Explained they lived in RV. Sold them a regular mattress that did not fit. RV mattresses are of different lengths. Basically said tough. 285.00 to pick it up and oh yeah no refunds unless you buy another one. You don’t have one that fits. Sorry no refunds. Never purchase anything from these less than reputable crooks. Buying another one elsewhere and donating to a homeless shelter. Thanks for nothing.

Very nice & organized. Cindy (sales consultant) very knowledgeable & friendly. Nice furniture, the prices seemed somewhat steep from looking around.

20 minutes to decide what o wanted. Almost 4 hours, to get order correct. Wing size bed, Then they didnt have the other item on stock, yet write up my order for payment.Fortunately, another location pulled through in the end.They were to call me when it arrived, estimated 4 to 5 pm. Then told it was delivered before noon, and none of their notes, inducted for them to call me for pick upNice people.Horribly disorganized. Poor communications and processes.1) verify exact product is in stock first.Dont guess. A twin and a twin xl are NOT the danger2) verify that inventory is on stock, first.3) make notes on customers accounts and efficiently follow through.4) a thank you follow- up.Because word of mouth, God a long way with God and bad customer service. And though nice people, terribly disorganized for such a small team of people and only a couple customers; no excuse.

$3,000 sectional couch, picked September 2020 and delivered Nov 2020. Complain December 2020 and it is April 2021 and I still have a broken couch. Technician has came out twice and nothing has been resolved because savanna in customer service takes months to answer emails, and nobody calls you back. Went through store manager Ian. Orders arent right, Im left waiting and the only one suffering is the special needs child and myself who are left uncomfortable. Dont waste your money at this place. I wont buy a dog bed from this place, if they sold them. So disappointed in the service I have recieved.

I called today to ask what model of small sectionals were in stock. The lady on the phone would not give me any other information that i have sectionals you can look at. She wouldn’t give any additional information over the phone, she wanted me to drive 40 minutes to her store just to get sizing and pricing. I’ll support another business who is willing to provide decent customer service.

Well we just had the BEST day! Tim & Leo just delivered our new His and Hers Chesapeake recliners and golly did they ever do an awesome job!!! I bought a couch from R & R Furniture store in Arroyo Grande last summer (June 2019). Not only did they forget to deliver it, (I ended up picking the couch up), they broke the center leg while loading it on to a truck.Today, the leg arrived. Yes—14 months later...because they kept forgetting to order it. But, here’s the best part—they gave me the grand total for shipping and asked how I would like to pay. When I laughed at the employee’s suggestion that I pay the shipping, she got approval for one of their drivers to drop it off. 😂You will not be compensated if anything on their end goes wrong—delivery mishap, broken furniture. They expect you to pay for their mistakes. $150 for a rental truck, because they didn’t deliver on the day they were supposed to. They broke the leg, obtained the order 14 months later and expected me to pay for the shipping. Unbelievable.

Great selection. Best to always feel the fabrics, sit in chairs, lie on the beds, open the drawers, apreciate the sizes, etc. Sale prices. Knowledgeable and Nice people. Convenient location. Easy parking. Safe delivery and set up. We have purchased many things there over the years. Keep going back as family expands.

I can’t say enough about R&R Furniture and their employees. We recently bought a bedroom suite from Kathy who is one of the most knowledgeable and amicable people in this industry. She went the extra mile in getting us a good deal, and not only that, she made sure our furniture was immaculate before it reached our home since it was a floor model. The customer service didnt end there. When the movers, Harley and Juan, reached our frontdoor, they made sure it was ok to use their dolly on our wood floors and, also, were careful not to scratch the furniture in any way. They, also, made doubly sure we understood the bells and whistles since the furniture had so many intricate pieces to it. This job was never hurried, and they treated this furniture as if it were their own. We were so impressed with Harley and Juan, we just had to give them both a tip. I even told them I would hire them both at our company if we had an opening; they were just that good. Thank you R and R for being such a model of customer service to your patrons.

Ive had trouble with every purchase of some kind with this store. Left out item, dirty sofa delivered and wrong bed. I keep trying but customer service doesnt care.

Very poor customer service. Will not buy here again. We ordered 2 couches 10 weeks ago and were told they will be here in 6-8 weeks...no problem. Not once did anyone call us to say there was a delay. We continued to call to get a status every week but no one seemed particularly concerned with the delay. Today we finally get a call that they are here, but they wont deliver them (literally 5 miles away) for another 10 days. Absolutely no attempt at customer satisfaction.

We went to at least 7 other places. Couldnt find what we wanted, we were just about to give up and go to Visalia or Bakersfield. R and R had everything we needed for beach house. Couch, love seat, kitchen table..all in stock. Had to order a different color for recliner...oh ya..ask for Ian ..he is first class . He was recommended to us from a friend

I went in looking for living room furniture and found some amazing deals and they are even discounted another 15% due to the upcoming holiday. I dealt with Ray Anderson who was friendly and not breathing down your neck like a typical salesman. He was very helpful and allowed me to browse at my leisure.

I am very happy with R&R furniture company, Twila and Lisa were great. They replaced my sofa because of a problem that I was having with the old sofa. It was a pleasure doing business with R&R.

Ian helped me to select a lazy boy rocker that was needed in our home. He was extremely helpful for showing me furniture and giving me a out the door cost - all inclusive as I also needed an older leather sofa chair removed. Yes, they do that. he scheduled a 2 day delivery - most helpful. The 2 men that delivered made all the right decisions based on care of the chair and my home that no walls were hit by the furniture as they had to take it upstairs with obstacles in the way. They were very polite, careful and considerate. I highly recommend this store and service. Thank you!

Poor sales staff. Called to see if they had a recliner I saw on their web site. They said they did not have the color I wanted but had the chair, and suggested I stop in to give said chair a test ride. I drove 45 miles and wasted an afternoon, for the staff to pretend that I called the wrong store, and the said chair we spoke of never existed. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

R & R gave me a great deal on a new bed, loveseat, and media center!Cindy spent a lot of time with me and showed endless patience. I made multiple trips to measure and remeasure, test out the loveseat, and reconsider alternate choices.Ian, the Manager, made sure I was a happy customer!

My Simmons Beautyrest mattress smells toxic. The box spring came in the house first and that smelled also. My eyes burn, I sneeze and now Im wheezing. Horrible horrible horrible!

I ordered a sofa 4 months ago the sofa took a month to get to my home wrong color another month wrong sofa another month final got sofa a week later it not working anther month still waiting to it fixed not happy

We did not buy today but they have a WONDERFUL Lazy Boy (sp?) Double Recliner Rocker! Plus Labor Sale.
