Amazing, highly recommend. When I called GB I got Chris and he was amazing. He was helpful and explained the whole granite process, he walked us though the warehouse and we never felt pressured just educated on the products. It is a multiple visit process but so worth it. After picking the granite they sent Adam out to measure and template, it was clear that he knew what he was doing. Given the fact that our house is over a 100 years old we chose to have them send out their subcontractor that removes your old tops and levels everything up prior to install. I was not home for the prep process but my husband said that this gentleman was amazing, friendly and professional, well worth the money! On install day our crew was Aaron and Hayden and those young men were great. They were respectful of their surroundings and knew what they were doing. Shout out to Aaron on the best seam of his life, I was so concerned about seams but Aaron did a fantastic job. The owner should be very proud of his team and his company. I highly recommend them if you are looking to install granite! I have attached a few photos, the pictures do not do the stone justice.

Granite Busters is the only regret we have from our 2018 kitchen renovation. To summarize, poor fabrication and unprofessional install, would not recommend.First, GB had assured us our counters would only have 1 seam and then showed up on install day with 2 seams. OK if the seams ended up looking like the ones in the showroom; ours sure didnt.After coming out to measure with all the cabinets in place, they also mis-cut the main piece, so we spent time meeting them at the site for install, and then having to do that all over again a few days later. Much of the time was spent waiting for the installers to take smoke breaks and hang out by the truck.Next, imagine spending $13,000 on cabinets and another $5,000 on countertops only to watch the installer literally bust up your cabinets before your eyes. I understand a piece of the sink base had to be cut larger to fit our sink; but instead of carefully cutting a larger opening they beat it with a hammer, knocking the entire piece out that was needed for support. Essentially, they compromised the structure of the cabinet, the side now consisting of a thin sheet of veneer (see photos).Our final issue was with the sink cut. We were told they could do a 1/8 overhang (We have a sink grate and wanted to ensure it could easily be removed, hence we did not want their standard 1/4 inch.) The hole for the sink was very unevenly cut. There is a 1/8 reveal in some areas, overhang in others. It does not look professional.We were not comfortable with the installation, and 2 years in we still regret the decision. (material itself is just fine; it was poor cut and the install that didnt meet our expectations)

Be advised, this company has very poor customer service, does not honor their own templates, very inaccurate with cutting their products, and will charge you more money to fix their mistakes. I highly recommend going somewhere else. They took our old counter tops and delivered the new ones in the same day. The problem was all of the new counter tops had issues including size, cut angles, and product chips. The installers left all but one of the pieces so that we could have a functioning kitchen until we spoke with a manager about the issues. We promised that said manager would contact us and that issues would be fixed but months later no contact outside of the salesperson and no attempt to fix the problems. I filed a claim with the BBB and Granite Busters responded by saying they wanted us to pay more money to fix their mistakes despite having a copy of a template (with notes that we discussed all corners) that doesnt match the product. $4,000 dollars of poorly fitting and inaccurately cut counter tops and business that is ignoring the issue. You can see on the agreed upon template that all corners are straight (you can even see where the guy who measured wrote it on the template). As you can see we were given a curve that doesnt match and they are not going to fix.

Anyone who has replaced their countertops with granite or quartz knows that it is a complex process. Granite Busters team are experts. We could not be more pleased with our experience with this company. Definitely five stars from us.

Great experience with a granite repair. The corner broke off due to strain on a vein that ran through it. You cant even tell it was broken. I would highly recommend Granite Busters! Alex & Tyler were professional, informative and just had a nice work ethic. They ROCK!

I worked with Tia for a countertop replacement. She was very thorough and patient throughout the process. They have a large selection of on-site full slabs of marble, granite, quartz, and quartzite. Many other places send you to a showroom 30 minutes away to view slabs, have a limited selection in stock, or small sample pieces. The demo, installation and plumbing are handled by subs but they were very courteous and professional. Everything went smooth and I love the finished project.

Friendly staff with a Great selection!Affordable pricing with good deals.Staff was welcoming from the start and it felt like we got to be part of the entire process and never once felt left in the dark about what to expect next. We got to pick out the slab we wanted after seeing basically everything they had to offer. Down to certain parts of the rock formations in the slab we wanted/ didnt want.It didnt feel like it took very long at all for them to prepare the slab for installation. The install went smoothly and the installers were friendly and professional. The seams where the slabs were joined together looked really good.If I can find away to add more granite in my house I will 100% be coming back here.

