Was able to drop off my package for a return without a problem. The gentleman working today was very enthusiastic and bright! Great customer service!! The wait wasnt long either. There was only 1 other customer there at 4 in the afternoon on a Thursday. Will definitely go here for all items I need to be returned in the future.

Was supposed to have a delivery Wednesday…didn’t happen. They attempted delivery on Friday right after I left my house and said they’d try again Saturday. I’m home on Saturday. Then I get a notification saying they attempted another delivery and they’ll do a final delivery Monday because no one was home. I was home sitting on my couch. No one came. I called them and was told someone would give me a call back and they never did. This is a package I have to sign for unfortunately

I’ve visited this place at least five times in the past few months, every staff member is so nice and helpful. Lines move fairly fast. If you have questions they are patient and do their best to help you.

Spoke to a rep to pick up my package. They told me they closed at 8p I drove an entire 45 minutes to arrive at a closed facility at 7:20p. Then had to be on hold for 30 minutes so they can tell me there isn’t anything they can do and to come back Monday.

I have had numerous problems with this location and shipments over 50 lbs are always lost or damaged or delayed. My package arrived at Ups on the 11th stlll have not been able to track down package or retrieve it because this has happened so much I believe someone is taking the packages. Never had this problem with Amazon only Ups

Horrible experience! Ive been waiting since Saturday, June 12th for my package. Obviously customer service and the Customer Center has two separate systems which dont align. My package was at the warehouse, but all of a sudden moved to an undisclosed location that the supervisor didnt have access to. As of today, June 16th I STILL dont have my package and still making phone calls to a customer service center that never has an answer!

Ordered off Newegg and expected delivery was May 1st by 7pm on a Saturday. Waited for them to arrive with package and as I was checking tracking it flipped from out for delivery to Customer not in on 1st attempt. Delivery will be made to a UPS Access Point™ next business day for customer pickup. No one ever came to my apartment, no knock, no notice was left at the door I literally waited and purposefully didnt do anything today so I wouldnt have issues, from my knowledge I didnt have sign for it he couldve left by the door if he wanted too. and because its Saturday I have to wait until Monday Afternoon to get this package from an access point. I immediately called UPS customer service and they said the dispatcher would call me. He did call me about an hour later but I wasnt near my phone(which I admit was my fault). Tried calling back the number but voicemail kept saying its not a valid ups number and to call Customer Service But I called back Customer service and said they would reach out to the dispatcher and call me again. Never Happened. I personally believe the driver either went to the wrong apartment or didnt even bother delivering packages in the apartment complex that day. I wouldnt be as disappointed if they said they rescheduled for a time restraint. I woulda still been mad. But the fact they said I wasnt at home and no one came no notice or anything just drives me to believe the driver was being lazy and tried covering his tracks. Unacceptable. I hope UPS reads this im not mad with customer service or the dispatcher but whoever driver is needs to be talked too

2 of my packages have not been delivered in the past two weeks from this facility ordered from Overstock.com. The drivers claim they have delivered them and that the items are scanned in by them like they did but it is a lie. They lie and say that the driver will go back and track the package but they do not do so. Both days they claimed the items were delivered, I was here and no they did not come over here.They tell you to start a claim with the company you ordered from so that they do not have to do their job. An Overstock agent said to me “ sometimes they scan items in like they have delivered them but actually deliver them the next day. I hate when that happens “This is a disgrace and they should be ashamed of themselves. And no I will not contact you on Facebook or Twitter because I don’t use social media as a means of communication.

Pkg was supposed to be delivered May 19 According to email, waited all day to find out a note was put in that I’ll pick up the pkg LIE I never even spoke to anyone about it. May 20th I Called UPS Arlington, Cedar Hill both locations and their customer svc in Arlington trying to track the pkg, was told they were gonna deliver it on the 21st, called customer service again on the 21st to see if it was out for delivery like a new email said between 11:30-1:30 pm NO! now someone called stating driver put info in in error and she’ll TRY to get it to me tomorrow 3 days waiting and maybe tomorrow totally UNSAT. I’ve never had this experience ever with a shipping company and pray I never will again! Whoever lied on me should be fired!

