Dr.Pikul was so fun and friendly. The staff was outstanding. I called to make an appointment and got in within the hour. They even helped me pick out my glasses. Ive never had such an amazing experience at an eye doctor.

Ya, I spoke with a young female associate last on 3/10/2018 around 6:30pm, she instructed me that they would be contacting me back to set up an appointment. I never received a call back. Today I just called and an associate named Ralf answered the phone, placed me on hold, then took me off of hold and hung up on me. Walmart is filled with so much incompetence, it’s pathetic. It is a super center, Super pathetic. I’ll just go somewhere else.

I am happy that I chose to go to this doctor. I only picked this location because they were able to see me the same day (as opposed to my usual place who didnt have an appointment until the weekend). I admit, sadly, that I was hesitant to go to a walmart doctor; however, I wont feel that way again. Dr. Pikul was funny, to the point and professional.There were three other staff members there (they have a professional title, but I forgot what it was) who were friendly, helpful and pleasant talk to. I got no pressure to up sell like I am used to and the one lady even wrote down the different costs for glasses and contacts for me to take home and think about before I made a decision.Would definately recommend.