Every single person involved in the process has been kind, very knowledgeable, considerate (masks worn), and incredibly professional. Everyone has spoken clearly, precise, and direct, making it nice for the consumer.Side note but equally important, had GB back to our home today, 11/19/2020 only for an opinion of possible small area of “settling” of stone at a seam. They went above and beyond, rebuffing and polishing area in question. They even delivered our sink grid, saving us a trip to showroom. We decided to change our mind on our piece of granite and luckily it was early enough that it didn’t impact our install date. Replacing Existing Counter Tops with Granite? – Buyer Beware! We recently purchased 95 sq ft of new granite countertops from Granite Busters for our very large kitchen. The initial process was overall outstanding and reasonably priced. We especially liked the layout process where they take digital images of our exact granite moving and rotating on a computer screen to line up the lines and grains minimizing the appearance of any seams. This process gave us a look of a total seamless installation.Now for the bad… when we signed our initial contract they asked us if our cabinets were level??? We originally had Formica counter tops and from the looks of things to us all appeared to be level. The house is 20 years old and we had no indication that there were any issues with unleveled cabinets. We were told that if there was a problem with cabinets being out of level that the Granite Buster installer’s would not be able to install and need to come back. In addition there would be a $250 surcharge for this return trip. We agreed to the $250 fee, purchased the granite, and set up the earliest install date, 4 weeks out.On install day the installers came and spent 3 hours removing all the Formica counter tops along with the sink and cook top. After removal, we were notified that our cabinets were not level and that we needed to get them level. Also, we would be subject to the $250 return trip fee as stated in the contract. The installers gave us the number of a carpenter named Andy who came out the very next day and leveled the cabinets. His whole process took just over one hour.After Andy’s fast work I called back to Granite Busters to set up the return trip to get the granite installed. I was told that we were scheduled at the back of the line and the next available return trip would be in 4 weeks out. I was shocked… We were being told that they expected us to do without water, cook top and kitchen counters for 4 weeks!!... This was not acceptable!!After further complaining I was told that it was possible to return in one week but the fee for the fast turn around would be $500 instead of $250… This was even more BS… No $500 hurry up fee was ever mentioned in the initial contract. Ultimately they gave in and stuck to the $250 fee and scheduled the return trip in one week.When the installers arrived, the manager Alex was with the workman. I thanked him for his assistance in getting the issue resolved and suggested to Alex, that this situation could have been avoided had their granite installers been trained to level the cabinets when needed. (Remember it was only a 1 hour job). Alex informed me that I should have told them that our cabinets were out of level and if I did he would have had me call Andy first to do the demo and leveling before his guys came for the install.I asked how was I supposed to know if the cabinets are level with the Formica counter tops still installed?? He said he did not know?? Alex further explained, his guys were granite guys and did not have the carpentry skills needed to level cabinets?? I suggested that perhaps they could have 2 crews’ one carpenter crew and one granite installer crew. This way crew 1 could dismantle the original counter tops and level cabinets as needed and then immediately following or next day crew 2 could install the granite? I tried to make him understand that the issue was 4 weeks with no kitchenAlex showed no interest in resolving this issue for future customers. He said that the only reason they did rush job for me without the $500 fee was because my contract did not explicitly state the fast turn around which is now fixed in a newer version of their contract. No matter what, I could not get Alex to understand that the issue is doing without a kitchen for 4 weeks and that was selling problem for them.In closing … Our granite is absolutely gorgeous and we are very very happy with the final results. This review is a “Buyer Beware Notice” …Make sure you ask the right questions and don’t get stuck without a kitchen for 4 weeks.

We are so happy with our new kitchen counter tops. Everyone we worked with was just amazing. We had shopped at another place and the process was so confusing; Granite Busters was a completely different experience. Nora helped us navigate through the decisions making processes, and walked us through the entire process clearly and completely so that there were no surprises. We did have some issues after the removal of the old counter tops and the installation of the new ones, but Granite Busters quickly addressed the issues and exceeded our expectations. Without hesitation we will return for our next project.Update June 2021:Second project with Granite Busters and the experience was flawless. We replaced countertops in two bathrooms. Awesome selection, terrific service (thanks again Nora!), superb execution. There are never any surprises: they explain everything, answer questions quickly and are just professional in every way. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for quality granite and installation. And the bathrooms are just transformed by the upgrade. Amazing what a difference it makes.

I decided to cross the river and started at Granite Busters due to their reviews. My wife and I selected a sealed granite that cost us $1,000 less than the cheapest competitor in the Metro East - go figure! We were very impressed by Granite Busters’s thoroughness, professionalism, detail, and overall installation. Go see Granite Busters first if you’re thinking about upgrading your countertops!

From time to time, I had shopped for just the right slab for my kitchen counter and sill, and I spotted it at Granite Busters.....at a realistic price!!!Ben walked me through the entire process, answering every question. However, when it came to the contract, it seemed to primarily protect the company rather than the customer. Ben explained that if they wanted to stay in business, they need clear boundaries and absolutely had to care for their customers. I signed.Wouldnt you know, GB was put to the test with my installation. After a thorough cleanup, I discovered a minor flaw in the granite. Heath was sent out immediately to repair it. I really tried to accept and live with the result, but was not happy. Again, Heath came and made multiple attempts to satisfy me. Finally, success!!! The flaw is unnoticeable! I am so grateful that GB proved that they stood behind their product and work for me........and I am proud to show off my kitchen counter.

