AMAZING!!! These were some of the BEST donuts I have ever had. Bought 2 dozen to take to work with me. And when you work around construction people, and they rave about them, you know they’re good! From reading the reviews, I knew I had to try the Apple fritter. It did not disappoint! So soft and flavorful and just the right amount of apple chunks. About the best one, to me, was the cinnamon long John….WOW!!! My new favorite donut shop! The lady was so inviting and so nice, and I love supporting local businesses!

They have amazing donuts by far one of my most favorite donut places to go! I love how they make their designs they have the best seasonal donuts for Christmas they had very well decorated snowflakes and snowmen and all sorts of other delicious 😋🤤 donuts I think that you would like Shamrocks donuts if you have a bit of a sweet 🦷 tooth.

Ive been coming at least once a month for the past year or so, and while the donuts are great, the business operations leave a lot to be desired. Today I arrived at Shamrock Donuts at 7 am and they were closed. No sign indicating that were closed, no Facebook post, nothing. I would normally write this off to unforeseen circumstances, but this isnt the first time it has happened. Additionally, they never seem to make enough donuts, and they sell out early consistently. While this can be a good thing, and its definitely an indication that they are popular, perhaps they can take stock of what sells and how much, and use that information to stock their cases better.

Found it. Finally. Best donut shop in / near South County. Everything in the reviews was spot on. Friendly people, amazing selection, great prices. Good surprises in the options on the day I went. Good amount of booth space too, so take your kids!!Also, the donuts holes are incredible.

Small town donut shop with lots of different donut options, plus a couple hot sandwiches & coffee, and a small dining area. Their Apple Fritters are some of the best Ive ever had! They have a unique product, called an XXL Donut. Its a single donut, the size of a dozen donuts box. Ill be trying that next week, and will update my review.UPDATE: Ordered two XXL donuts. They can form them into whatever letter or number you want. I had mine in the shape of a 2 & a 6, for our 26th anniversary! My wife loved it! The donuts were incredibly tasty, and their shapes were spot-on perfect! Looking forward to coming back! PS: They need at least 24-hour notice on an XXL order! Well worth it!

I also really love the neighborhood vibe here.Unfortunately, I have to update my review. Im removing 3 stars for the lack of consistency and unpredictability. We were going pretty regularly, but we started to decrease our frequency because they were always out of specialty donuts and breakfast sandwiches even when we would get there early. If youre always running out of the same items early and have an abundance of another item, why wouldnt you make less of the abundance and start making more of the stuff that always runs out? Its also impossible to predict when they will actually be open. Most recently, we tried to get donuts at 730am on Sunday and there was a sign on the door that said sold out. Really? On a Sunday only an hour and a half after opening?

Hands down one of the best donuts I had... Got several to try and The Elvis and fruit loop donut were amazing. Also my husband got a breakfast sandwich which was really good. Did not have a single item I did not like. Would totally come back if in the area again. Customer service was amazing. Both gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly and welcoming.

Went it a little late for a Friday morning so a lot were sold out but the ones I got were great. The lady working was really friendly and pleasant. Will be going back ASAP ( much earlier this time). Also the fruity pebbles donut was delicious it’s a must try.

Some of the most creative and unique donuts I have eaten. I mean, banana fritters, maple bacon long johns, and chocolate pudding filled Oreo donuts?! Bring your insulin shots, cause sweet is on the menu!

I just went for the first time. Around 7:04am Thursday January 30th. I drove up and two of your workers were outside smoking. They quickly put their cigarettes out and went inside. They didnt wash their hands and proceeded to take my order. The only reason I continued the lady who took my order put gloves on. GROSS! I wont be going back. This is sad because the doughnut was pretty good. Cleanliness is important you know. I can add that they were very polite which is also important.

Quality, fresh-made donuts and donut accessories. Filled donuts are nice and full with deliciousness. The owner was courteous and helpful.If I had one thing Id change itd be the custard for the custard donut. It tastes good, but a more robust egg based custard is what my sweet tooth was craving. DO NOT let that form your opinion though. They still get full marks for excellent product.

