Absolutely horrible customer service. I’m not from the area but while on vacation bought new phones there. I traded a phone in for a $700 credit towards my new phone (01/2020). After a year and a half of fighting with ATT to either return my old phone or give the $700 credit, they have not.I just called AGAIN to deal with them and the guy HUNG UP ON ME and now won’t even answer my calls again. I would love to give this place zero stars but of course that isn’t an option. Absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve been to this store 3 times recently. Awful customer service all 3 times. The employees act like you’re bothering them when you walk through the door. They were more interested in talking to one another than any customers. I had no complaints nothing out of the ordinary, I wanted to buy an Apple Watch and add a line to our plan. I asked if there were any in stock at this location, salesperson looked annoyed that I even asked saying he’d “have to check”. I had full intentions on purchasing a watch, but not after his lack of willingness to help, so I added a line and left. I will order and have everything delivered from now on.
James is the best employee I have ever met. I nicknamed him Merlin because he works magic. He should be promoted to manager because he is smart, incredibly polite, and has a great work ethic. Dont know why my sons name is listed because this is Heidi C.

Well, you really goofed. My mom called the store after having found her lost phone, asking what she could do. She was told by a worker that she could sell it (which is something weve been told before with other phones). Anyways, her phone was blacklisted because she thought it was stolen, but the At&t customer service was not answering. Instead of making some calls, the guy basically sent her on her way. Great.
The staff is friendly and efficient!

Visited this store after visiting the Lindbergh store (which is corporate but sold out) Arnold is not a corporate store, so they cannot sell what a corporate store can. I had to go to the Manchester store since that is the next closest corporate store that had what I needed. Confusing...yes, it was for me as well.. Make sure to call before making an adventure out of going to AT&T stores for a day.
Great experience within the store. Very friendly and helpful service associate. She did a great job explaining to me what she was doing and what needed to be done. Offered to finish the job and allow me to take care of other things I needed to do and come back for the phone. Very good experience.

Some Of the greatest service than Ive ever received the staff is knowledgeable their kind,friendly, comical and they meet your need. The store manager I believe his name is Ricky he does an amazing job and his team is very supportive and very respectful. This is my favorite AT&T store by far of any of them and I been to a lot. This store goes over and beyond all the time if I could give it 20 stars I would.

Golly what a bad experience.Improperly trained employees who cant seem to follow basic steps caused a four and a half hour delay on restoring my phone.The manager/owner (which I do not believe when he said he owned it) is rude, the employees arent even trained enough to make a payment properly much less verify an actual issue before they spent more than 20 minutes trying to change a SIM that did not need changed, tried to deny they ever touched my phone, and they acted rude and snotty. 0/10 I wouldnt send someone I hated to this store.This is AFTER the same store set up my account incorrectly and caused me to be overcharged for more than a year. AT&T had to issue me a more than $800 credit due to their constant mistakes.Please, for your own sake, save the headache and go to Fenton and their corporate store. At least there, you get handled like a person and not an annoyance.

Customer service was completely awful. This store is an absolute joke. Ricky, the store manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Switching services to a different phone company ASAP... So disappointed.
The woman worker that helped me was so knowledgeable and made sure my needs were satisfied. I upgraded phone and data plan. I wish I knew her name to give her much due credit.

This is the only AT&T store I will go to from now on. There are PLENTY of employees on hand to help you so you dont have to wait 30 minutes to an hour like you do at other stores. Bryan went above and beyond to sort out our issues, all with a smile on his face. All of the employees were smiling and very friendly. Great store, great employees, great service!! Highly recommend!! Went in because my recently purchased phone was having severe connectivity issues.SARAH was extremely patient and helpful.Together we made several calls to Samsung Corporate, local Samsung store, AT&T Corporate, no one wanted help get the issue resolved.SARAH went above and beyond and stuck with us until there was an acceptable resolution.It is solely because of her that I didnt cancel my AT&T TV, internet, and 3 phones service.Thank you Sarah, you actually care.A very rare commodity nowadays.

I feel mixed about this review. Walking in I felt greeted, I was immediately addressed we sat down and got to business. I needed to get some internet and TV. The service rep was helpful and friendly but he really over promised and really under delivered. Now I feel like I was just a number or quota that they needed to meet. He messaged me after I left and I replied back. And then nothing..... no follow up just silence. I replied back again..... and again nothing.... the sad part is I can see he read both of my messages. Probably wont go back unless its to reiterate this to the store leadership. Its 2019 customer service and follow through are key aspects of business.
Att store is wonderful
I have been trying since July 2019 to get my account straightened out. Cannot get an answer. Have asked for District Managers number. They will not provide. Will not have her call me. Called ATT service line that is a joke. Very disappointed because I really liked this store. I trusted this store. I sent everyone to this store. As soon as my contract is up. I will be cancelling all of my services.
Horrible treatment, rude sales jerk. After two hours waiting was told to hurry up and make a decision because he did not have time to help. There were more sales personnel than customers at the time, but he was waiting on two at once. After forty years with AT&T its time to switch providers.
I just switched to AT&T and one of the phones that was shipped to me wouldnt activate so I took it into the store tonight. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but Bryan got it up and running in no time! This was Hands down best phone store experience ever. On top of a fast fix Bryan helped me get the products I needed to protect my own phone and still manage to get us out super fast. He is still going to help us get an out of stock phone case for another phone on my line. Great customer service!
Excellent service and smart reps. I always go to this store because they help me with everything they can. But tonight I was very impressed when an irate customer started shouting and cursing about and at one of the employees, the manager (I assume) stepped in and when the guy still wouldnt calm down he put him in his place, its nice to see that they care about their workers enough to not make them take abuse.
Had a really easy time upgrading my 2 phones. Lindsey was really helpful and made the process painless. She went above and beyond checking my contacts and photos one by one after I realized my iCloud hadn’t backed up for a while and not everything transferred. Highly recommend this store.