First, know that store and warehouse are at one location so it is a one stop buy. No running around to granite houses to pick your slabs. They also have remnants for small projects at reduced prices. And their granite is competitively priced, in fact, the best I could find.Ben was an excellent sales rep and led us through our first granite purchase and all the options and extras that you get at GB. Tonya (I hope) did a great job as our scheduler and phone contact, allowing us to reduce the amount of time our kitchen was down.Lastly, the installers were amazing, doing some tweaks the template guys were not sure was possible. They were clean, friendly and quick and I wish I remembered their names as they did a great job. It just looks fantastic.I highly recommend GB. Expect a superior experience!

My husband and I searched high and low for a granite that we could both love. We just couldnt agree on the same stone. Then we finally found the perfect granite slabs at Granite Busters. From the moment we signed our contract to the day it was installed, everything they did happened exactly as they said it would. Our salesperson, Adam, did a great job explaining everything. As our granite has a lot of movement, we were happy to have the opportunity to provide input in the layout so that we could highlight some of the more beautiful areas of the slabs. The measurements Randy took were spot on because when the granite was installed it fit perfectly, even though our walls were not the straightest. Randy and his installation crew did a great job, with no issues. We love, love, love our new granite countertops! They are beautiful and the highlight of our new kitchen. We are very happy we decided to go to Granite Busters and have told everyone about our terrific experience.

I have used granite busters on 3 remodel jobs, work always turns out perfect, on time scheduling, installers are neat and professional, prices are excellent totally recommend them for any size project.

Granite Busters carries a nice selection of stones and Chris, Alex and Ben were all amazing to work with. I really appreciated that they gave us quotes on the exotic stones we were considering; other fabricators would not return quotes to us over $5,000 for some reason. In the end we picked an exotic stone from a wholesaler they do not work with, so we had to choose another fabricator. Funny enough, we had the exact same issue they had warned us of with that wholesaler. I would absolutely recommend GB and hope to do business with them again!P.S. If you find a stone you like at GB, put a deposit down because their inventory turns over FAST!!

We used Granite Busters to replace our old laminate kitchen countertops with granite. From start to finish, we are very pleased with our new countertops and the service we received. Nora, our project manager, was outstanding to work with. In my years of home remodeling experience, she is one of the best people I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable, giving us ample information to allow us to make informed decisions, and she explained the entire process in such detail and so clearly that we had absolutely no hiccups during the entire process. Our installers, Ryan and Ray, also did an amazing job. They were very respectful of us and our home and did such a nice job cleaning up that it was like they were never here, except for the great looking countertops they installed! We also appreciated their asking questions during the installation process to make sure the install went well and they did an outstanding job teaching us how to take care of and use our new countertops. We would without hesitation recommend using Granite Busters!

Buyer beware. Thank god they let us out of the contract. In my opinion a company totally lacking professionalism. Incapable of working patiently with a customer to help them understand the reasons for having seams laid out in a certain manner. The so called layout specialist actually told my wife who didnt like a seam at the window and wanted to know where else it could be placed, that she should move the window.Absolutely amazed at the 5 star reviews glad you all had a good experience. We certainly didnt.

I want to start off saying I wish I could give Granite Busters a 10/5 review! I have been getting the run-around from other granite companies and have to say this company is AMAZING and the only one that made me feel like they wanted and appreciated my business! I can always count on them to return my calls, they gave me the templating date and the install date at one time knowing I was without counter tops one month before switching companies and had been without a kitchen for months before that.I was also given such a FANTASTIC DEAL! As I mentioned before we had many problems with prior companies, the one that we had originally gone with charged $250.00 more for a lower grade granite. At granite busters in addition to a big discount, I received a free lifetime sealer (the only part of the black friday deal,) I received a FREE sink, a LIFETIME WARRANTY, and they are throwing in a bathroom sink counter top! I am so truly grateful that I was referred to this company!The sales team and the installers were all extremely polite, funny, and professional.They were honest the entire time about the process and the install. They ended up scratching a small piece of drywall and told me about it even though it wouldnt be visible past the backsplash. They told me I was looking at three seams and managed to get it down to 2.I spent so much time shopping around and thought I had a great deal before, but I obviously made a mistake going with a different company in the beginning.You guys were a pleasure to work with and I will recommend you anytime someone needs countertops! I look forward to working with you in the future.Edit: I have to add this because it was too good not to. I work nights and it is extremely rare that people take this into consideration. I had to schedule the templating of my FREE bathroom sink granite countertop; the day it was scheduled I had to work that night, so I figured I would just sleep on the couch until they arrived, let them template, then go to sleep so I could work that night.Wade the templater purposely made me the first on the list so I could go to bed earlier! He remembered from a month before that I worked night shift! I cant get over how great this company is!