Oh my! Ive caught these guys lying about packages being out out for delivery. They couldnt deliver my package that was priority mail. So I have it held for pick up. It says ready for pick up at this location. Get here to pick up and guess what. Its not here. So the progress on the tracking system they use is giving you wrong information. They dont know where my package is. When or if the truck is going to bring any packages. Calling for supervisor is pointess. They do absolutely nothing for you besides tell you its there according to ups but they have no idea where. I will never use ups again after this terrible experience. Ive driven 100 miles twice now. Last night and today Friday to get a replacement debit card I had overnighted. It was sent Wednesday arrived here Thursday morning and was scheduled for delivery by end of Thursday. Now since they are closed over the weekend I wont get my debit card until Wednesday and that card is where my money is at which I cant access without the card. Ups is terrible when you really need and are expecting something. Im getting BBB and another business investigation agency involved. I will never ever use UPS for anything ever again

Employees onsite are friendly and helpful but the 800# is unhelpful and unreliable. They gave me bad info on a package I was waiting for. The delivery person didnt knock on my door and left a couldnt deliver note making me go out to the customer care location, twice. Unreliable delivery. Get a 3 star because of onsite personnel only!

I have came a few times to pick up packages on hold. Ups sometimes can’t deliver to PO Box so they hold it here. The guy up front his name is Kelly. Not sure I spelled it right. Every time I come the guy has a great attitude. Always cheerful and happy. His attitude is contagious. Always made me smile. I hope management realizes what an asset he can be for the company. Please let him know he has great customer service!!

The people are wonderful. Super helpful and overall pleasant. The logistics of package pickup? Leaves something to be desired. For some reason, there is no connecting driveway to important components of this place. Its new and pretty, but it needs to work well, also!

UPS Customer No-Service is the WORST! Id give 0 stars if possible! God help you if you lose a package. Its obvious UPS cares more about saving money than actually helping a customer with the package that UPS lost!!!My elderly mother isnt tech savvy so shes hosed when it comes to getting help. So its Christmas Eve and a package was suppose to be delivered to my post office box today. Unfortunately the post office is closed so I called and spoke with one of the managers (Laura) at the Arlington, TX location and she informed me that my package was place in a holiday trailer until Thursday 12/26 (unacceptable). I tried to explain to the manager that I really needed this package today and if there was any way to make an exception or if I could pick up the package. The manager told me NO and we would have to wait until Thursday. So now my baby girl will now have her Christmas gift as promised until after the holiday. This is truly a bad experience with UPS and it confirms that customer is not a priority during the Christmas Holidays.

The incompetency of this company is unbelievable. We have lived at the same house for 40 years. Suddenly a few months ago, they are not delivering our packages because there is an error in the address. This week they have held a package over 4 days without notifying us they could not deliver. After we inquired, they offered us the option to drive 30 minutes to pick it up, except, they are closed today. After a call back, they also said they would send it out today, if not then Monday.Less than an hour later we get a notice for another package. Same exact situation. Address has an error. Unbelievable.Two neighbors on our street having same issues. Word among other delivery companies is there is a new driver. It is incredibly sad this company either does not train effectively or can not recognize incompetence.

Great job you guys, I appreciate all the times you went over and beyond to help me even when I am getting there a bit too close to closing! The agent and her supervisor were extremely helpful in tracking down my package that I was told the night before to pick it up at this location. Found out it was actually in Ft. Worth, Tex. and scheduled to deliver to my house today. The package is fragile and volitile to extreme tempatures and excessive handling. It was shipped last Tuesday 11-26-19from Earth City, Mo. As far as UPS over all I would be generous by giving them a (1). Go FedEx!!!!

