I havent used this repair shop, but Ive picked up my friend, when shes had her car serviced there, and shes happy with the service they provide, and says the cost of the work is very reasonable.

They seem like they were good with cars.

Do not use them!!! They drained the bank account doing unnecessary work, replacing parts that wasnt the issue to end up with a car that still doesnt run. They had the car a month.

Would get 5 if theyd get my car done when they say. I was told multiple times it would be done at a certain point, Id call and was advised it would be done the next day over and over for about a couple weeks. HOWEVER, the owner is very flexible with payment options and they do really good work. Ive never felt that Ive gotten ripped off. Depending on the wait time for my next visit, I may give a higher score. I would say go to Christian Brothers for really really fast service but theyll rip you off until youre blue in the face.

I wish there were 10 stars! If you are looking for nice, honest, fair people to do work on your car or state inspection, look no further! My car started making horrible sounds Sunday morning. I looked for reviews, and called them first thing Monday. They did not make me schedule some future date appointment. I got to take it right over. I thought they gave me a fair price. Afterwards I looked up the average cost for that repair, and they had done it for a few dollars less than the lowest average price. Everyone in the waiting area had been going there as well as their families for years. My car rarely needs repairs thankfully, but they will get ALL of my routine maintenance jobs from now on!

Jerel and his team ARE the best! Having recently moved to Arnold from Indianapolis, we were sad to leave behind a great mechanic. On the tip of a friend from church we took our vehicle to Best. We can now rest assured that our vehicles are getting the same care and attention that got our three vehicles over 800,00 miles. Broken down on the side of the road? Jerel will quickly get you towed in. A flat tire? Fixed while you wait, reinstalled, spare put back and all the tools neatly tucked away. Need a vehicle inspected so you can get Missouri plates? Best can do it. Their prices are reasonable, the repairs done right, and there is no noise, rattle, hiss or clank that they can diagnose and fix. Thank you Best for being THE BEST!!!!

Really nice guys. Had a weird sound in my car and they were able to take a look at it without a big delay.

Needed an oil change for my 2010 GTI. Walmart, Valvoline, and Christian Brothers Automotive all wanted over $85.00. Best Auto got it done for $68.21. Jerel and his staff were friendly and kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment.
