A cousin took me here, ordered a strawberry cheesecake Misty. It was so good! Definitely will be back.

This time my sons medium soft serve cup wasnt even filled to look like a medium. He was home from the AirForce and hoped he would enjoy it. We even double checked that it was the right size serving and they said yes.

What else can I say but YUMMMY. Cant go wrong with a snow cone.. they even have sugar free and something for fido.

There were swarms of wasps and bees. We have young kids and couldnt even eat there. There were bees literally crawling on our sno cones. They could work with their staff on customer service, as one of them just laughed when hearing us comment on the bee situation. The kids did love their sno cones and theyre reasonably priced. Maybe well try again next year.

Received a not so friendly greeting from the blonde girl with the big nose, the kid that looks like lord farquad, and the kid who looks like he got his perm from great clips. Extremely rude staff that laughed at me and my family while we were looking at the menu. We went up to the window and we’re about to order when we began to smell a disgusting odor which was coming from the workers. it smelt like BO. please for the love of god teach ur staff how to wear deodorant!!!

My sons ice cream was set outside the window where an order was being taken. It set between the woman in the window and a lady and her daughter ordering. This is really not the way food should be handled. When I said something about it, the teenagers running the place said we called it outhmmmm? This makes it all better?? Try holding it and getting the customer their food without germs in it before going to the next. Or use another window to hand out. This is common sense, isnt it? If I were to talk over these teens dinner plates with my friends and set it in front of them to eat they may have an issue.Way overpriced as well. One star as my son said it tasted ok

Pretzel concrete is real good. Not sure where the menu is hiding. They might make everything.

Its alright, but Ginnys Kitchen and Custard is only about a 5 minute drive away and is significantly better.

Great place to get a nice snow cone. They use to be better but they are a bit skimpy on there snow cone juice and whip cream.

Amended: So sad at this locations poor hygiene. Masks half off, no wrapped spoons. No gloves. Their flavor is not worth literly dieing for. They disappointed all the kids and wasted a 2 hour round trip. We purchased snow cone flavors online and got out our old snow cone machine. They have lost a customer of over 20 years and our children.

Joe is an amazing person owner boss and friend not only to his employees but customers and community. Its always makes me proud to get not only amazing food ice cream and 9f course sno cones. But to get great products and amazing service from a man who cares about the people customers employees and a community contributor. Its an experience you will never forget but come back time and time again and the great service is always that GREAT

Good stuff just super annoying that everytime I order I get the worst girl to take my order. Very unfriendly, she acts like shes mad at you? Like annoyed that your even ordering? Its really uncomfortable. Otherwise most the workers seem pretty nice and they are very quick with making the orders. Also never had a mistake either! Love it!

First time there, service was friendly and quick, but they didnt get our orders right, so we told them, and they brought them out to us after fixing them n and they were WRONG again.. and then there was a piece of something in my partners bowl... we didnt say anything. Just ate mine and left. like how? I mean really, its 2 orders of ice cream with 2 toppings and you get it wrong twice.. and then something plastic is in one of the bowls, not cool.. not going back

I used to love this place, I went there today and the girl at the window had her mask pulled down, touching everything and gave me attitude when I asked if they had spoons that were in a sealed container. I walked away, Im not risking my familys safety because some teenager in Jefferson County cant be bothered to care about infecting her customers.

Real New Orleans Ice, so good! They have by far the best snow cones period! It is the very fine shaved ice, not the crappy small chunks of ice that most people call snow cones. There are hundreds of flavors, with thousands of combinations. They have the most sour add in you can get it will make most hard core sour connoisseur pucker. They have great custard cups, sundaes, and concretes. Also have awesome soft pretzels with cheese, nachos, and other good concession foods. The employees are friendly and helpful, and best of all, they are open year round!

Best snocones in the world! Dont settle for any imitations! Barney is my favorite,lime in the middle surrounded by black cherry! But every flavor is great, perfect shaved ice and lots of flavoring good to the last drop.

This business should invest in an umbrella or 5 for their outdoor seating. Or I guess bring your own chairs if you plan to stick around while eating. The plastic table/seating are always scorching from constant sun exposure. The prices are great & the employees are very friendly.

My husband and I love going here for shaved ice treats! I love that they carry sugar free flavors too! So I am enjoy a treat without the sugar! The staff has always been friendly and we have never had a bad experience in the 10+ years we have frequented this establishment.

It’s a good shop, the treats are good, and they have a lot of flavor options. It’s also covered in bees all summer so be careful, and lookout for bees in your treats. Maybe wait for winter to enjoy this place

The snow cones were good but the 2 kids working were not very friendly or happy to be having to work. They had a tip jar on the counter, if they want tips they could at least be a little friendlier. We were the only ones there at the time. If it had been crazy busy I could have let it slide. This was High Ridge.

The place is great. The scone cone are shaved very nicely so the ice isnt to chunky. The flavors are great and they have a wide variety of flavors sizes and different stuff

I work at the express mart right next to their hillsboro location. They are very kind and their snow cones are delicious. They are all very kind and their owner is super nice. I highly suggest giving them a visit.

Maybe the snow cones are good, but how can you screw that up. The custard is small, over priced and not very good. Not sure how they have a 4.7 rating unless all those people who gave it a 5 have never had custard before.

I just recently went and to start off with the workers are not wearing masks and no one is enforcing a 6ft social distance protocol. The workers take your order and then get the next customer before yours is done and so the next customer (who is not wearing a mask) is breathing on your order. The owners need to do something about this because it is putting their employees and customers in danger.

My family and I stopped in tonight, the number of bugs flying around right at the window was astronomical. They employees left the window open even though there were no guests in line, and then proceeded to set your order on the windowsill. It was, by far, the most disgusting visit ever! Not to mention that the employees are slow and the custard isnt good. Ted Drews is definitely worth the drive!!!
