I just want say that, although I was skeptical after reading the reviews, this was my first experience with Walmart Vision and it was perfectly fine. All personnel were friendly and courteous, glasses arrived in 11 days and are exactly as ordered. I would use them again.
Stephanie and her coworkers made my visit to the eye doctor comfortable and quick. The doctor was thorough and professional. I had fun picking out frames and done in less than 45 minutes. Thank you Stephanie.
This place is what nightmares are made of!!!! Im not one to leave reviews but, here I am I will say the doctor was great, but the staff is rude and unprofessional!!! My glasses took a month to come in and they didnt even call me. Then when I get their they act like I am annoying them.... If you go here brace yourself for a fun ride and surely dont ask for a refund because they will want to send you a wallmart credit card that takes 2-3 weeks to arrive EVEN if you pay cash.... Long story short wrong prescription now I have to go to costco and get the job done right!!!!
Best eye exam I’ve had in years! New to the area and had used Costco for years. My NEW glasses are perfect.
Yes I bought some 👓 there about a year or less since then the baddest experience ever. I got the ones to see far and read that if I drive at night the headlights from other cars wont bother me. Well soon after I had problems with the fit took the back and the doctor said seriously she said to me well why would you get them with all these upgrades...since then just always look fogging.NOT HAPPY WITH THEM..WAITING FOR THEM TO OPEN.I NEED SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THEM They broke right ear stick there not OPEN cause covid 19
I am not one to necessarily go out of my way to sing the praises of Walmart. But, I got an 11:30 eye exam appointment on a Saturday the day before and the exam was on schedule, thorough, and done in a timely manner. I was in and out of there.
Excellent customer service! I have been going here for YEARS! I wont go anywhere else.
I have been getting my eye exams there and have purchased glasses thereI am so disappointed.I had my exam there a week agoSince then have been in twice to choose frames and order new glasses. No one greets me or even gets out of their chairs.I try on frames. Pick a couple and walk around and still no one gets out of the chairs or says helloSo third time in I picked out my favorite 2 frames and made eye contact with one of the young ladies in her chair. I said...... I’d like to order new glasses. Big sigh from her. Clearly I was bothering her.She is standing next to me with no eye contact I’m showing her what I like. I said .... don’t you want to sit down and take my order? She shrugs and says. I think the floors wetI said ok thanks and left. Not looking for excellent customer service. Just pleasant. Now I don’t know where to go from here
What a horrible experience! My husband needed glasses and daily contacts ASAP being that his glasses were broken and contacts were running out. During the exam the doctor asked about my husbands one hard contact in his right eye, he told her it worked perfectly fine and that he didn’t need a new one. She ordered one anyway which is what caused the whole mess. After the exam, we tried to order glasses and were told we needed to wait until the rest of the order was ready, they would call us when it was. They sent us off with three weeks of daily contacts for his left eye. On week three, my husband hadn’t received a call yet so he called them. He was greeted with a rude lady on the phone that told him his order wasn’t ready. He asked for more daily contacts and she said they couldn’t “just give those away”. Week four he calls again and speaks with the same rude lady who told him that the hard contact was made to order and it takes 2-4 weeks. We never wanted the hard contact! Now one month later, my husband is out of daily contacts and wearing broken glasses.
So, from the time of my last exam to the one i had scheduled recently, the people that run the exams are different than the vision center. Things change. I get that. But the Dr who is listed in my network is now an independent contractor and never filed and reported his change in status, which is the responsibility of the back desk company. So the insurance company still sends people here because they havent been notified of a change that happened almost 2 years ago.The people working the 2 different desks have the ability to communicate with each other and their respective companies to make sure this is corrected. Instead it was apparent that they run into this issue all the time, then once a customer gets their bad communication, and terrible service and run around, they hudle together and talk about you . Its just piss poor. I will take my business elsewhere, because they obviously dont want it.