I have had three packages that made it to the Arlington Texas facility and within hours the packages were returned to the sender with no explanation. Called UPS twice, the first was told a supervisor would call back and never did, the second time I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. If this is how UPS wants to treat it’s customers I will never use them again. Hopefully this helps the next person that has to deal with UPS. They would have received a 0 if that was an option.

My package should have arrived today 7/26/19 at noon. Do you know whomever was the delivery person LIED and scanned my package and put it was delivered to my doorstep. While my phone was in my hand and I was sitting outside at the time it was scanned delivered. How do I know I received an alert. I went up to my apartments office and the lady said they didn’t even come there. I called the customer service line and they had the nerve to tell me I have to wait a WHOLE hour for someone to contact me. Which nobody has yet.

So supposedly a package was delivered to my door total wile I sat on the opposite side of it. No one knocked or rang the bell. When I looked tto see if it had been delivered it said left on porch. Why I was here all you had to do was knock. I looked everyware no package. Bad servace. Called and was told I would have to contact the sender and wait for another package to come. Hopefully they dont loose this one to. Be careful. I will never choose to send anything important with ups in my area. Bad business.

From what Ive read of employee reviews, sounds like a great place to work. Management doesnt get in your business, and is very forgiving.From a customer standpoint, Ive never lived in a place with such an unreliable delivery service. It is extremely difficult for UPS to get packages delivered to my residence even when Im home. No note or form is even left on my door of a delivery attempt. While sitting in the comfort of my home, a phone alert notifies me that UPS attempted to deliver and I wasnt home to sign. Ill be fair, it doesnt happen every time. But three out of five times consistently is too much. After calling in, creating an account, speaking to multiple people who have resolved the issue this time, and this time, and this time. My packages fail to be delivered consistently.From a client standpoint, I have lost trust in this facility. I cant keep my business afloat without reliable distribution. It is well worth paying someone else more that can deliver consistently. We are fortunate that we live in an area with services not UPS. I will never again use UPS within the Arlington area for distribution. I would advise others to err on the side of caution when working with this center as a distributor. They Define the phrase this rarely happens as this doesnt happen more than 75% of the time. If they feed you the same answers, I hope this review finds you well.Extremely disappointed.

Even though I had problems with the box being damage. The location on exchange drive in Arlington Tx was awesome. I called when I noticed the shipment was being returned. The called me back within an hour and I was able to go look at the box a determined everything was there. The were very professional beginning to end. Thank you!

TERRIBLE about delivering on time. My app, online, and UPS customer support all say my package should be delivered by 3:00 PM. Guy doesn’t show up until 6:30-7:00 every time without fail. Made a special request that they deliver before 12:00 so that I can get my packages and NOTHING, NO ONE SHOWS

Second EDIT: Back down to one star!! Yesterday I spoke on the phone with Lauren I believe. I was assured someone would deliver my package today, and to the apartment office no less instead of my front door. UPS Tracking showed at 3:21PM that the package would be sent for delivery. 8:17PM (17 minutes after they are supposedly closed) it then says the package was changed to be arranged for pick up. SO ONCE AGAIN, THE PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED. HOW MANY MISTAKES CAN A COMPANY MAKE? i am clearly livid pissed that I paid for 1 day shipping, and have now waiting 4 days to go pick up the package myself. im livid.EDIT:The Staff is friendly, that is then one nice thing I have to say about this place.So many bad words I could use to describe this company. My delivery guy delivered the package at 1:00pm on a wednesday and then said attempted delivery as if people are even home around that time, didnt leave it at the door, didnt walk the extra 100ft to leave the package at the apartment office either. Absolute worst delivery guys its so ridiculous. Dont let UPS touch your packages.

UPS has the poorest customer service ever. Countless damage and loss claims. No help from our rep, all excuses. Fed Ex came in and took over and now we have a rep who makes sure everything is smooth and if there is ever a claim she handles it promptly. Not sure why UPS would lose a 25k/35k a month account to Fed Ex over $1800 in lost package claims but rather than take care of it, they lost a good business customer. But were a small company so were nothing in the big picture to them. I see that now.