Great place and people. Matt and Thomas upgraded me to an iPhone and I love it. I was able to leave and get my shopping done while they moved over the photos and contacts from my old phone.
I had a great experience at this AT&T store. I had to have my screen saver replaced for my iPhone I purchased at another AT&T store. The customer service agent helped me quickly and she advised me that my iPhone 8 Plus was going to have some issues due to the screen curves. She was thoughtful and very helpful. She was right and the new Zagg screen protector didn’t work again. I was not pleased with Zagg but that’s no fault to AT&T. I will make this Arnold AT&T location my favorite new store. I trust them and they seem extremely friendly.

Worst Experience Ever.I went to upgrade my daughter’s phone to a iPhone 10S. I had just done my wife’s phone 3 weeks before and I wanted the same deal if it was available. After sitting there for 15 minutes assuming he was working on the upgrade he asked me about the number of TVs I had. I was shocked and explained to him that I wasn’t there for TV’s and that I was only interested in a phone. He told me the deal didn’t exist anymore and went on to say that he was doing his job trying to upgrade my TVs. I left and went to the South County store and got the same deal as before and now my daughter has a new iPhone 10s.
Going through rough times, had my phone turned off but went right up to ATT in Arnold and to my luck I got Nikki to help me out, within less then 45 minutes I got a new number and my phone turned back on without any pain whatsoever. I was very nervous and had no clue if I was gonna have to pay something up front, nope..not at all, got everything I needed and the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had. Nikki needs a promotion and a raise..she deserves it, very down to earth and easy going, knew exactly what to do. I will forever go up there l.
I started the process of switching my cell phone service from another company with Shawn and I cannot say enough good things about working with him. He was extremely helpful and informative and made sure I completely understood all of my options and did everything he could to make sure I was getting the best deal possible for my situation. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the services AT&T offered and was even able to help a friend of mine, who came into the store with me, with her TV & WiFi service. I will absolutely be recommending this store, and Shawn, to anyone I know needing assistance with their services or looking to start up a new service!

AT&T store in Arnold Missouri is fantastic. All of the employees were busy with a long line waiting. They moved right along being helpful and courteous to all customers.The store in Crystal City Missouri is horrible. I walked in with all 3 employees standing around talking, with no customers in the store. The employee who came to serve me lied to me, was rude, and didnt want to help me. During the wait at the Arnold store, I mentioned my experience at the Crystal City store, and another customer had a similar experience. They drove 30 miles to the Arnold store because they will never go back to the Crystal City location.

Maybe I was working with a new employee so I can’t speak for the other ones working there, I’m only rating my personal experience. I came in to upgrade my phones and the guy ended up ordering the wrong phone which I luckily caught when they sent me the shipping email and resulted in me having to call att customer service and paying sales tax AGAIN for the correct phone and waiting even longer for the correct phone to come in. Then I had to wait for the wrong phone to show up at my house in order to return it back to att for my refund on that sales tax. Also he almost screwed up my phone plan by trying to switch me to a different one that wasn’t even necessary to get the new phones. Overall it ended up being a big hassle for me to deal with but thankfully att customer service was able to straighten everything out. I will definitely be handling any issues over the phone from now on and not go into this store.
Thank you so much to Shawn who helped me set up and swap out two iPads today. I have terrible luck with electronics generally, but he was fast and helpful and frankly made an experience I had been dreading really great!
Don’t recommend!!!! 2 of my adult kids(19 & 20) went to this location on two different occasions to upgrade their phone and both times they over sold insurance coverage. I had 4 different kinds of insurance and that were basically all the same thing. Can’t wait to change to a different provider

Incompetence is all I can say. stay away and use a corporate store. its obvious they dont train employees here in tech or customer service. after 2 trips and 2 hours I was getting concerned that my phone was broke due to theyre inability to get it working and voice my opinion and was yelled at by the store manager in front of customers in the store! I was floored.
Friendly staff. The baseball game was on tv this time but I have been going to this store for years. Sometimes things happen, I did lose a place in line however the rep that helped me gave me 100% focus and not only did he resolve the issue I had with the bill, I got a new phone and really enjoyed my experience, just like previous ones. I wanted to give a review for them.

The people in this store got everything wrong! They misinformed of us of everything! After 6 months and talking many times the employee and the manager were beyond wrong! We will never go back to this location again! Customer service helped us and explained everything! They apologized for the store manager and employee not explaining anything properly! This store needs a lot of training on what services and products the company offers! Not just to sell you something so they make themselves feel better! Beyond disappointed this store represents AT&T!

I wish that I had read all the negative reviews before I went here and was promised the world. Switched 8 phones and bought 8 tablets. Mike Roy told us things that were not true. When I called and talked with him he said well they told me you would have your visa cards within 45 days. This is not true...........every time I try to get information this location says they will have Mike check on it and get back to me. Never happens.....Dont believe anything that you are told. Wish I could get my old phones back and go to another carrier. A carrier that is concerned with your satisfaction after they have your contract.
