I am a previous customer who had an excellent prior experience with this storage facility of StorageLand. When I needed storage space again, I knew where to go. It was helpful that I was able to reserve the units online before I visited the property.When I visited the property, I was short on time, as I had equipment soon being delivered and other meetings that I needed to attend. Chase, the very nice young lady present at the property, immediately finalized my rentals, responding kindly to the time pressure that I was under. She also was very accommodating in helping to keep the gate open for the large truck and interacted pleasantly with all who were involved, including a fork lift operator, the truck driver, and me. What could have been a frustrating and pressured experience was made a positive one by Chase due to her attention to detail and the care she shows for others.I highly recommend StorageLand. Just ask for Chase!

Chase & Cody are phenomenal. Customer service is exceptional here. I have nothing but positive words for these two. Any time in business, there are bound to be issues, big or small. When an issue does arise, these two are on top of it and they give the customer a peace of mind that is priceless, especially considering todays climate and where we are at in society. I appreciate Chase & Cody as a team, and as individuals. They have taken care of me and my needs beyond the COD, and I actually havent moved my stuff out of my unit partially because C&C and how they have accommodated to my needs, so that should tell you about their service and their character. 6/5 stars without a doubt

I had done business here before and to be honest I was not happy with the previous property manager. Today January 26 2021, I went in to see about a storage space and a young lady by the name of Chase assisted me she was so friendly and welcoming that even though I was so sad due to losing my mother in law she made me smile. She was so informative and thank me for returning something that I didn’t get when I rented a unit their years ago. If she is the property manager and if you needed assistance she is the person to go their is also a young man Cody he is also so friendly and welcoming these two young people are a light that their is still caring people out their. They provided awesome customer service that know in days is so much needed. 🤗🤗

There is no on site restroom or trash bin for renters. Lights inside go off too quickly. They have no later night hrs.

Facility is very well maintained and secured! Units are clean and fairly priced, will definitely recommend for both long term and short term storage needs! Management is top notch, attentive and friendly!

My office has 2 storage units with them, the smallest and the largest. Excellent service, fair price. turning out past that concrete pillar is like running the gauntlet (visit, youll know what I mean) but all in all a fantastic experience. If you want a basic place to stow your stuff this is the best.

The new manager has award winning customer service and she will go as far as she is able for you. Excellent soft and communication skills. The old manager was rude, uncaring and her personality seem to put you on defense as soon as saw her. I dont appreciate being harassed over my Google reviews. When I rented a space here, I was asked to verify my number on the spot which I complied to and I think that was to link my number to my Google account. The owner wanted me to rate the place 5 stars on the spot before I left. As I didnt have enough information to properly rate this place, I gave the place 3 stars and wanted to update it after I get to experience their service. And as of June 2020, I changed it to 1 star.Stop confronting me and keeping tabs on my Google account. Dont walk up to me while Im about to drive off demanding an explanation for my Google review. Dont call me up unsolicited and rage at me with passive aggressive questions. Have some respect for privacy and back off.My recent visit in June 2020: Nobody was found at the office to ensure people entering wear proper face covering. Someone approached me with no mask on, trying to strike a conversation. This is unacceptable.

Karen(manager) or whatever her name was extremely rude. She came out yelling and shouting for a mistake that happened and my husband didn’t have a problem to fix his mistake but she slammed the door in his face. If you don’t know how to talk to customers without yelling and being rude to them than maybe you need to switch job. Currently looking for a new storage because this one is terrible.

This place was great when I first moved our stuff here in September 2016. Then came back in January 2018. Sharon & Bill are so nice, polite and helpful & were very professional, we sure do miss them, but about this new manager, it seems like we look like someone that she hated in the past, but the 2nd time we actually talked, she was so rude, dont know why but were going to move to another facility due to the rudeness, we may got off on the wrong foot somehow but were going somewhere else next month.

I’ve been a tenant since 2015. Sharon and Bill are the reason I’ve stayed with this facility. Not only are the price points affordable; I receive amazing customer service from them both. They are personable, approachable, helpful and friendly. The facility is well maintained and secure. I’ve never had any complaints or issues with access or cleanliness. I highly recommend StorageLand if you want the best experience.

It was a great experience. My friends and I have used a storage space at Storage Land 2 times now. Each time we were welcomed with a smile and treated in a very friendly manner. They, the staff, is very friendly and will answer to all the questions patiently.The storage spaces are nice and clean always. The access to the spaces is not a problem either.The best part is that they give you great discounts and its quite economical as compared to the other competitors nearby.

This place was fantastic with customer support! Very flexible and patient with me. They also worked with me to best handle my needs and work out the best rates. They even gave me a bottle of water and coke (it was a hot day) because they were so hospitable. Completely unexpected but much appreciated! Definitely recommend!

The first thing to notice about the facility is that it is very clean and well maintained. The management is caring and friendly. I have stored furniture here for two years and there is virtually no dust on any of the wrappings. I am moving out of state, but if I needed storage in Arlington again, Storageland would be my first choice.

I was very impressed with the customer service that Bill and Sharon provided. From the initial phone call I made inquiring about units and prices,to actually arriving and checking out the property. Bill was very helpful in explaining the layout of the property and the rules and guidlines to be followed while on site. Sharon was also just as helpful and thorough when it came to doing the paperwork and getting the unit locked down. They were an awesome couple and cared about making sure I understood everything clearly and were very fun to interact with.
