Not trying to hate or super critical... I know the pandemic might be affecting this, but they dont have much of a selection here. Been to others pre-pandemic and this one is just nothing compared to what I saw 5 years ago.

To those saying not much there: they had the inventory, everyone shopped early and spent big money. They have a way better selection that any other halloween chain. All other stores are facing the same problems. This store is by far the most well kept store w friendly staff.✌

It makes no sense to have Jason with a fake knife with blood on it, who walked toward us as he saw the car approaching and the Grim Reaper standing in front of your store. I was coming in to get decorations for a Trunk-or-Treat for my church. I couldnt get out of the car with my 3 and 5-year old girls because that would have been traumatic for them. If I wanted to be scared or have my children scared, I would have taken them to a hunted house. You may not care about losing business from one person, but you should. Your seasonal position could have been used in a more appropriate way! If I could give you half a star, I would, because that was extremely unnecessary and inconsiderate. That was a poor executive decision. Please reconsider for next year

A lot of great costumes and props for kids and adults. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. A fun way to spend and hour with the kids

This store is clean organized and has something for everybody. I look forward every year to enjoy the display and fun exciting Halloween spirit.

Love seeing these stores pop up in September! The inventory is a lot lighter this year, likely due to the shipping challenges from the pandemic. If youre looking for a particular costume dont procrastinate!

A little pricey, But the girls who worked there were extremely friendly we showed up right before they closed and they did not rush us at all..

Great selection of everything Halloween

Super nice associates. Guy even helped me out to my car with a large item! They sell out of things fast in store but usually have it online. I go here for almost all of my Halloween needs.

A supreme Halloween costume store! This year they have hundreds of different costumes for children, young adults and older adults. Masks, full costumes, and accessories fill the shelves. Well lighted, organized and clean. The employees are helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable about their products and store. Best place around to find your unique outfit for one an exciting holiday. HURRAY! Halloween is coming! 🎃🎃

I am always happy with Spirit Halloween. Its a seasonal staple. You know its getting to be fall when it opens and I usually stop by several times in a single season. The staff is always helpful and happy to be there.

They have just about anything Halloween you could want.

Blonde female manager is unprofessional and borderline rude when trying to use a DEBIT card for a purchase without an I.D. and almost denied the purchase. Acted like she was doing me a favor by allowing the purchase. PLEASE. PIN numbers are debit cards form of security. NOT an I.D. Not a great first experience and will not be going back to this store!

I asked for help to try and get as close to a cosplay for Halloween and they only showed me a general location of the items I asked for and did not help me narrow down my options at all.

St Charles location is 4x the size of the Fairview Hts location. Pretty good place but its nothing compared to Johnnie Brocks.