We decided to give them a go last saturday after hearing the great reviews. However, Im not sure if they had someone new making donuts or are still shaking off the rust from being closed for Coronavirus but the fritters were sopping wet, not like moist, but literally like soggy bread that released liquid from the batter with each bite. Even worse, the cake donuts I ordered were mostly hollow inside and the batter was eggy and wet. The other donuts were ok and the lady working was nice and helpful, which is Im giving it three stars. I hope they get the kinks worked out for next time.

I’m pregnant and have been craving donuts. I have tried several donut places. This place has great prices and great donuts with a ton of unique selections to choose from! Not only were the donuts great but the lady working the counter was very friendly and polite which hasn’t been the case at any of the other donut places I have been to recently! Worth stopping by!

I got there around 10am and they were SOLD OUT of almost everything especially (Chocolate Long johns) but the owner and the worker(his son) was very nice and went above and beyond to create a donut very close to a long john so i wouldnt leave empty handed. Talk about Customer Service! This has been my 2nd visit here too and each time the donuts were fresh! Definitely will be coming back.

This place is amazing! The donuts taste fantastic and are so creative! The family that owns Shamrock are kindest most hard working people. They always have a smile on their faces and treat everyone like family. I will always come here for donuts. They are constantly giving back to the community by donating to the food pantry and Girl Scout activities.

Been here twice and the staff has been super friendly. It has been clean. Best of all, my little guy that gets sick from other donut businesses, can actually eat these and not feel that way. He is not one that gets excited about donuts coming through the door but the last time he was when he knew where they came from. If you havent tried it you should :)

Have been trying the local donut shops the last couple weeks. I am a union member and prefer to use small businesses instead of the chain places.....Shamrock Donuts have so far been the best. Came in late ( well late for a Sunday) and still had a solid selection left, and the lady that helped me was more than friendly and helpful . I would and will absolutely be coming back here again to try more.

I have never be so impressed with a Donut shop the way I was with Shamrock, they did a phenomenal job with my daughters donut #3 cake. I HIGHLY recommend going to Shamrock Donuts for any of your donut needs!

OMG! Hands down the BEST donuts I have ever had! The homemade taste is amazing and there are so many choices to make you cant just pick one which is dangerous for my waistline. The customer service is superb! I wish I could give more that 5 stars!

Nice staff and great tasting donuts. Not nearly as sweet as other places, so chocolate donuts wont be amazing (although theyre still delicious). However, fruity donuts (like blueberry) are one of my favorites for this place

For those of you who are debating between going here or to Drews donuts 5 min down the street, go here. I went to both this morning and this one had much better customer service and a nice variety of donuts to choose from. I tried the maple bacon, blueberry cake, glazed twist, regular glazed and the apple fritter. The maple bacon is really good, but it needs more bacon. The blueberry cake donut is okay, and the glazed/twist donuts are really good! The apple fritter is the best Id ever had. However, I heated it up and all of the oil soaked a paper towel, soooo ignorance is bliss and you should eat it cold 😂 Anyway! Overall, good donut shop thats not far from home.

After recently moving into the are I decided to give this donut place a try. While it was pretty good and very fresh I couldnt help but feel a little overwhelmed by all the fancy donuts to chose from. I would rather have a selection of traditional donuts and are amazing than a wide array of specialty donuts that are just OK. The lady working behind the counter was SUPER friendly though. I would come in again and give it another go though.

I believe this doughnut shop may be going out of business. There were very few options available and the staff were mainly sitting in the booths waiting for something to do.What bothered me and is garnering the 1 star, is simply that I ordered 3 doughnuts. I ordered 1 chocolate glazed, 1 chocolate cake frosted, and 1 creme filled. To my surprise, both of my chocolate options turned out to be rather burnt vanilla and the creme filled fell apart with not that much creme.It could be an off day for this shop, but I do not believe they will last very long.
