and to read back your order 3x to make sure they do it perfectly.

Worst customer service by the Indian employess. I have never seen such bad mannered staffs. This place is nice and the products are good except the employess inside the shop. Sorry to say this.