My total experience with Granite Busters was fantastic! Nora fully supported me throughout the process - from my initial showroom visit through follow-up to gauge my satisfaction after countertop installation. I had minimal knowledge on aspects of natural stone countertops and what to expect during the project. Nora patiently mapped it all out and helped a lot with slab selection & countertop layout. Her product estimates were complete and accurate with no gotchas or add-ons. She assured that Granite Busters delivered on their commitments w/in a straight-forward precise timeline. My kitchen and bathroom countertops are absolutely beautiful, professionally installed and lifetime sealed! Good experience working with Granite Busters staff, both in store and at my home! Im a totally satisfied customer, no regrets!

DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT OR LOWES, who are captive with outside contractors. In St. Louis, for example, they use a place called Hallmark Stone, who mostly have 1-star reviews as of late. We were using Home Depot/Hallmark, but had to fire them, they were so bad. They tried to stick us with a 15% charge as a result, but backed off when they learned I was a lawyer. A client told us to use Granite Busters. Not only are they cheaper than the Home Depot/Lowes SALES prices, but the quality of their work, and their service, are EACH 100X better. They even made a custom quartz framing of our existing master bath mirror, FOR FREE!!! And did a perfect job with it, too!!!

I really had no idea how much thought and effort went into choosing and installing stone for my countertop until I walked into Granite Busters. I thought you just went into Home Depot or Lowes, checked out a few small samples and chose one you like. Well, I was wrong and if you want it to look right, you need somebody to walk you through the process. I was lucky enough to work with the two owners, Beata and Enis, and they made it a lot of fun. Thank you Granite Busters.

Let me begin by saying that I NEVER write reviews, but I just have to post this because I cant say enough good things about Granite Busters. We did a complete kitchen remodel and when it came time to pick out the gtanite we went to Granite Busters (based off of several positive recommendations). The staff was so nice and patient with us as we went back-and-forth trying to figure out which granite to choose. They have a HUGE stock and we were able to pick out the EXACT pieces that we liked which were then held just for us. I dont know how anyone can choose from a small little sample or even a large one. Even within the same style of granite each slab has its own characteristics and they had so many different slabs we were able to find ones with the exact grains we liked. They gave us an estimated price based on the dimensions we brought in and it was actually less than what I was expecting. We had almost 2 full granite slabs worth of countertop which is a LOT. When they came out to measure they took their time and made some really good suggestions for the layout, things that my husband and I never would have thought of that turned out wonderful! (With our layout we have some very odd cuts, but they were able to come up with a layout that flowed and didnt look choppy or cut off.). After they had the layout, we had an appointment to go back to Granite Busters and digitally lay out the pattern on our actual granite pieces. I didnt even know that was possible. Basically, they took digital pictures of the actual granite and were able to play around with the layout. Again they were very patient with us as we debated if we liked certain portions of the slab or not. This layout process serves 2 purposes, 1 - to make sure you get a look you like and 2 - to match up the seams. We have a very long breakfast bar which is the focal point of the kitchen and were able to get the exact portion of the slab that we liked. In addition, because they can match up the seams before cutting, the seams turned out great! We chose a black and tan colored granite with very large veins, something that would be impossible to match up at the seams without the technology that they have. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, were EXTREMELY careful with everything and knew what they were doing. They were very professional and nice. We have a cooktop and that part of the granite needed to be cut onsite after it was in place (due to the fact that behind and in front of the cooktop the granite is very thin and it would have broken if they cut it at the shop and tried to get it to our house and installed). As you can imagine, this is a messy process, but they were able to keep the dust to a minimum and did a great job cleaning up everything before they left. Im so glad Granite Busters was recommended to me, they definitely have a customer for life!!

Everyone at Granite Busters was very fun to work with. Ben spent a lot of time with us looking at all kinds of stones for our kitchen countertops. Once we finally picked the stone we wanted, Mountain White Danby, Ben and Alex worked with the supplier to get them in. Templating went smooth and we got our layout and install dates quickly. On install day the crew arrived and did a great job removing the old countertops and getting the new ones in. We are very happy with our white marble countertops and the entire Granite Busters team.

We love the countertops. My backsplash and stainless steel all look great. Tell Nate we love him and Beata and Baxter, too. I will tell all my friends about Granite Busters.

Had a very bad experience with their drivers this morning. They are very disrespectful and downgrade women. Because of my experience I will never go here.
